sleep routine in his ground floor bedroom however not too long after drifting off a sudden ominous crash

reminded himself he had a housemate someone he could blame these noises on and her name was Amy Harwick now

although Amy was planning to be out for the evening she did eventually have plans to return home and so so he

figured that maybe she had come back early and then accidentally knocked something over and so with that thought

and off and that is how she would meet a man named Gareth P House people in Hollywood tend to date others in

Hollywood and this also counted for Gareth luckily although he was a software engineer by industry he was

also a photographer at many Red Carpet Events of course giving him access to some of California's upper echelon 3

years older than Amy Gareth was not famous at all however due to his connections he would often find himself

with famous people and in the year 2010 that is how he and Amy crossed paths It

is believed that they met at a social event or through mutual acquaintances as both were involved in overlapping

against walls kicked her and dropped her to the ground with force and so when the

restraining order finally came into effect well I say Good Riddance for the

most part Gareth did seem to respect the restraining order and Amy she was good

at keeping her distance too grey rocking Gareth in an effort to help him forget her and no gray rocking doesn't mean

that Amy was busy throwing stones at Gareth The gry Rock method involves becoming unresponsive to abusive or

the years passed by Amy's life would takeen unexpected positive turn when she met her next partner it was while

several others had arrived at Globe Theater where they then watched several live performers Amy was seen wearing her

tricky position to be in because officers would now have to determine if his story really was true or if in fact

he was The Suspect with Michael leaving his keys inside officers jumped the fence to gain entry to the property

leaving themselves terribly exposed to any potential gunfire from the Intruder while they fumbled over the wall once

over police officers would find Amy's body almost immediately she was found 20

ft below the balcony of her rear-facing bedroom officers couldn't tell if she was alive or dead but sadly things were

not looking good for her looking upstairs Amy's belongings were scattered across the floor her purse overturned

kind of like they'd been tossed aside almost immediately and once in the bedroom things would get even stranger

on the third floor balcony officers would find a syringe and the liquid inside well responding officers would

initially believe the syringe contained heroin but testing conducted by the FBI would reveal it contained a lethal dose

of liquid nicotin this would be a particularly strange piece of evidence considering that Amy

did not smoke drink or use any drugs whatsoever by the morning the Killer's

entry point had finally revealed itself that's because sunlight would catch the jagged edges of broken glass found on

they were actually looking for meanwhile Amy's best friend Robert had also made his way down to the police station and

between him and Michael all of their answers and information were consistent and had made one thing absolutely

crystal clear that the guy they were looking for was a man named Gareth P house that is when detectives learned of

the domestic violence the restraining orders the obsessive behavior and well everything else in between and from that

point onwards Gareth was a wanted man only 13 hours after her death detectives showed up at gareth's home and then

arrested him he was was then charged with first-degree murder with the special circumstance of lying in wait

with an additional charge of first deegree residential burglary the lying and weight charge indicated that Gareth

had planned and concealed his attack which of course would Elevate the severity of the charges inside his home

police would also find a syringe which was similar to The Very one they recovered on Amy's balcony it is also

worth noting here that on Valentine's Day Gareth told his date that he would be busy all week probably because he was

occupied with you know murdering his ex on the very day of her death he then
