Twin Flame Journey Welcome to Words of Wisdom! If you’re new here, welcome to the family—you are appreciated. And to all my returning subscribers, and those who like the podcast, thank you for your loyalty, love, and your energy. You all already know—you are the reason this community keeps glowing. STAGE 1 — OBLIVIOUS (AKA: JUST LIVING YOUR LIFE) Before the journey starts, you’re just…living. You’re doing regular human things. Dating regular human people. Trying to be happy in regular human ways. And honestly? A lot of people are happy in this stage. Not fake happy — genuinely comfortable. Life is predictable. You’re doing what you’re “supposed” to do. You’re dating normally, working, existing. But underneath all that, even if you can’t name it yet, there’s this little voice that whispers: “Something’s missing.” Most of us ignore it. We keep going. We push through. Because who has time to question their soul when they’re paying bills? STAGE 2 — THE TRIGGER (THE SPIRITUAL WAKE-UP SLAP) Then…something shifts. Maybe it’s a heartbreak. Maybe it’s a loss. Maybe you wake up one morning and your entire soul feels different. Maybe nothing happened at all — you just feel… activated. This is your spiritual jumper cable moment. The universe plugs you into something bigger and suddenly you have questions you’ve never asked before: “Why am I here?” “What am I missing?” “What’s my purpose?” “Why do I suddenly care about things I used to avoid?” This stage is disorienting because its growth disguised as confusion. It feels like frustration, like doubt, like your life isn’t fitting the way it used to. You don’t know it yet, but you are being moved toward someone — and toward yourself. STAGE 3 — THE SEARCH (LOOKING FOR SOMETHING YOU CAN’T NAME) Suddenly you start searching. You don’t know what you’re looking for, but your soul does. You open your fridge and stare inside like what you’re searching for something hiding behind the orange juice. You try new hobbies. New relationships. New jobs. New goals. None of them hit the spot. Something is off, and you can’t shake it — and the more you try to distract yourself, the louder that internal pull becomes. This is where many people encounter a false twin or a karmic partner because the soul is reaching, grasping, trying to find the real thing. But nothing sticks because the real thing hasn’t arrived yet. STAGE 4 — THE SEARCH FOR “THE ONE” At some point you realize: “Okay. I’m searching for a person.” But you don’t know who. So, you do what everyone does — you follow the script. You date. You try to “settle down.” You’re NOT looking for a soulmate. You’re looking for the other half of your damn soul. And nothing the world offers feels like that. Some people meet their twin at this stage — but they aren’t ready. The energy is too strong, too strange, too intense, so the encounter explodes before it turns into anything real. But once you’ve hit this stage, the universe is like: “Alright… buckle up. The real work is starting.” STAGE 5 — THE DARK NIGHT OF THE SOUL This one’s fun. (Just kidding — this one is hell.) This stage hits when every distraction stops working. Relationships don’t feel right. Life feels off. You’re tired, disconnected, and disappointed. Lonely even around people. It’s not depression — but it feels like it. It’s soul-deep sadness. But here’s the wild part: your twin is going through this too, even if you’ve never met. The telepathic connection starts showing up as random waves of emotion, unexplained heaviness, or sudden confusion. This is the spiritual breakdown-before-breakthrough moment. It’s uncomfortable but necessary. And it sets the stage for the first major shift. STAGE 6 — THE SHIFT (AKA: YOUR SPIRITUAL GLOW-UP) After the dark night, something inside of you clicks. You start waking up to who you really are. You’re more aware, more open, more intuitive. You’re living more honestly. This is the “spiritual homework” stage. You're studying without knowing you're studying. Preparing without knowing you're preparing. You’re being aligned for the moment everything changes. STAGE 7 — THE PHYSICAL ENCOUNTER And then it happens. You meet them. Your other half. Your mirror soul. Your twin flame. It doesn’t matter if you meet them online, in person, through a friend, by accident — the moment hits like a freight