0:10 The sky roared. The earth trembled as if time itself had held its breath. 0:22 [Music] It was the beginning of something the 0:28 centuries would never [Music] 0:38 forget. The veils between the visible and the invisible were torn. And then 0:44 came the voice, "Write what you see and send it to the seven churches. 0:55 The revelation did not start with whispers, but with thunder, not with obscure symbols, but with intense light. 1:04 So intense that it burned the soul. 1:16 [Music] 1:34 The revelation did not begin with whispers, but with 1:39 thunder. Not with obscure symbols, but with intense light. so intense it burned 1:46 the soul. There he was, John, the last of 1:52 the living apostles, prisoner on the island of Patmos, exiled by men, but 1:58 called by God. The old disciple, now enveloped in 2:04 a light no man could withstand, fell as though dead. 2:10 The voice came from behind him like many waters, like trumpets in unison, as if 2:16 heaven itself was speaking. I am the Alpha and the Omega, 2:23 the first and the last. Joan turned around, his body still trembling, and 2:30 saw. In the midst of seven golden lampstands, there was someone like the 2:35 Son of Man. His eyes were like flames, his hair 2:41 white as snow. His face shone like the midday sun. From his mouth came a sharp 2:49 double-edged sword. His gaze pierced the soul and spirit. His voice carried the 2:55 weight of all the kingdoms. 3:00 [Music] I was dead, but behold, I'm alive 3:07 forever and ever, and I have the keys of death and hell. The hand of the gentleman touched 3:15 Jo, strong, serene, and said, "Do not be afraid." There, between lightning and 3:21 silence, the apostle understood. He was seeing the lamb as a lion, the 3:28 glorified Christ, no longer the man of Calvary, but the Lord of the eternal 3:34 throne. The heavens were not distant. They opened before him like living 3:40 portals. And what was once a mystery now became vision. Seven stars shone in the 3:47 right hand of the Son of Man, the angels of the churches. The seven lampstands were the 3:54 churches of the earth. John, with tears in his eyes, heard the command, "What 4:02 you see, write it in a book." The revelation consumed him. And then came 4:08 the words. Words that could never be forgotten. words that hurt and 4:17 heal. Each church received its sentence not from a distant judge, but from a God 4:23 who walks among them. Write to the church of Ephesus. I 4:31 know your works, but I have against you that you have left your first 4:36 love. The sacred fire burned before John's eyes. 4:43 Cities appeared in the vision. Smyrna, Pergamum, Thotira, Sardis, Philadelphia, 4:51 Leodysia. To each one the Lord revealed their innermost self. There was praise. 4:58 There was judgment. But above all, there was an appeal, a call to 5:04 return. He who has ears, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. 5:10 Promises sparkled amid the warning. The hidden manner, the white 5:16 stone, the new name, the throne next to the lamb. It was justice and mercy in 5:23 the same breath. John could barely breathe. He felt the weight of eternity on his 5:29 shoulders, but the revelation did not cease. 5:34 Suddenly, a door opened in the sky, and the same voice that previously sounded 5:40 like a trumpet called out again. Come up here, and I will show you 5:47 what must happen after these things." In an instant, John was caught 5:52 up in spirit. The earthly reality dissolved like smoke. 6:00 Now he was before a throne and the one who sat on it. His appearance was like jasper and 6:09 sardinics. Around the throne a rainbow like living emerald. Lightning came out 6:15 from there. Voices echoed. In front of the throne, seven torches of fire were 6:21 burning. The seven spirits of God. And in front of the throne, something like a 6:27 sea of glass, similar to crystal. Four living creatures surrounded the throne. 6:34 The first was like a lion. The second like an ox. The third had the face of a 6:40 man. The fourth, like a flying eagle, were full of eyes inside and out, and 6:48 did not cease day and night to proclaim, "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God 6:55 Almighty, who was, who is, and who is to come." 7:01 24 elders seated on thrones around, dressed in white clothes and gold 7:07 crowns, continuously bowed down and cast their crowns before the throne, 7:15 saying, "Worthy are you, our Lord and our God, to receive glory, honor, and 7:21 power, for you created all things, and by your will they exist. 