When You Stop Feeding Negativity, Your Life Changes

Hey guys, welcome back to Words of Wisdom. I'm going to tell you a little story, but in this story, there's going to be a lot of lessons, okay? I called up a friend of mine to see how he's doing because he just got out of a relationship that, you know, he really cared for someone. He really fell hard.

He proceeded to tell me that he's having a hard time sleeping. I told him to be patient with himself. Give himself the time that he needs to heal.

Because if you don't heal, then you're going to lead with ego. And when you lead with ego, nothing good comes from that. Trust and believe.

You don't want to lead with ego. You want to lead with who you truly are, inside and out. So, I told him to be patient, give himself some time, feel your feelings, okay? Just give yourself some time.

And then I followed through with, but you know, breakups can be wonderful. Can't they? And he said, what? I can't believe you just said that. I said, oh, I love breakups.

I love breakups. Well, not that I would create one for no reason, but if there was a breakup, I don't focus on the breakup. I focus on what lessons did I learn? Because in every different relationship you have, you will learn things about yourself.

You will. You will learn what you're going to tolerate, what you're not going to tolerate, what you want, what you don't want. Right? You learn these.

How many people have gotten out of a relationship and said, okay, I'm not doing that again. Oh my God, this happened, this happened, this happened. Okay.

You now know what you're not going to tolerate. That's what you learned. So anybody hurting out there? Excuse me.

Anybody hurting out there? Give yourself some time. If this has just happened to you, if you've gotten out of a relationship or something, give yourself some time, feel your feelings and heal. Okay, be patient with yourself though.

And most importantly, what lessons did you learn? Right? What will you not tolerate any more now? What will you tolerate? What are your must-haves? Right? Somebody could have this and you don't like it, whatever this is, but it's not life or death or whatever, so you can tolerate that. Perfect. But there's going to be things in people that you, that's it.

It draws the line for you. Done. And you're not going to do that again to yourself.

My throat chakra. Right? So many lessons to learn in life. We just have to pay attention to what they are.

Many people, when they get out of relationships, they focus on losing the person, losing the relationship. I've done that. I don't know if I would do that again.

I would do that if I really loved someone who was thoroughly respectful, loved me for me. Right? Proud of me. Proud to walk by my side.

For sure that one would hurt big time. But honestly, you guys, if somebody, if you're in a, this is going to take me to a different subject now, so I don't know why divorces are so hard. Okay.

I don't know. I don't understand. So I'm going to talk about that separately, but another time.

But honestly, we don't have to make anything difficult. Everything can come from communication. That's all it takes.

But never, if you're with someone who calls you demeaning names, you know, like the B word, or if they, you know, just draw that fine fucking line and say things like, you wouldn't be able to afford this place without me. Get the fuck away from that person. They have lessons to learn.

They haven't. It's really funny because there's men, I'm going to say men because I'm a woman and I date men, but there's men out there that think they're fucking emperors. They think they are emperors.

All four kings in one. And they're convinced of that. Well, they might have, they might be the king of pentacles if they have a lot of money or make good money, right? Things like that.

But to think that you're an emperor when you would talk to the person you claim to love and call them a B word, you know, go a little deeper and say you wouldn't be able to afford this place without me. Are you kidding me? Listen, honey, listen. That is not an emperor.

An empress would never say that to a man she claims to love. She'd build him up. She would, she would build him up.

A true empress would do that and a true emperor would do that too. You'd be a power couple. There's nothing that you guys can't do together, succeed together.

The two of you against the world kind of thing. Right? Yeah. But this man that I'm speaking of, if he thinks he's an emperor, I'm highly suggesting that he thinks again.

And, you know, provide reasons why you think are an emperor, okay? Because an emperor will never speak to his woman in a demeaning manner like that. No fucking way would he do that. Emperors don't do that.

Okay? Okay, you guys. It really warmed my heart to be there for my friend because we are in a circle, a tight circle of people friends who with whom I know that he's not going to feel comfortable talking about that. I finished our conversation by saying, hey, I'm here for you day or night.