train. This isn’t a slow-motion run in a field of flowers. Sometimes it’s instant attraction or instant irritation. Sometimes it’s instant “oh hell no, why does this person FEEL like this?” But one thing is guaranteed: It will not go unnoticed. One twin usually “gets it” first. The other is confused, overwhelmed, or emotionally unprepared. But the connection is undeniable. STAGE 8 — THE SPIRITUAL CONNECTION DEEPENS After you meet, the spiritual connection cranks up to 1000%. You feel them. You think of them constantly. Synchronicities explode out of nowhere. Songs, numbers, dreams, signs — everything starts lining up. The connection finally becomes conscious. And then…the connection becomes too much. Humans aren’t built for soul-level exposure, not at first. It triggers every wound, every fear, every insecurity. Which leads us into the stage everyone hates. STAGE 9 — THE RUNNER/CHASER SEPARATION One twin panics and runs. The other tries to hold on. And even though it hurts like hell, separation is NOT punishment. It’s preparation. The runner doesn’t leave because they don’t care. They leave because the connection terrifies them. They leave because they don’t understand. They leave because the energy is overwhelming. And while they’re off running, they may: date someone else, get into a karmic relationship, distract themselves endlessly, and/or pretend the connection never existed. Meanwhile the chaser is left standing there asking: “What did I do wrong?” The truth is: you did nothing wrong. This is the stage where both people do the most growth. You’re not meant to sit still and wait. You’re meant to rise. STAGE 10 — SURRENDER (THE CALM AFTER THE CHAOS) Eventually something shifts. You stop chasing. You stop panicking. You stop obsessing over what they’re doing. Surrender is not “giving up.” It’s saying: I trust the process. I trust the timing. I trust myself. You reclaim your energy, choose yourself, rebuild your life, get stronger, and grow. And as you rise, your twin feels it. STAGE 11 — ILLUMINATION (ALIGNMENT + RECOGNITION) At this stage, both twins are healing. Both are rising. Both are shedding ego. Both are learning. You’re more honest. More open. More spiritually aligned. Suddenly, running doesn’t make sense anymore. The connection feels natural, not scary. Separation becomes shorter, less painful, less dramatic. This is when you start heading back toward each other — slowly but surely. STAGE 12 — UNION (THE FINAL STAGE) Union is not just getting back together. Union is becoming one energy in two bodies. It’s unconditional love, balance, harmony, and a spiritual alignment on a level most people will never experience. This is not “happily ever after” — it’s the real beginning. Union is the result of healing, clearing karmic patterns, learning self-worth, releasing fear, and becoming whole on your own. And once you reach this stage, you just know: This is forever. Now let’s address the biggest pain point: What does it mean when your twin flame is with somebody else? Here’s the blunt, honest truth: It does NOT mean you’ve lost them. It does NOT mean the connection is dead. It does NOT mean they’ve chosen someone “over” you. Most of the time, that other person is a karmic lesson, a soulmate teaching them boundaries, a relationship meant to trigger healing, a distraction from the overwhelm of the connection. Their relationship is NOT your responsibility. And you trying to interfere will only delay the process. What YOU should do instead: • Feel your feelings — don’t suppress them. • Focus on healing your own wounds. • Build your life, not your fear. • Avoid dating just to trigger them. • Trust the timing. • Let them learn what they need to learn. • Keep your energy grounded. • Do not chase. • Do not compare yourself. This is the phase where you grow the most. The twin flame journey is not about romance. It’s about evolution. It’s about breaking down who you thought you were so you can become who you truly are. It’s messy. It’s beautiful. It’s painful. It’s transformative. And it’s absolutely worth it. Wherever you are right now — separation, confusion, longing, anger, awakening — it’s part of the journey. You’re moving exactly where you need to be. Union doesn’t happen because you chase. It happens because you grow. Thank you all so much for being here.