7:30 Jam was completely silent. The sky was not a symbol. It was 7:37 reality. And at the center of everything, a book, a book sealed with 7:42 seven seals in the right hand of God. Then a strong angel proclaimed with a 7:49 loud voice, "Who is worthy to open the book and 7:54 break the seals?" But no one, neither in heaven, nor on earth, nor under the 7:59 earth, could open the book. And John wept greatly. His tears 8:07 flowed like silent rivers because no one was found 8:13 worthy. But then one of the older men came over and touched his 8:19 shoulder. Don't cry. Look, the lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, has triumphed. He can open the book and 8:26 its seven seals. John lifted his eyes. Among the 8:33 elders and the living beings appeared the lamb, not as a warrior in glory, but 8:40 as a lamb that had been slain. His wounds were still visible, but an 8:45 unfathomable power emanated from him. Seven horns and seven eyes. 8:52 The seven spirits of God were upon him, and the Lamb approached the throne and 8:58 took the book from the right hand of the one who was seated. When this happened, 9:04 a cry erupted in heaven. The four living creatures and the 24 elders bowed down 9:12 before the Lamb. Each one held a harp and golden 9:17 bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. 9:25 John beheld the crowd that multiplied. Millions of angels, thousands upon 9:31 thousands surrounded the throne and cried out with a loud 9:37 voice, "Worthy is the lamb who was slain to receive power, wealth, wisdom, 9:43 strength, honor, glory, and praise." And then the first seal was opened. From 9:51 among the living beings, a voice said, "Come." John saw a white horse. The one 9:58 who rode it had a bow and was given a crown. He went out conquering and to 10:06 conquer. Then the old man whispered to the person next to John, "Conquest is 10:11 the start, not of peace, but of domination. The second seal has been 10:17 opened. The second living being cried out, "Come." 10:22 Another horse appeared, red as blood. Its rider was given a great sword and 10:28 was granted the power to take peace from the earth. "Bo," 10:35 murmured Jew, seeing the bloodshed among men. The third seal, a black horse. The 10:41 rider held a scale. A voice said, 10:49 a measure of wheat for a daenarius and three measures of barley for a daenarius. But do not damage the oil or 10:54 the wine. And the elder said, "Hunger, 11:01 imbalance, scarcity, despair." The fourth seal revealed a pale horse, 11:08 and the name of its rider was death, and hell followed him. They were given 11:15 authority to kill a fourth of the earth with sword, famine, plague, and wild 11:23 [Music] beasts. John trembled. The sky seemed to 11:28 shrink before what was to come. The visions were as real as the pain, as 11:35 clear as the fire. The fifth seal was broken. John saw under the altar the 11:42 souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and the testimony they 11:48 held. They shouted loudly, "How long, oh sovereign, holy 11:54 and true, until you judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?" 11:59 They were given a white robe and were told to rest a little while longer until the number of their fellow servants and 12:06 brothers who were to be killed as they were was 12:12 completed. John wept seeing the martyrs. His eyes firm as stone revealed peace 12:19 and pain at the same time. They had conquered but by blood. 12:25 The sixth seal was opened and there was a great earthquake. The sun became black as 12:32 sackcloth. The moon turned like blood. And the stars of the sky fell to the 12:39 earth like a fig tree drops its green figs when shaken by a strong wind. The 12:46 sky receded like a scroll being rolled up. And every mountain and island were 12:51 moved from their places. 