0:00 he may look handsome at least to some of 0:02 you out there but unknown to his wife or 0:04 anyone else for that matter behind that 0:06 innocent smile lay some very deceptive 0:09 dark and outrageous Secrets Andre may 0:12 have looked like someone who had it all 0:14 a beautiful wife a kid luxurious items 0:17 holidays and some online prowess but 0:19 let's just say that the way he was 0:21 managing his Fame and Fortune was not 0:23 only a responsible but downright stupid 0:26 and if he thought that maybe he would 0:28 correct his ways once he realized his 0:30 plans were not going the way he intended 0:32 them to well think again in fact he 0:35 would stoop to the very bottom to get 0:37 out of that hole that he created Hey 0:39 there folks my name is Adrien and 0:41 welcome or welcome back to Coffee House 0:43 crime and today we're looking at the 0:45 revolting case of Andre rebello and the 0:47 many lives he tore apart by the way I 0:49 post up to two videos a week here so if 0:51 you haven't yet please do consider 0:53 subscribing and now with that said 0:55 please grab yourself a coffee and let's 0:57 get straight into this video this is the 0:59 case of Andre 1:01 [Music] 1:07 rebella it was on May the 25th 2020 that 1:11 the rebello family found in Perth 1:12 Australia received some very unwelcome 1:15 news to set the scene here the family 1:17 consisted of 58-year-old Colleen rebello 1:19 and her four adult children Monique 1:21 Fabian Julian and Andre and although two 1:24 of her children had already flown The 1:25 Nest her youngest son Fabian and 1:27 daughter Monique still lived at home 1:29 just like like his sister Monique Fabian 1:31 was out of the house for most of the 1:32 morning and the early afternoon doing 1:34 his shift at the local supermarket now 1:37 usually his mother would not only drop 1:38 him off at work but also pick him up 1:41 however when she failed to show up at 2: 1:43 p.m. he knew that something was wrong 1:45 after making several phone calls to his 1:47 mother and receiving no response he 1:49 eventually decided to walk home and 1:51 after arriving at the front door of the 1:53 property he could hear the shower 1:54 running from the onsuite inside and so 1:57 after closing the front door he called 1:59 out to mother to ask if everything was 2:01 okay yet still he received no answer 2:05 after approaching the bathroom door he 2:06 did what all of us would do and gave it 2:08 a good knock however he was still met 2:11 with silence and so he made the 2:12 uncomfortable decision to walk inside 2:15 and what he found was a scenario that 2:17 all of us would dread his mother was 2:19 slumped and Motionless in the shower and 2:22 no doubt Fabian called to the emergency 2:25 services immediately he tried his best 2:27 to perform CPR on the bathroom floor but 2:30 sadly it was to no use Colleen rebello 2:33 was officially dead the Emergency 2:35 Services arrived shortly after and after 2:38 attempting to resuscitate her they 2:40 confirmed that she had passed away 2:42 leaving behind her beloved children and 2:44 friends and Newfound colleagues although 2:46 her death initially seemed to be of 2:48 natural causes several strange signs 2:50 emerged in the following weeks and then 2:52 months and let's just say that things 2:54 were not as they appeared but before we 2:56 dive into the how or why of this story 2:59 let's first first take a look at the who 3:01 because we have yet to adequately 3:02 discuss the main characters of this case 3:05 Colleen was a wonderful mother described 3:07 as a caring woman who would do anything 3:09 for her children following an 3:11 acrimonious divorce from their father 3:13 she had been a single parent for much of 3:15 the children's lives however that didn't 3:17 stop her going through University to 3:20 create a more fulfilling life in the 3:21 future she began a new job with the 3:23 health department only 2 weeks before 3:26 her death having worked in nightfill and 3:28 cafes for several years before you could 3:30 say that academically speaking she had 3:32 only just reached her Pinnacle and she 3:35 was now ready to reap the rewards and 3:37 was both proud and excited about it to 3:40 add to her intelligence Colleen was also 3:42 very conscious about her own health this 3:45 was particularly because she had to deal 3:46 with Hashimoto's disease which is an 3:48 autoimmune condition that affects the 3:50 thyroid gland this is quite a horrible 3:53 disease to deal with but otherwise she 3:55 was happy and healthy and was generally 3:58 considered to be a fitness for ftic so 4:01 do you