Welcome, to the "What is Prophecy" series. In today's episode, Can Prophecy Guide Us Through These Dark Times? Discover why the final conflict is not about what you know, but whom you obey, and what will determine where you stand. Here is your host, Hector Garcia. A man stood in silence, not before crowds, not before kings, but before a decision. A decision that would define everything. He was not famous, not powerful, not known to history as great. And yet, heaven watched him. Because what he chose, you must also choose. You see, the world measures strength by influence, by position, by control. But heaven measures differently. “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” Not a suggestion, not a preference. A lamp. Because without it, we walk in darkness. This man understood something most people miss. Truth is not inherited. It is not passed down safely through tradition. It must be discovered, personally, carefully, prayerfully. Because history shows us something sobering. When men speak and God is silent, confusion follows. And when God speaks and men refuse, destruction follows. “Let God be true, but every man a liar.” A hard statement. But a necessary one. Now imagine, standing in a moment where everyone around you agrees. Where leaders speak with confidence, where the majority feels right. And yet, it contradicts the Word of God. What would you do? This man chose something rare. He chose to stand alone. Not because he was strong. But because he trusted something stronger than himself. “All scripture is given by inspiration of God.” Not part. Not most. All. And here is the truth that unsettles many. No one else can make that decision for you, not a pastor, not a church, not a family. “So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.” Every one, not together, not collectively. Individually. This is where the story shifts. Because obedience is not driven by fear. It is driven by love. “If ye love me, keep my commandments.” Simple, clear, unavoidable. Love does what fear cannot. It stands when pressure rises. It holds when compromise calls. It remains when others fall. But love also moves. It does not stay silent. It warns, it teaches, it reaches. “Choose you this day whom ye will serve.” Not tomorrow, not later, today. Because a greater moment is coming. A final test, not of knowledge, but of loyalty. “Here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.” That is the line. That is the difference. The world will call it small, insignificant, outdated. But heaven calls it everything. “Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.” A command, not a suggestion. And when the pressure comes. When convenience demands compromise. When the majority moves one way. And truth stands another. What will you choose? This man already decided. Long before the crisis came, he settled it in quiet moments, in daily choices, in personal study. So when the storm arrived. He did not shake. Because his foundation was already set. And now. Here is the part many do not expect. This man. Is not a name in history. He is not hidden in the past. He is not someone else. He is you. Standing, choosing, deciding. Every single day. And now you know. What the Spirit Has Shown You! If you have a prayer request, please go to www.faithfundamentals.com Prayer meetings are held on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