12:57 kings, wealthy individuals, rich people, powerful ones, and slaves hid in the 13:03 caves and among the rocks of the mountains. And they said to the mountains, "Fall on us. Hide us from the 13:11 face of the one who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the lamb. For the great day of his wrath has come, and who 13:18 will be able to stand?" Silence fell. John felt the gravity of the question 13:24 spread like smoke across the [Music] firmament. But then another angel 13:32 appeared coming from the east with the seal of 13:38 God. Alive, he cried out to the four angels to whom it was given the power to 13:45 harm the earth and the sea. Do not harm the earth, the sea, or the 13:51 trees until we have sailed the servants of our guard on their 13:57 foreheads. John saw the number of the sealed 144,000 from all the tribes of the sons 14:05 of Israel. Each name echoed like an ancient 14:11 call, an eternal covenant being preserved in the midst of judgment. 14:20 And after this, John saw a great multitude that no one could count from 14:26 all nations, tribes, peoples, and languages. They stood before the throne, 14:33 and the Lamb wearing white robes and holding palm branches in their hands. And they cried 14:40 out, "Salvation belongs to our God who is seated on the throne and to the Lamb. 14:49 All the angels were around the throne, the elders and the four living 14:58 creatures. They fell on their faces and worshiped God, 15:03 saying, "Amen. Praise, glory, wisdom, thanksgiving, honor, power, and strength 15:10 to our God forever. Amen. 15:17 One of the elders asked John, "Who are these that are dressed in white, and where did they come 15:23 from?" replied, "Sir, you know it." And the elders said, "These are the ones who 15:30 came out of the great tribulation. They washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the lamb. Therefore, 15:38 they are before the throne of God and serve him day and night in his temple. 15:43 And he who sits on the throne will spread his tent over 15:49 them. They will never be hungry again, nor thirsty, nor will the sun strike them, nor any heat, because the Lamb who 15:57 is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and guide them to springs of the waters of life. And God will wipe 16:03 away every tear from their 16:09 eyes. The words were like balm to John's heart. Amidst the judgment, there was promise. 16:17 Amidst the destruction, there was salvation. But the visions did not 16:22 cease. The seventh seal was yet to be opened. When the Lamb opened the seventh 16:28 seal, the sky was silent for about half an hour. No voice, no singing, no 16:35 thunder, only the weight of suspended eternity. The silence was more powerful 16:41 than sound. John felt as if the entire universe waited on its knees for the next act of 16:49 judgment. Seven angels approached the throne. To each a trumpet was 16:57 given. Before them another angel came and stood at the altar holding a golden 17:03 sensor. He was given much incense to offer with the prayers of the saints on the golden altar before the throne. 17:14 The smoke of the incense with the prayers of the saints rose from the angel's hand before God. Then the angel 17:23 filled the sensor with fire from the altar and cast it upon the earth. Then 17:29 there were thunders, voices, lightning, and an 17:36 earthquake. The seven angels prepared to blow the trumpets. 17:42 The first trumpet sounded. Hail and fire mixed with blood 17:48 were thrown upon the earth. Onethird of the trees was burned. All the green 17:54 grass was consumed. The ground smoldered as if after the passage of a divine 18:01 army. The sky darkened with smoke. The second trumpet sounded. 18:10 Something like a great mountain burning with fire was thrown into the sea. Onethird of the sea became blood. 18:18 Onethird of the living creatures in the sea died and onethird of the ships was 18:23 destroyed. Fishermen screamed. Sailors fell to their knees. The sea which had 18:30 always been a symbol of vastness and life now exuded death. 18:36 The third trumpet sounded. A great star fell from the sky, burning like a torch. 18:44 It was called wormwood. It fell on a third of the rivers and on the springs 18:50 of water. The waters became bitter and many died from drinking 19:00 them. The fourth trumpet sounded. 19:05 A third of the sun, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars were struck so 19:11 that they were darkened for a third of the time. The earth plunged into partial 19:18 darkness. The day without complete light, the night without shine. There 19:24 was confusion among men. Animals wandered disoriented. The cycles of 19:30 nature seemed broken. 