So we see that in 00:05:48.740 --> 00:05:53.699 Exodus chapter 32, from verse 1 to 6. And then in verse 15, we see something 00:14:57.940 --> 00:15:01.379 that after David has built, so we're trying to 00:15:01.379 --> 00:15:04.840 see some of the attributes. Whether David had 00:15:04.840 --> 00:15:09.799 this priesthood or he has this priesthood calling 00:15:09.799 --> 00:15:14.899 to him. So in verse 15 now, from verse 1 to 4, 00:15:15.440 --> 00:15:20.419 we see that David built houses for himself in 00:15:20.419 --> 00:15:23.259 the city of David. He prepared a place for the 00:15:23.259 --> 00:15:28.019 ark of the Lord and pinched a tent for it. So 00:15:28.019 --> 00:15:31.379 we see here that David... He built the house 00:15:31.379 --> 00:15:33.419 and he was thinking about the ark of the Lord. 00:15:33.639 --> 00:15:36.779 So he was thinking about putting the ark of the 00:15:36.779 --> 00:15:41.039 Lord somewhere. So he built a tent for the house 00:15:41.039 --> 00:15:45.440 of the Lord. And then verse 2 says, So David 00:15:45.440 --> 00:15:52.080 said, No one may carry the ark of the Lord but 00:15:52.080 --> 00:15:54.919 the Levite, for the Lord has chosen them to carry 00:15:54.919 --> 00:15:59.120 the ark of the Lord and to minister before. before 00:15:59.120 --> 00:16:03.100 him forever. So David says this because he understands 00:16:03.100 --> 00:16:09.320 the law consigning who carries the act of the 00:16:09.320 --> 00:16:11.940 covenant. So he knows the law of the temple. 00:16:12.159 --> 00:16:15.960 He understands the precepts of the temple and 00:16:15.960 --> 00:16:18.879 what should be done. Praise the Lord.
