He got radically saved and I got 00:04:00.169 --> 00:04:03.189 angry. I had put up with a weirdo for four months 00:04:03.189 --> 00:04:05.939 and you don't get saved at 20. You get saved 00:04:05.939 --> 00:04:07.900 at 30 when you're ready to calm down with your 00:04:07.900 --> 00:04:11.699 life. And so I was very angry at him for leaving 00:04:11.699 --> 00:04:14.500 me. Two weeks later, he showed up at the college 00:04:14.500 --> 00:04:17.800 that I was at, and he took me to lunch, and he 00:04:17.800 --> 00:04:20.040 began to share with me that for those four months, 00:04:20.220 --> 00:04:23.240 the spirit realm was opened up, and that he was 00:04:23.240 --> 00:04:25.779 seeing angels and demons, and he was seeing what 00:04:25.779 --> 00:04:28.439 was controlling people, and that we were being 00:04:28.439 --> 00:04:31.980 controlled by real devils. My friend pulled 00:06:03.930 --> 00:06:06.290 in the back of the parking lot, and I guess his 00:06:06.290 --> 00:06:08.089 mom taught him one prayer because he went right 00:06:08.089 --> 00:06:10.810 for it. He goes, in the name of Jesus, I bind 00:06:10.810 --> 00:06:14.149 the Antichrist spirit. And as soon as he did, 00:06:14.269 --> 00:06:16.610 it manifested into a chokehold around my throat, 00:06:16.709 --> 00:06:19.810 and I couldn't breathe. I jump out of the van, college kids running 00:07:25.610 --> 00:07:27.889 everywhere, and I start screaming. Here's my 00:07:27.889 --> 00:07:30.129 sinner's prayer. Jesus Christ, I give you my 00:07:30.129 --> 00:07:33.269 life. I'm yours. Jesus Christ, I give you my 00:07:33.269 --> 00:07:36.490 life. I'm yours. And in that moment, I pass from 00:07:36.490 --> 00:07:40.379 death to life. In that moment. I led 00:08:14.629 --> 00:08:16.790 my little brother to the Lord, and we moved into 00:08:16.790 --> 00:08:19.810 a season of revival where the next six months 00:08:19.810 --> 00:08:22.970 was half the high school coming to Jesus, five 00:08:22.970 --> 00:08:25.750 meetings a week till three in the morning, and 00:08:25.750 --> 00:08:27.829 I just got a holy addiction for the presence 00:08:27.829 --> 00:08:31.750 of God. I had just gotten my second DWI right 00:08:31.750 --> 00:08:35.120 before I got saved. So I couldn't go anywhere. 00:08:35.200 --> 00:08:36.820 So I was like, God, I've got to get all those 00:08:36.820 --> 00:08:39.820 Tupac lyrics out of my head. I've got to get 00:08:39.820 --> 00:08:41.919 some Bible in my head so I'd read the Bible for 00:08:41.919 --> 00:08:48.440 eight hours a day. And I fell madly in love with 00:08:48.440 --> 00:08:53.139 the presence of God. And that's really what's 00:08:53.139 --> 00:08:55.080 driven me up until this day. That was whatever, 00:08:55.240 --> 00:08:59.240 22, 23 years ago. I'm just a man that's madly 00:08:59.240 --> 00:09:01.799 in love with the presence of God and proximity 00:09:01.799 --> 00:09:06.000 to God. Is the purpose of our existence. It's 00:09:06.000 --> 00:09:08.299 not just knowing him. And having get out of jail 00:09:08.299 --> 00:09:11.519 free card. Not going to hell. So we have the 00:13:23.759 --> 00:13:26.200 Father, we have the Son, and we see the Spirit 00:13:26.200 --> 00:13:30.799 brooding over the darkness.