19:35 And John saw flying in midheaven an eagle that shouted with a loud 19:42 voice. Oh to those who dwell on the earth because of the remaining blast of 19:47 the trumpets that the three angels are yet to sound. The warning loomed like a shadow 19:54 over the creation. And then the fifth trumpet 20:00 sounded. A fallen star was given the key to the pit of the abyss. When it was 20:06 opened, smoke rose like that from a great furnace. The sun and the air were 20:13 darkened. From the smoke came creatures resembling locusts, but with power like 20:19 scorpions. They had human faces, hair like a woman's, teeth like a lion's, iron 20:27 breastplates, wings buzzing like chariots in battle. They were told not 20:32 to harm the vegetation, but only the men who did not have the seal of God on 20:38 their foreheads. They would not kill them, but would torment them for 5 months. 20:51 And in those days, men will seek death and will not find it. They will desire 20:57 to die, but death will flee from them. John watched in horror. The torment of 21:04 the creatures was like liquid fire upon the bodies. The pain of the wicked 21:10 filled the air. The righteous prayed silently. These locusts had as king the angel of 21:17 the abyss whose name in Hebrew is Abaden and in Greek Apollon the destroyer. The 21:24 first woe has passed. Behold, two more woes are yet to come after these. The 21:30 sixth trumpets sounded. A voice coming from the four horns of the golden altar 21:36 that is before God said to the sixth angel, "Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates. 21:44 And the four angels prepared for the hour, day, month, and year were released 21:50 to kill a third of mankind. An army of 200 million horsemen 21:57 emerged. John saw horses whose riders had breastplates of fire, hyerin, and 22:03 sulfur. The heads of the horses were like the heads of lions, and out of 22:09 their mouths came fire, smoke, and sulfur. 22:16 Through these three plagues, fire, smoke, and sulfur, a third of mankind 22:22 was killed. But the rest of mankind, who were not killed by these plagues, did 22:28 not repent of the works of their hands. They continued to worship demons and 22:34 idols of gold, silver, bronze, stone, and wood. idols that cannot see, hear, 22:41 or walk. John felt an unbearable weight. 22:46 The pains did not break their hearts. Rebellion persisted. Time was short, but 22:53 men remained blind. Then he saw another mighty angel coming down from heaven. He was wrapped 23:00 in a cloud, and a rainbow was over his head. His face was like the sun and his 23:08 feet like pillars of fire. He had a little open book in his hand. He placed 23:14 his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land and cried out with a 23:19 loud voice like a roaring lion. When he cried out, seven thunders uttered their 23:26 voices. John was about to write, but he heard a voice from heaven. 23:31 Seal up what the seven thunders said and do not write it down. The angel raised 23:37 his hand to heaven and swore by him who lives forever and ever. No more delay. 23:43 In the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he blasts his trumpet, the mystery of God will be fulfilled as he 23:49 announced to his servants, the prophets. The voice from heaven spoke to 23:56 John again. Go take the little open book from the angel's hand. John approached. 24:02 The angel extended the book to him with a firm and serious look and said, "Take 24:08 it and eat it. It will be sweet in your mouth but bitter in your stomach." 24:15 Jon ate the book. In his mouth, it was as sweet as honey. But when swallowing, 24:22 it became bitter. And the voice said to him, "It is important that you prophesy 24:27 again to many peoples, nations, languages, and kings." The vision changed again. John saw a 24:35 temple and was given a rod similar to a staff, and the voice 24:41 said, "Rise, measure the temple of God, the altar, and those who worship in it, 24:46 but leave out the court which is outside the temple. Do not measure it, for it has been given to the nations, and they 24:53 will tread the holy city for 42 months." It was then revealed to him the 24:59 emergence of two witnesses. They would prophesy for 25:04 1,260 days dressed in sackcloth. They were like two olive trees, two 25:10 lampstands before the Lord of the Earth. Fire came from their mouths against the 25:17 enemies. They closed the sky so that it would not rain. They had power over the 25:23 waters, turning them into blood. They struck the earth with plagues as many as 25:28 