Region two being the Americas, all 00:08:39.740 --> 00:08:42.759 the way from Canada all the way down to Argentina. 00:08:43.639 --> 00:08:46.769 All the Americas, right? So Youth on the Air 00:08:46.769 --> 00:08:49.870 was created, and that includes the camp that 00:08:49.870 --> 00:08:52.009 you, Neil, are the director of, and you're very 00:08:52.009 --> 00:08:53.929 familiar with, and a lot of our listeners are 00:08:53.929 --> 00:08:56.409 too. But also, all of these other activities 00:08:56.409 --> 00:08:58.710 and resources that have been put out for youth 00:08:58.710 --> 00:09:01.750 have been going on as well. In fact, this came 00:09:01.750 --> 00:09:05.269 kind of after all of the Yoda camp work. There are obviously, 00:09:11.330 --> 00:09:14.950 again, three IRAUs for each region. region plus 00:09:14.950 --> 00:09:19.110 like the overarching one, to kind of formalize 00:09:19.110 --> 00:09:22.330 a position such that we had a person that could 00:09:22.330 --> 00:09:25.309 be leveraged. And I'm using all these big corporate 00:09:25.309 --> 00:09:28.669 terms, right? I do a variety of things. There's a variety of clubs 00:11:32.600 --> 00:11:34.600 around and I've always said this they're always 00:11:34.600 --> 00:11:36.820 been fragmented and one of my one of my goals 00:11:36.820 --> 00:11:41.379 was to try to coalesce and connect all of these 00:11:41.529 --> 00:11:43.809 disparate and fragmented groups together.