If you need anybody to talk to at any given time, you give me a shout. I'm here. And he said, I appreciate that.

Thank you so much. Because people need to have a release. My goodness.

I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I don't know where that's coming from.

But people need to release. And all you need is one person. That's all.

One person you can thoroughly trust who won't tell the rest of the group. You know, I wouldn't even tell my man if I knew something. Because I promised that person, okay? I promised that person that I would not tell anyone if he said something to me.

And he did tell me something a few days prior to when I checked up on him a couple of days ago. And that's why I was checking up on him. So he told me not to tell anyone.

Well, I'm not going to sit there and say, can I tell my man? Because no, he's confiding in me. He knows he can come to me. He knows he can trust me that I won't be spreading his shit around.

Because it's not my shit to spread. That's his. If he wants to share his life stuff, he can go right on ahead and share it with whomever he wishes.

That's his life. It's his choice. But he chooses me.

And he loves my advice. And I care. I care about people.

And it really hurts me to see somebody hurt. To see someone sick. You know? That's just the type of person I am.

When he thanked me immensely, I got like tingling sensations up and down my body and my heart just felt like it was expanding. It makes me feel good. It's a win-win.

We need to spread love again, people. We need to spread love, not hate. Let's change the four-letter word hate into the four-letter word love.

And please, for the love of God, shut your fucking news off. Did you just hear that bang in the hallway? I'm sure you didn't, but there was one. Shut the news off.

Don't give energy or attention to negative stuff. It was like my past breakup. Same thing.

You feed it, it grows. Energy is real, you guys. Imagine pulling back your energy.

Imagine focusing on you. If you're married, have kids, of course. Focus on them, too.

Right? Everybody needs their own time, too. But focus on your situation. Do things that make you happy.

Things that make you feel good. Right? You're going to feel so good. You're going to feel so blessed.

And more blessings are going to keep coming. Believe you me. Okay, it's coming.

If you haven't gotten it, it's coming. Those that did, congratulations. But it's coming.

But imagine not watching the news. Just imagine not watching the news for one day. 24 hours.

Not easy for some people. I know people out there that are addicted. Addicted.

Oh my god, I have to get home right after work and turn the news on. Like I don't know what I missed. I said, what are you missing? What's happening around the world is happening around the world.

You're safe. You live here. You're fine.

Don't worry about it. Just focus on you. And every time you watch that news, every time you flick your TV on to watch news, you are feeding your energy to negative energy and it's going to get bigger and bigger and bigger and it's already gotten pretty big.

It can get bigger. So pull your energy back. Claim it.

Claim your energy back. Don't let them have your attention. And guess what's going to happen? I guarantee this.

I guarantee it. Let's just say the entire world didn't watch the news. I'm aiming for that.

That's my goal to be here, right? Let's say majority, 80% of the world, even 70% of the world didn't pay attention to the news. You know what's going to happen? The world is going to become a better place. It's going to change.

We live in this world. We live in this world together. Let's play nice.

Let's spread love, joy, happiness. Let's expand and be grateful for what we have. Okay.

And you'll just sit and watch blessing after blessing after blessing come into your life. I guarantee it. I guarantee it.

I'm living it. I guarantee it. I've seen the changes and I know why.

Because I've changed. So if you don't watch the news, you're not going to feed it. And what happens? The world's going to become more of a peaceful place, more of a happier place.

Your kids can go to a park and stuff like that and be safe again. Like back in the day, I'm in my late 50s guys. So back in the day, it was safe.

We can't do that anymore. We just can't. Stop feeding the news.

Stop giving your energy, your attention to negative things and watch what happens. I guarantee it's going to get better. And then you know what's going to happen? My goodness.

You know what else is going to happen? All of our leaders all over the world, I have something to tell you. Fuck you. Okay? Fuck you all.