they wished. But when they finish their testimony, the beast that rises from the 25:35 abyss will fight against them, will overcome them, and will kill them. Their 25:41 bodies will lie in the street of the great city which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt where also the Lord was 25:50 crucified. The peoples, tribes, languages, and nations will gaze at 25:55 their bodies for 3 and 1/2 days. They will not allow them to be buried. There 26:00 will be joy among the wicked, and gifts will be exchanged because these witnesses had afflicted the inhabitants 26:07 of the earth. But after 3 and 1/2 days, a spirit of life from God entered them, 26:15 and they stood up, great fear fell upon all who saw 26:23 them. A voice from heaven called, "Come up here." 26:29 And they went up to heaven in a cloud in front of everyone. At the same hour, there was a 26:36 great earthquake. A tenth of the city collapsed. 7,000 people died and the 26:43 survivors gave glory to the God of heaven. The second woe is passed. Third, 26:50 it comes without delay. Then the seventh angel blew the trumpet and there were 26:56 loud voices in heaven. The kingdom of the world has become our lords and his 27:01 Christs and he shall reign forever and ever. 27:06 The 24 elders fell on their faces and worshiped 27:12 God. We give thanks to you, Lord God Almighty, who is and who was because you 27:18 have taken your great power and begun to reign. The nations were angry, and your wrath 27:25 came, and the time to judge the dead, to give the reward to your servants, the prophets, to the saints, to those who 27:32 fear your name, small and great, and to destroy those who destroy the 27:38 earth. The temple of God in heaven was opened, and the ark of his covenant was 27:44 seen. There were flashes of lightning, voices, peels of thunder, an earthquake, 27:50 and heavy hail. Then John saw a great sign in the sky, a woman clothed with 27:56 the sun, with the moon under her feet, and a crown of 12 stars on her head. She 28:03 was pregnant and cried out in pain as she was about to give birth. Another sign appeared, a great 28:10 red dragon with seven heads and 10 horns. On its heads were seven 28:16 crowns. Its tail swept a third of the stars out of the sky and flung them to 28:22 the earth. The dragon stood before the woman to devour her child as soon as it 28:28 was born. And she gave birth to a male child who is to rule all the nations 28:34 with a rod of iron. But the child was caught up to God and to his throne. And 28:41 the woman fled to the wilderness where God had prepared a place to sustain her 28:47 for 1,260 days. There was war in 28:54 heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and 28:59 his angels also fought, but they did not prevail, and their place was no longer 29:05 found in the heavens. The great dragon, the ancient serpent 29:11 called the devil, and Satan was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast with 29:19 him. Then a loud voice sounded in heaven. Now salvation has come, the 29:27 power, the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ. For the accuser 29:32 of our brothers has been cast out, the one who accused them day and night before 29:39 God. They overcame him by the blood of the lamb and by the word of their testimony. And they did not love their 29:45 lives to the death. Rejoice, O heavens, and you who 29:51 dwell in them. But woe to the earth and the sea, for the devil has come down to 29:56 you with great wrath, knowing that he has little time left. 30:03 The dragon pursued the woman who had given birth to the male child. But she 30:09 was given wings like those of a great eagle and flew to the desert where she 30:15 would be sustained for a time, times, and half a time. The dragon spewed a river of water 30:22 from his mouth after the woman to make her be swept away by the current. 