remember I said Colleen had four 4:03 children well we've already met her 4:05 youngest which of course is 19-year-old 4:07 Fabian he is quite the gentle soul and 4:10 was working at the local supermarket at 4:12 the time his mother met her unfortunate 4:14 end next up is her eldest son Julian who 4:17 at the time was no longer living in the 4:19 Perth area unfortunately there isn't 4:22 much information on him but what we do 4:24 know is that he was living far away when 4:26 all of this went down her only daughter 4:29 Monique was was usually a similar story 4:31 to Julian but at the time had 4:33 temporarily moved back into the family 4:35 home while she trained to become a 4:37 paramedic and just like Fabian she had 4:40 seen her mother on the morning that she 4:41 had died where she described her mother 4:44 as appearing to be totally fine last but 4:47 not least was her son Andre and Andre 4:50 well he was in a rather unique situation 4:54 it is probably best that we introduce 4:56 him along with his ex partner Gracie as 4:58 unfortunately she did find herself tied 5:01 up in this story and so on that note 5:04 where exactly do I begin Gracie Piscopo 5:07 and Andre rebello were a well-known 5:09 influencer couple who were only living a 5:11 few miles away from his mother in Perth 5:13 Australia Gracie was and by the way 5:16 still is a well-known social media 5:18 influencer and model not simply your 5:20 model wannabe type but one with an 5:23 actual significant following her 5:25 Instagram boasts more than 1 million 5:27 followers where she posts modeling 5:29 photos and many brand sponsorships 5:32 meanwhile her YouTube channel has over 5:34 300,000 subscribers Andre rebello on the 5:38 other hand was involved in 5:39 cryptocurrency trading and well pretty 5:42 much nothing else it is quite obvious 5:44 that he liked to see himself as some 5:46 kind of crypto Mastermind one who could 5:48 predict Market volatility and then 5:50 easily earn six figures through it 5:53 however the harsh reality here is that 5:55 he was actually terrible with it in fact 5:57 he was so awful that he was well into 6:00 the red and never into the green more on 6:03 that later Andre and Gracie initially 6:05 got to know each other through her 6:07 ex-boyfriend and then later on would 6:09 both join Instagram where they then 6:11 began to send messages directly by 2015 6:14 the two were officially a couple and 6:16 then fast forward 5 years later to the 6:19 year 2020 and the two were married 6:21 living in beaconfield and had a child 6:23 together this might be a rather obvious 6:26 thing to mention here but Gracie was the 6:28 real bread winner between the two 6:30 meanwhile Andre tried to help her with 6:32 her business while also playing Crypt 6:34 bro in a spare time with so much of 6:36 their lives shared online you can easily 6:39 see the type of lifestyle that they 6:40 tried to uphold a self-made home tour 6:43 which was taken in April of 2020 shows 6:46 Grand fireplace wall features huge sofas 6:49 opulent decorations and a white Range 6:52 Rover of O to add to the typical kind of 6:55 content that Gracie would make on 6:56 Instagram they would also create videos 6:58 like food bangs Vlogs and Adventures 7:01 away you can also see through these 7:03 videos and pictures that Gracie really 7:05 was the main star of the show here with 7:07 her son Romeo just behind as for Andre 7:11 well he still was part of the videos but 7:14 he was more of an accessory no content 7:16 seemed to center around him and he was 7:18 more the management type found behind 7:21 the scenes but at least between the two 7:23 of them Andre and Gracie really did seem 7:25 to be quite the team the two of them 7:27 would work together to secure brand 7:29 Partnerships and in the background Andre 7:32 would still try to make his dreams come 7:33 true through earning crypto now I must 7:36 give credit where it's due because at 7:38 least at one point in time Andre would 7:40 make a staggering $22 profit in crypto 7:43 so there is that however behind the 7:46 scenes Colleen was quite understandably 7:48 fairly concerned about Andre's business 7:50 not only in cryptocurrency but social 7:52 media too it's a very fair point but she 7:54 didn't quite see the longevity behind 7:56 all of it and then what would Andre and 7:58 Gracie do once their time in the 8:00 spotlight had ultimately faded not only 8:02 that but if all of this was just a 8:04 temporary moment then why were the two 8:06 spending so much money on luxurious 8:08 items because from the outside Gracie 8:11 Andre really did seem to have it