They put a 00:03:35.229 --> 00:03:38.979 bid in on it. They pay a flat rate and then they 00:03:38.979 --> 00:03:42.219 take the profits from the forest. So they're 00:03:42.219 --> 00:03:45.479 hoping that it'll be a good season and that they 00:03:45.479 --> 00:03:47.639 will collect all those camping fees and extra 00:03:47.639 --> 00:03:50.460 vehicle fees and firewood fees and all that kind 00:03:50.460 --> 00:03:54.060 of stuff. They get to keep it. Now that's their 00:03:54.060 --> 00:03:57.960 net profit after they pay the National Forest 00:03:57.960 --> 00:04:01.500 Service. for the contract, which isn't cheap 00:04:01.500 --> 00:04:05.680 at all.
