PRAY FOR WORLD PEACE
It’s time we focus on specific areas of conflict, ask for guidance for leaders, and pray for the well-being of all people. This includes praying for an end to violence, the promotion of justice and reconciliation, and the cultivation of peace within individuals and communities. 
•	Pray for an end to specific wars or conflicts around the world. 
•	Ask for divine intervention to bring about peaceful resolutions and reconciliation. 
•	Pray for the safety and well-being of those affected by conflict. 
•	Pray for wisdom and guidance for world leaders in making decisions that promote peace. 
•	Pray for leaders to be free from selfish ambition and to act with integrity and compassion. 
•	Pray for leaders to have the courage to choose peace over conflict and to work towards justice and reconciliation. 

•	Pray for the spread of love, compassion, and understanding among people. 
•	Pray for the healing of hearts and minds from hatred and division. 
•	Pray for the establishment of just and equitable societies where all people can thrive. 
•	Pray for individuals to find peace within themselves and to live in harmony with others. 

•	Pray for the Church and other faith communities to be a source of hope, healing, and reconciliation in the world. 
•	Pray for the spread of religious teachings that promote peace and understanding. 
•	Pray for the courage of faith communities to work towards social justice and peace
 
•	Consider the interconnectedness of all things and the importance of living in harmony with nature. 
•	Reflect on the role of forgiveness, compassion, and reconciliation in achieving lasting peace. 
•	Pray for the courage to take concrete steps towards peace in your own life and community. 


Prayer for Global Peace
O you, the almighty Sun, whose light clears away all clouds,
We take refuge in you, king of all men, God of all deities, Lord of all angels.
We pray you dispel the mist of illusion from the hearts of the nations and lift their lives by Your all-sufficient power. Pour upon them your limitless love, your ever-shining light, your everlasting life, your heavenly joy and your perfect peace.
God, we trust you and we put our confidence in you. As we look out at this world so full of conflict and disruption, violence and chaos, let us be rooted in you and let the waters of your peace flow out to all who are experiencing conflict. We pray that your people would be like trees planted by streams of water. Lead me from despair to hope, from fear to trust; lead me from hate to love, from war to peace. Let peace fill our heart, our world, our universe. Almighty God, we bless you for our lives, we give you praise for your abundant mercy and grace we receive. We thank you for your faithfulness even though we are not that faithful to you. Lord Jesus, we ask you to give us all around peace in our mind, body, soul, and spirit.
1.	Lord Jesus Christ, you are the true King of peace. In You alone is found freedom.
2.	Please free our world from conflict. Bring unity to troubled nations. 
3.	Dispel all darkness and evil. Protect the dignity of every human life. 
4.	Give wisdom to world leaders. Free them from selfish ambition.