all not 8:13 only a massive home and a Range Rover 8:15 Evoke but they had many luxurious items 8:18 and would go on holidays several times a 8:19 year it really did look like the perfect 8:22 life you probably know exactly what I'm 8:24 going to say here but in reality oh boy 8:27 that was very different let's just take 8:29 that Range Rover for example you would 8:31 think that maybe they owned the vehicle 8:33 but in reality it was actually on 8:35 finance not only that but they were 8:37 struggling to repay its payments every 8:39 single month they also had no solid 8:41 Assets in their name like a home 8:43 everything was paid for monthly and with 8:45 no money in the bank well their 8:47 financial situation was very fragile now 8:50 you could argue that at least compared 8:51 to Andre Gracie was in a much more 8:53 sensible position not only did she have 8:56 her own business but if she really 8:57 needed to she could pull in more money 8:59 but as for Andre well his crypto shtick 9:02 was doing absolutely nothing for the 9:04 couple in fact by May of 2020 the couple 9:07 had a combined debt of more than 9:09 $120,000 Australian dollars and then 9:12 that very same month Andre's mother 9:14 would all of a sudden 9:17 die it was a day that began with 9:20 excitement and anticipation Andre made 9:22 plans to spend time with Gracie and also 9:25 her cousin who was visiting for the day 9:27 between the three of them they were 9:28 planning to go out for lunch and Gracie 9:31 she was looking forward to it however as 9:33 the morning progressed things seemed to 9:36 take an unexpected turn it was around 9:38 noon that Andre suddenly disappeared 9:41 without a single word no warning no sign 9:45 nothing he was simply gone initially 9:48 confused Gracie tried to brush off her 9:50 concerns thinking that maybe he might 9:53 have only stepped out for a short while 9:55 but as the minutes turned into hours her 9:57 worry grew she tried message and then 10:00 call him but unfortunately that was to 10:03 no avail wherever the hell he decided to 10:05 go Andre was nowhere to be found and he 10:08 had also gone radio silent between 11:10 10:11 and 11:25 a.m. Grace's anxiety clearly 10:15 turned into frustration it was in the 10:17 span of about 15 minutes that she made a 10:19 total of 12 calls to her husband by 10:22 11:16 her frustration was clearly 10:25 boiling over that is when she sent him a 10:27 series of text messages the first one 10:29 one reading answer your phone where are 10:31 you as the minutes ticked by but still 10:33 with no response her messages became 10:36 more frantic do you not have a phone 10:38 what is wrong with you now maybe Gracie 10:41 was a little impatient here but Andre 10:44 well he's still failed to message his 10:46 wife that is when she messaged him 10:48 saying answer for [ __ ] sake before 10:51 then finally saying I'm fuming at you 10:54 I'm so angry the hours dragged on and 10:57 Gracie was clearly Furious she simply 11:00 couldn't understand why Andre would 11:01 disappear Without a Trace and leave her 11:04 and her cousin waiting and then all of a 11:06 sudden at around 2: p.m. Andre returned 11:09 home as if nothing had happened he 11:12 walked inside the home casually with a 11:14 nonchalant expression before asking the 11:16 two where they would like to go for 11:18 lunch Gracie was absolutely stunned by 11:21 this I mean how could he act so normally 11:23 after all of that it wasn't out of 11:26 character for him to leave his phone on 11:27 silent but this time time he really did 11:30 seem particularly careless anyway before 11:33 heading out to lunch Andre made a point 11:35 to text his mom to ask if she could 11:37 watch over a son either later that day 11:40 or the following day he mentioned that 11:42 he had some errands to run and wouldn't 11:44 be able to look after his kid but much 11:46 like Andre himself earlier in the day 11:48 she failed to reply to any of his text 11:51 messages and as it turns out he wasn't 11:54 the only one to be met with silence 11:56 around the same time and several suburbs 11:58 away his younger brother Fabian was 12:01 getting ready to finish his shift at the 12:02 local supermarket it was only for 4 12:05 hours but in customer service that 12:07 really can feel like an eternity Colleen 12:10 had already dropped him off that morning 12:12 at around 10:00 a.m. promising to pick 12:14 him up in 4 hours but by the time 2: 12:17 p.m. rolled around well she was nowhere 12:20 to be found he tried calling her phone 12:23 more than a dozen times but strangely 12:26 there was no answer text