So, when you desire things that are 01:46:23.220 --> 01:46:27.199 not of God, these are temptations that are tempting 01:46:27.199 --> 01:46:32.460 you to sin against God's will. But then, we understand 01:46:32.460 --> 01:46:37.239 that we have received self -control. One of the 01:46:37.239 --> 01:46:40.319 fruits of the Spirit is self -control that we 01:46:40.319 --> 01:46:45.239 have received. So we are able to live above our 01:46:45.239 --> 01:46:47.899 feelings. We are able to live above the things 01:46:47.899 --> 01:46:53.880 that we desire. Right? So trials will come. Temptation 01:46:53.880 --> 01:46:58.359 will come. But then we understand that we have 01:46:58.359 --> 01:47:03.619 the Holy Spirit in us that enables us to live 01:47:03.619 --> 01:47:07.880 the Christian life. So this life that we have 01:47:07.880 --> 01:47:11.439 received, we don't live it by our strength. Right? 01:47:11.699 --> 01:47:14.979 It is by the power of the Holy Ghost.