You guys are acting like you're in grade nine and your energy sucks. I don't like you. I don't need you in my life.

And I'm not giving you my attention. I'm going to live my life. And I am.

And I'm getting blessing after blessing from just living my life. You guys, I hardly know what's going on in the world. Unless somebody tells me, I have no clue.

I am seriously clueless when it comes to the world. And I'm so happy. I'm so happy.

I'm just living my life, receiving blessing after blessing after blessing. Well, why would I get off this path? I've been down the other path. That wasn't fun.

I'm not going back there again. Learned that. Thank you, spirit.

Every lesson is a positive lesson. If you're willing to accept the lesson. In other words, sit and heal.

Learn from your mistakes. Take accountability for your actions. Right? And when you lead with being beautiful like that, you will receive beautiful things.

So as far as those politicians, those idiots out there. If you, if we don't pay attention to the news and we don't give the energy to that, guess what's going to happen? They're going to all look at each other with the dumbest look on their face and go, well, well, now what? Nobody cares. Nobody's watching.

Nobody's paying attention. They're going to look like idiots. The idiots that they are.

Our leaders are dumb asses, each and every one of them, because one country might have something that we have or need something that like, let's say the US there's Canada has something that the US needs and the US has something that Canada needs. Well, wouldn't the leaders get together and say, hey, we need this from you guys. What do you guys need or whatever? And we tell you and say, okay, let's do this.

Let's become a more beautiful world, a safer world for people to live and raise children and be happy. No, they want to cause chaos. They want to cause grief, pain.

They want to kill their own people. Right? There's so much death going on right now everywhere. And my heart, my light, I'm telling you, I'm sending them love and peace.

But I can't control everything. I'm not God. If they're willing to go that far, wow.

Shame on them. I would love to get a phone call from one politician, just one, and pick their brain for less than 15 seconds. You know, can't you play nice with one another? Maybe this isn't the right role for you.

It's like being a CEO or anything like that. Any job. If it's not the right role for you, it's not the right role for you.

Go find something that you're going to be happy in. You'll enjoy it. And you're going to make more money because it's something you're doing that you enjoy.

There may be growth from that. But no, they can't be grown adult men who can just talk to one another and play nice. They want to cause this chaos, get people living in fear.

And they do. They're succeeding. Many people are living in fear.

That's, we're not here to live in fear. We're here to live our lives. You have one chance at it.

That's it. Just once. What do you want it to look like? What do you want your life to look like? What do you see? What would make you happy? Go get it.

Simple. It's simple. Everything is simple.

We make it difficult. So fuck you to the politicians, each and every one of you worldwide. Okay, seriously, fuck you.

Okay, fuck you. I don't give a shit who you are. Shame on you for being grown men and or women, whoever, and not being able to play nice.

Wow. You deserve a detention. Okay, go.

Go to the corner with your dunce cap on because that's where you deserve to be. We want, I want real leaders. People who seriously care for people.

Especially if we live in your world, your country. I want leaders, man, who have no egos and they care for the people. And guess what? Then they and their family can go to the park and sit in there peacefully, happily.

What? They want to have to hide out, be surrounded by security? No, no, no, no, no. Fuck the news, you guys. For the love of God, please turn it off.

Don't give your energy to that. Claim your power back. Get your life back.

Do things that make you happy. Get yourself off the TV. Do things that make you happy.

Make you feel good. And watch what happens to your life. All you got to do is just live your life and watch what happens.

Okay, you guys. Wow, I didn't realize I talked so long. Okay, so I love you.

I love you. And God bless each and every one of you. Let's make a change in this world.

We've got this. We can do this. It's our world.

We live in it. We have control, right? We don't want to be controlled. We have the control.

All we have to do, there's a horn. All we have to do is just live our lives. That's it.

Turn the news off. Don't give them your energy. They don't deserve it.

They can't play nice. They don't deserve it. And watch.

It will stop. Everything will stop. The world will become a better place.

I promise you. We have control. Let's take it back.