messages sent 12:28 both by him and a sister Monique would 12:30 also go unanswered and that is when the 12:33 two of them knew that something was 12:35 wrong on that note Fabian hurried home 12:38 with his heart heavy with worry and upon 12:40 arriving at the property he would 12:42 realize the sheer weight of the 12:44 situation he entered the house to hear 12:46 the shower running from her unset 12:48 bathroom and well you already know how 12:52 this story ends Colleen was found dead 12:54 in her home on May the 25th 2020 and 12:58 although her death was sudden and 13:00 definitely unexpected it was not treated 13:03 as 13:05 suspicious as you can imagine the 13:07 rebello family were absolutely 13:09 devastated by the news of their mother's 13:11 death but nobody stopped to think that 13:13 maybe just maybe this was not by natural 13:16 causes you see the doctors knew that she 13:18 did actually have issues with her heart 13:21 and so this could have been caused by 13:22 cardiac arhythmia or perhaps even a 13:25 brain aneurysm there was also the fact 13:27 that she had Hashimoto's disease and so 13:29 so with these things in mind there 13:30 definitely were risks in addition to 13:33 this police officers would also conclude 13:35 that all of the windows and doors in the 13:36 property were locked at the time that 13:38 she had died therefore suggesting there 13:40 was no sign of a Breakin as for her 13:42 autopsy reports well the cause of her 13:45 death was never actually determined but 13:47 that was a good sign to suggest that she 13:49 was probably not murdered all of her 13:51 children would also rule out suicide 13:53 because Colleen had only just finished a 13:55 master's degree and started a new job 13:57 she was very happy and with no sign of 13:59 depression and so as much as a tragedy 14:01 that her death was everyone believed 14:04 that it was natural but that is when 14:06 Julian began to notice that something 14:08 was off with his brother Andre he seemed 14:11 to be acting quite strange around the 14:13 time of his mother's death and that 14:15 would only seem to worsen over time it 14:18 all began when Julian decided to stay in 14:20 Perth for a couple of months after his 14:22 mother's death in order to sort out her 14:24 Affairs during this time he would look 14:27 through her records to establish her 14:29 fincial position and then settle her 14:31 accounts the first clue appeared when he 14:33 realized that her driver's license was 14:35 missing asking his brothers and sisters 14:37 where her ID could have gone Andre 14:40 confirmed that he had actually taken it 14:42 and had even taken the initiative to 14:44 sort out their mother's Affairs Julian 14:47 was rather surprised by this because not 14:49 only was this out of character for Andre 14:52 but Julian was supposed to be the 14:54 executive well one thing led to the next 14:57 and by the end of the day he he had 14:59 learned that Colleen actually had 15:01 several life insurance policies under 15:02 her name but the strange thing here is 15:05 that not only did he not have any of the 15:08 details but this was also the first time 15:11 he had ever heard about these policies 15:13 unknown to any of the other siblings at 15:15 the time but only 2 weeks before 15:18 Colleen's death Andre had actually taken 15:20 out not one or two but three life 15:23 insurance policies on his mother now 15:26 there is nothing wrong in taking 15:27 initiative but it was quite strange that 15:30 he didn't do this for himself his wife 15:32 his child or his brothers or sister but 15:35 only solely his mother these life 15:37 insurance policies alone totaled more 15:40 than $1 million and the timing well it 15:43 did seem incredibly suspicious not only 15:46 that but all of Colleen's mail now 15:48 seemed to be redirected to Andre's house 15:51 when nobody else had requested that and 15:53 Monique and Fabian were still living at 15:55 the property anyway so why the redirect 15:59 in addition to this although the 16:01 coroner's office had initially been 16:02 assigned to contact Julian all of the 16:05 phone calls would now seemingly go 16:07 straight to Andre instead all of a 16:09 sudden the tragic death of their mother 16:12 now felt like a game of chess and Andre 16:15 he seemed to be several moves ahead the 16:17 concerning Clues would not stop there 16:20 either Colleen's former psychologist 16:22 would call Monique to ask her why forged 16:24 documents seemed to be submitted on her 16:26 behalf to an insurance company documents 16:29 which she absolutely did not write 16:32 herself however before