30:28 But the earth helped the woman by opening its mouth and swallowing the 30:34 river. Angry, the dragon turned to make war on the rest of her 30:39 offspring. Those who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. And the 30:47 dragon stood on the sand of the sea. John then saw a beast rising from 30:54 the sea with seven heads and 10 horns. On its horns 10 crowns, and on its heads 31:02 names of blasphemy. The beast was like a leopard with feet like a bear and a mouth like a 31:10 lion. The dragon gave it his power, thrown, and great 31:16 authority. One of its heads seemed mortally wounded, but the wound was 31:21 healed. The whole earth marveled and followed the beast. They worshiped the dragon who had given 31:28 authority to the beast and they worshiped the beast itself saying, "Who is like the beast? Who can 31:35 fight against it?" He was given a mouth to utter arrogance and blasphemies and authority 31:43 to act for 42 months. He opened his mouth in blasphemies against God, 31:50 against his name, his tabernacle, and those who dwell in them. He was allowed 31:56 to wage war against the saints and to conquer them, and authority over every 32:02 tribe, people, language, and nation. All who dwell on the earth will worship it. 32:09 those whose names are not written in the Lamb's Book of Life, who was slain from 32:14 the foundation of the world. John felt a deep 32:22 fear. The faces of the saints, though persecuted, remained 32:27 steadfast. Their eyes did not gaze upon the earth, but towards the one on high. 32:38 John remained still before the terrifying vision. The beast dominated 32:43 the earth, but a new figure emerged, a second beast coming from the earth, with 32:50 two horns like those of a lamb, but whose voice was like that of the dragon. 32:56 This second beast exercised all the power of the first, causing men to 33:02 worship the one whose deadly wound had been healed. It performed supernatural signs like 33:10 fire coming down from the sky before the eyes of the crowds and through wonders 33:15 deceived the world. It ordered an image of the first beast to be made and gave 33:21 it life so that it could speak and kill those who did not bow before it. Then it 33:28 imposed on everyone, great and small, rich and poor, a mark on the right hand 33:34 or the forehead. Without this mark, no one could buy or sell. It was the name of 33:42 the beast or the number of its name, 666. John trembled, but the vision 33:50 changed. On Mount Zion, he saw the Lamb standing with 144,000 redeemed, who had 33:58 his name and the Father's name on their foreheads. From the sky came a powerful 34:04 sound, like rushing waters, thunder, and harps. The chosen ones sang a new song 34:12 before the throne, the four living creatures, and the elders. No one else could learn that 34:19 song. They were pure, blameless, without deceit in their lips. An angel was 34:27 flying overhead, proclaiming the eternal gospel to every 34:33 nation. Fear God, for the time of his judgment has come. Worship the creator 34:38 of all. Another angel was following, announcing, 34:43 fallen is Babylon, the great prostitute. And a third angel cried out, "Whoever 34:51 worships the beast or receives its mark will drink the wrath of God and will be tormented forever in the presence of the 34:58 holy angels and the Lamb." John trembled, but a heavenly voice comforted 35:04 him. "Blessed are those who die in the Lord from now on. Blessed are those who 35:11 die in the Lord from now on." Then he saw a white cloud and on it 35:17 someone like the Son of Man with a golden crown and a sharp sickle. An 35:23 angel exclaimed, "Harvest, for the time has come." And the earth was 35:30 harvested. Another angel with a sharp sickle harvested the vineyard of the 35:35 earth, and the grapes were thrown into the wine press of the wrath of God. The 35:41 blood poured out in such a quantity that it reached the bridles of the horses for 35:47 300 kilometers. But then John saw seven angels with seven plagues, the last 35:54 ones. They were by a sea of glass with fire, and those who had overcome the 36:00 beast were singing praises to the all powerful God. The heavenly temple was 36:06 opened. The seven angels came out dressed in 36:12 pure linen and golden sashes. One of the four living creatures 36:17 handed them seven bowls full of the wrath of God. The smoke of glory filled 36:24 the temple, and no one could enter until all the plagues were 36:30 completed. Then a mighty voice said, "Go and pour out the bowls of God's wrath 36:36 upon the earth. The first angel poured out his bowl, and 36:42 malignant sores covered those who had the mark of the beast. Cries and agony 36:48 took over, but there was no 36:54 repentance. The second angel turned the sea into blood, and every sea creature 37:03 died. The stench and death covered the shores. 