We can call the church 00:07:13.879 --> 00:07:17.899 a Bible school, or the church ought to be a place 00:07:17.899 --> 00:07:21.160 that is regarded as a Bible school because it 00:07:21.160 --> 00:07:24.540 should be a place of training, a place where 00:07:24.540 --> 00:07:27.720 people are educated in regards to the things 00:07:27.720 --> 00:07:31.860 of God. Praise the Lord. And that is because 00:07:31.860 --> 00:07:37.160 the Bible is our primary source of information, 00:07:37.579 --> 00:07:41.439 wisdom, and instructions. And so when 00:12:50.549 --> 00:12:54.350 he says he didn't teach them as one of the scribes, 00:12:54.350 --> 00:12:59.049 right? They were also teaching from the same 00:12:59.049 --> 00:13:02.049 place. Praise the Lord. So Jesus was teaching 00:13:02.049 --> 00:13:06.490 from the scriptures, right? And equally, he taught 00:13:06.490 --> 00:13:09.049 them in a particular way from the scriptures. 00:13:09.190 --> 00:13:12.029 He taught them in a particular way. He said that 00:13:12.029 --> 00:13:14.490 he had, he was speaking, he taught them as one 00:13:14.490 --> 00:13:17.490 having authority. Praise the Lord. Meaning that 00:13:17.490 --> 00:13:20.129 he knows what he's saying, right? They could 00:13:20.129 --> 00:13:22.809 understand what he's saying. Like I mentioned on Sunday, he was 00:13:54.759 --> 00:13:57.620 not teaching them how to increase their salary. 00:13:58.019 --> 00:14:01.179 Praise the Lord. He's not teaching them how to 00:14:01.179 --> 00:14:08.379 do something else. Praise the Lord. He was not 00:14:08.379 --> 00:14:15.620 using the platform where he was not using the 00:14:15.620 --> 00:14:18.000 scriptures to teach them any other thing, but 00:14:18.000 --> 00:14:21.460 to teach them the things of God. So your level of 00:15:47.100 --> 00:15:49.500 understanding what you know or your level of 00:15:49.500 --> 00:15:53.179 training as a believer is your level of understanding 00:15:53.179 --> 00:15:55.860 and practice of the Scriptures. Mark chapter 00:15:55.860 --> 00:16:06.559 16, from verse 15 to 20. Mark chapter 15, 16. 00:16:07.899 --> 00:16:12.100 It says, And he said to them, Go into all the 00:16:12.100 --> 00:16:14.580 world and preach the gospel to every creature. 00:16:15.620 --> 00:16:18.919 He who believes and is baptized will be saved. 00:16:19.159 --> 00:16:23.820 He who does not believe will be condemned.