the family could 16:34 do anything about Andre an insurance 16:37 company would beat them to it instead 16:40 when one of those three companies 16:41 recognized several inconsistencies in 16:44 the incoming documents they immediately 16:46 suspected fraud that is when they 16:48 contacted Western Australia police and 16:51 the officers would come down hard on 16:54 Andre and so 5 months after their 16:57 mother's death all four of those 16:59 siblings were then asked to be 17:00 interviewed by police officers and 17:02 meanwhile police obtained search 17:04 warrants not only for Colleen's home but 17:06 also Gracies and Andre's by the evening 17:08 of that very same day the police were 17:11 very confident with their findings so 17:13 confident in fact that they arrested 17:15 Andre on charges of fraud detectives 17:17 learned that not only had he forged fake 17:20 copies of her medical certificate but 17:22 her last willing Testament and the 17:23 coroner's report too and on top of all 17:25 of that Andre had made himself the sole 17:28 beneficiary of his mother's entire 17:30 estate meaning that all of her money and 17:32 possessions would go to him and not his 17:34 brothers or sister Not only was this an 17:37 absolutely disgusting thing to do but it 17:39 devastated Monique Fabian and Julian 17:42 their brother had essentially shut all 17:43 of them out and now they would have to 17:45 question if maybe he murdered their 17:47 mother too following these horrible 17:49 accusations he was released on bail 17:52 while detectives compiled their case 17:54 maybe Andre was hoping that they would 17:56 not be able to prove his charges of 17:58 fraud 17:59 however it turns out that they would 18:01 find a lot more instead before we 18:03 continue it is worth mentioning here 18:05 that Gracie was not part of these fraud 18:08 allegations and had nothing to do with 18:10 this and unfortunately we know this to 18:13 be true because detectives bugged their 18:15 home after a warrant request to search 18:17 the home was officially granted 18:20 surveillance teams would install a 18:21 listening device in graci's bedroom and 18:24 a camera in their living room from this 18:26 moment onwards these devices would be 18:28 monit Ed Around the Clock by officers 18:30 between September the 9th and December 18:32 the 7th and although they would find a 18:34 bunch of confessions of fraud from Andre 18:36 himself it became quite clear that 18:39 Gracie was clueless in these recordings 18:42 she could be heard saying what have you 18:44 done you've put us into so much [ __ ] 18:47 like why would you do that and that is 18:49 such a stupid thing to do she would also 18:51 Express her own concerns about being a 18:53 single mother before asking how do you 18:56 even do insurance frauds and what were 18:59 you going to do run Andre responded with 19:02 I didn't think this would happen but I 19:04 won't go to jail I will get my money and 19:06 then leave the country before I go to 19:09 jail it is also worth noting here that 19:11 Andre continued with his life over the 19:13 next 2 years as if nothing had happened 19:16 I mean Not only was he still with his 19:18 girlfriend but the two would continue to 19:20 make Vlogs and videos but little did he 19:23 know that the clock was actually ticking 19:26 and eventually he would eat his own 19:28 words about jail because in November of 19:31 2022 and following a scrutinous 19:33 investigation conducted by detectives 19:35 Andre rebello was officially arrested 19:38 and charged with the murder of his 19:41 mother the prosecution's story here was 19:44 quite simple Andre and Gracie portrayed 19:46 a glamorous Lifestyle on social media 19:49 which was partially funded by brand 19:50 deals and sponsorships but also came 19:53 with many credit cards and personal 19:55 loans and while Gracie had the means to 19:57 make her own kind of money 19:59 Andre had lied to her about his crypto 20:01 business he had already told her that he 20:03 was making plenty of money through 20:05 crypto assets and that although it was 20:08 all locked up temporarily there would be 20:11 plenty of money to come in the future 20:13 but the Grim reality is that Andre had 20:15 absolutely nothing squat the court was 20:18 shown that at the time Colleen died 20:20 Andre and Gracie had a combined debt of 20:24 $121,000 not only that but they had no 20:27 assets and almost no money in their 20:29 savings accounts although the pressure 20:31 that Andre must have felt would have 20:33 been enormous it was certainly 20:35 self-generated he lied to Gracie about 20:37 his