37:09 The third did the same with rivers and springs. The angel of the waters 37:16 declared, "You are just, oh holy one, for they shed the blood of the saints, 37:21 and now they have blood to drink." The fourth angel poured out his bowl on the 37:27 sun, and the men were scorched with fire, but they blasphemed against God 37:35 instead of repenting. The fifth brought darkness upon the throne of the 37:42 beast. Men bit their tongues in pain, but their blasphemies continued. The 37:49 sixth angel dried up the Euphrates River, preparing the way for the kings 37:54 of the east. Three unclean spirits resembling frogs came out of the dragon, 38:01 the beast, and the false prophet. They were demons who performed signs and 38:08 gathered the kings of the earth for the battle of the great day of the Almighty 38:13 God. A warning sounded. Behold, I come like a thief. 38:18 Blessed is the one who stays awake and keeps their clothes. The kings gathered in 38:26 Armageddon. The seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air. A voice echoed 38:32 from the temple. It's done. Lightning voices and a devastating 38:37 earthquake shook the entire earth. The great city was divided. The islands 38:43 disappeared. The mountains could not be found. Hail weighing almost 40 kg fell 38:51 from the skies and the men continued to blaspheme. The vision changed again. 38:57 John saw a woman dressed in purple and scarlet adorned with gold and precious 39:04 stones sitting on a scarlet beast with seven heads and 10 horns. 39:11 On the woman's forehead it read, "Mster mystery Babylon, the great mother of 39:16 harlots and of the abominations of the earth." She was drunk with the blood of 39:23 the saints and the witnesses of Jesus. An angel approached and 39:30 explained, "The beast she was on was and is not, but will ascend from the abyss 39:37 and go to pition." The woman symbolized the city that reigned over the kings of 39:42 the earth. Corrupted, arrogant, luxurious, and spiritually 39:48 prostituted. But her end would come suddenly. In a single day, plagues, 39:54 famine, fire, and destruction would reach her. The kings of the earth would weep for her. The merchants would mourn 40:02 the loss of their profits. The smoke from her fall rose to the skies, but the 40:07 heavens rejoiced. An angel threw a large stone into the sea and declared, "Thus 40:14 Babylon will be thrown down, and it will never be found again." 40:20 All music, commerce, and light would disappear from it because in it was found the blood of the saints, the 40:27 prophets, and all those who were killed on the earth. The corrupt system has 40:33 fallen. The empire of spiritual prostitution was destroyed. But John 40:38 knew the final judgment was not yet over. The sky was preparing for the 40:44 climax of the eternal plan. John heard a celestial multitude singing, 40:50 "Hallelujah! For God has judged the great prostitute and avenged the blood of his servants." The 24 elders and the 40:58 four living creatures fell down in worship. From the throne came an order. 41:06 Praise God all you his servants. There was then a cry like the 41:12 sound of many waters. The Almighty Lord reigns. Let us rejoice for the wedding of the Lamb has 41:20 come. The bride pure and radiant was ready. And the angel 41:26 declared, "Blessed are those invited to the Lamb's wedding feast." The heavens opened. A rider on a 41:35 white horse appeared, faithful and true, with eyes of fire and a robe dipped in 41:41 blood. His name the word of God. The heavenly armies followed him. From his 41:47 mouth came a sharp sword. On his robe was written, "King of kings and lord of 41:56 lords." The beast and the kings rose against him, but they were defeated. The 42:02 beast and the false prophet were cast alive into the lake of fire. The dragon 42:08 was bound for 1,000 years. 42:13 After that time, Satan was released, gathered the nations, but was consumed 42:19 by fire from heaven and thrown into the lake of fire forever. Then John saw the 42:25 great white throne. The dead were judged according to their 42:31 deeds. Anyone not found in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire, the 42:38 second death. John saw a new heaven and a new 42:45 earth. The new Jerusalem descended like a bride adorned. God dwelled with men. 42:52 There were no more tears, pain, or death. The city shone with the glory of 42:58 God. And only those registered in the book of life could enter.