income continued to feed into her 20:40 luxurious lifestyle and now as a father 20:43 and husband to a powerful woman felt 20:45 like he had to prove his Worth to her 20:47 all of this is why he would take out 20:49 multiple life insurance policies on his 20:51 own mother change to be the sole 20:53 beneficiary and then murder her In Cold 20:56 Blood and if he were to be successful 20:58 ful in this terrible scheme then maybe 21:00 he could frame some of the incoming 21:02 money as crypto earnings therefore 21:04 falsely confirming himself as a 21:06 successful cryptocurrency King 21:08 unfortunately with so much time passing 21:11 between Colleen's death and then the 21:12 police treating this as a homicide 21:14 investigation they were not able to 21:16 obtain any surveillance footage from the 21:17 area but what they did have was a very 21:19 clean paper trail between Andre and 21:21 multiple insurance companies with one of 21:24 them being very suspicious from 21:26 basically the beginning it seemed that 21:27 every time the insurance company put a 21:29 roadblock down against Andre he would 21:31 find some way around it usually with a 21:33 fake or forged certificate of course 21:35 that meaning that he was basically 21:37 incriminating himself every single step 21:39 along the way like I said before this 21:41 included a fake will and testament a 21:43 fake medical report and a fake coroner 21:45 report not only that but he would use AI 21:48 to create a fake voice message from her 21:50 psychologist too Andre told the court 21:52 that his mother was quite concerned 21:54 about reaching the age of 60 and so she 21:56 wanted to have life insurance policies 21:57 to protect children and grandchildren in 22:00 the future but the prosecution argued 22:02 that this doesn't explain why all of 22:03 those life insurance policies would go 22:05 straight to Andre and nobody else I mean 22:08 surely you'd want them to be divided 22:10 between all four siblings detective 22:12 Sergeant Jason Hutchinson would tell the 22:14 court that while examining Andre's 22:16 laptop he found that all internet 22:18 activity between December 2019 and July 22:21 2020 had been deleted however Andre 22:25 would fail to delete Google searches 22:27 after his mother's death so purches 22:28 which included Coroner's aneurysm causes 22:31 Word document assist and inquest digital 22:34 forensic analysis would also reveal that 22:36 Andre cell phone had pinged the cell 22:38 towers near his mother's home at the 22:40 time that she was suspected to have died 22:43 this suggests that he must have been in 22:45 the immediate area when she passed away 22:48 to add to this Witnesses would also 22:50 claim to have seen a white Land Rover a 22:52 Vogue outside of the property at around 22:54 1:30 p.m. which as we know matches the 22:58 exact description to Andre's 23:01 vehicle so the confirmed facts are as 23:04 follows Colleen dropped her son off at 23:06 10:00 a.m. at the local supermarket but 23:09 by the time 2 p.m. rolled around she 23:10 failed to pick him up this creates a 23:13 4-Hour window for when she could have 23:15 died and there are plenty of Clues and 23:17 signs to indicate that Andre was with 23:19 her during this time this is proven by 23:21 Gracie's Testament and call records his 23:23 mobile phone pinging off several cell 23:25 towers in the area at the time and his 23:27 Range Rover roke being spotted outside 23:29 of the property all of this happened 23:31 only one week after taking out multiple 23:33 life insurance policies in her name life 23:35 insurance policies that he made himself 23:37 the sole beneficiary of and would then 23:39 create fake documents for now the 23:42 prosecution may not have any solid 23:43 evidence against Andre such as a video 23:45 of him killing his mother but as far as 23:47 circumstantial evidence goes I would say 23:50 this was pretty much a slam dunk the 23:52 prosecution also claimed that although 23:54 Andre had staged her death to make it 23:56 look natural and had acted carefully he 23:59 would go on to make several mistakes 24:01 that would in turn reveal the actual 24:03 truth for example police photos of 24:05 Colleen's body showed her lying outside 24:08 of the shower still wearing makeup and 24:10 even jewelry which included a gold watch 24:13 she wasn't the type of person to just go 24:15 in the shower with these things on so it 24:17 really didn't make any sense to add to 24:19 that she still had her hair tied up and 24:22 the bathmat that she would usually use 24:24 while in the shower was still draped 24:25 over the bath so in essence and had 24:28 staged the scene quite terribly which to 24:31 be honest I'm not that surprised about 24:33 really I mean you can tell he's just a 24:35 giant hmbo no surprise but Andre would 24:37 deny all of these murder charges however 24:40 he would admit to taking out three life 24:42 insurance policies in Colleen's name and 24:44 then forging documents to access one of 24:46 them his defense team would suggest 24:48 various potential causes of death this 24:50 including cardiac arhythmia or even a 24:53 brain aneurysm however the coroner's 24:55 inability to determine the exact cause 24:57 of her death would add complexity to 24:59 this case therefore making it heavily 25:02 reliant on circumstantial evidence but 25:05 with the possibility of a life sentence 25:06 looming over Andre if he were to be 25:09 found guilty the atmosphere in the 25:11 courtroom was understandably tense I 25:14 think this goes for most of my stories 25:16 but the stakes really were high here and 25:19 everyone awaited the jury's decision 25:20 with baited 25:23 breath deliberations began on December 25:26 the 3rd 2024 and only two 2 Days Later 25:29 the jury returned with a unanimous 25:31 verdict Andre rebello was officially 25:33 found to be guilty of murdering his 25:35 mother as a result he is likely to 25:38 receive life in prison without the 25:40 possibility of parole his father Antonio 25:43 who attended the trial was clearly 25:45 saddened by the news this was a much 25:47 stronger response than Andre himself who 25:49 gave almost no emotion when the verdict 25:52 was readed out and with his trial now 25:54 finally done and over with he will be 25:56 sentenced next year in a ail of 26:00 2025 once again it is certainly worth 26:03 noting here that Gracie had no idea 26:06 about Andre's plans she wasn't aware of 26:08 the payout the change in beneficiary the 26:11 murder or even the actual insurance 26:13 policies to put it quite bluntly here 26:16 she was simply the partner of a very 26:19 foolish man who planned to deceive her 26:21 Andre's actions have done far more than 26:24 destroyed the lives of only his mother 26:26 brothers and sister he has also also 26:28 robbed Gracie of her first marriage and 26:30 her child of an innocent biological 26:33 father the media really hasn't been too 26:35 kind to her when in reality she is 26:38 probably suffering almost as much as the 26:40 rest of the rebello family in the recent 26:43 Year Gracie has now found herself a new 26:45 partner who seems to love not only her 26:48 but her son too and I really do hope 26:50 that he will be the one to bring her the 26:52 calmness and the steadiness she deserves 26:55 and last but not least we can't forget 26:57 about col rebello she was a remarkable 27:00 woman known for her dedication and her 27:02 love for her family and despite the 27:04 challenges of single Parenthood she 27:06 would put herself through University to 27:08 create a better future not only for 27:11 herself but for her children and her 27:13 future grandchild too you can tell that 27:15 she was dedicated to improving herself 27:18 in almost every single way possible 27:20 whether that be through family health 27:22 education or career her sudden and 27:25 Unexpected death has left her family and 27:27 her friends absolutely devastated but 27:30 her Legacy as a loving mother and a 27:32 dedicated professional will continue to 27:34 be remembered by all of those who 27:36 cherish 27:39 her all I can really say about this case 27:42 and Andre in particular is what a bloody 27:44 [ __ ] by the way folks this is just 27:46 another example of how different 27:48 influencers actually are in reality 27:50 compared to what they portray online so 27:53 the next time you unfairly compare 27:54 yourself please do remember that I mean 27:56 in reality the chances are you're 27:58 probably much happier than they are 28:00 although this entire case was basically 28:02 centered around circumstantial evidence 28:04 it was quite strong and thick do you 28:06 think it was enough do you think that 28:08 Andre did murder his mother and do you 28:10 think that the evidence that we have 28:11 seen is enough to convict him as always 28:13 please share your thoughts in the 28:14 comment section down below anyway folks 28:16 I think that's the end of the video for 28:17 me today thank you so much for watching 28:19 and as always I'll see you again very 28:21 soon for another one until that moment 28:23 arrives though remember to look after 28:24 yourself look after each other and as 28:26 always stay safe thank you and goodbye
