What Have I Done To You? What Have I Done To Make You Tired Of Me? (Micah 6:1-4 and Verse 8)

Let’s pray.
“Our Father who is in Heaven, hallowed be Your Name.
Your Kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us today our daily bread; forgive us our sins, as we forgive those who sin against us. 
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For the Kingdom, the Power and the Glory are Yours. 
Now and Forever. Amen.”  

Holy Father, God of Abraham, God of Isaac, God of Jacob, Father of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, please take over. Thank You for You, thank You for Your Son, Jesus, and thank You for Your Holy Spirit. 
Holy Father, please help me to understand what you're communicating to us today using this passage. Help me to speak it as You want me to speak it. Lord, please, use me to speak, to touch hearts and to let Your message get through to people's hearts, so that they can understand how You feel, so that they can amend their ways, so that they can rethink their position, so that they can realise that You're always innocent, and You're not to blame for anything wrong that happens on this earth. 
Holy Father, thank You for Your love for us; for Your undying Love for us. 
Thank You for Your Son, Jesus, and what He did on the Cross for us. 
Please help us to not ignore Your voice, to not ignore what You're saying to us today. Please help us to listen and pay attention to what our glorious Father is saying, for we have heard His feelings, for we have offended Him.
If we're aware of that, we will seek to make things right with You; we'll seek to make things right with You, Father. We will seek to come to You and plead for forgiveness, to make peace with You, Lord.  
Please help us; help me to express this as You want me to express it. Father, in the Holy Name of Your Son, Jesus, that Name You gave Him, that Name that glorifies You and has done so even before the world began. So thank You; thank You, Lord, for hearing my prayer in the Name of Your Son Jesus, our Lord and Saviour. Amen. 

Micah 6:1-4 and then Verse 8,
6 Listen to what the Lord is saying:
“Stand up and state your case against Me. Let the mountains and hills be called to witness your complaints. 2 And now, O mountains, listen to the Lord’s complaint! He has a case against His people. He will bring charges against Israel. 3 “O my people, what have I done to you?  What have I done to make you tired of Me? Answer Me! 4 For I brought you out of Egypt and redeemed you from slavery. I sent Moses, Aaron, and Miriam to help you... 
... 8 O people, the Lord has told you what is good, and this is what He requires of you: to do what is right, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God."

Okay. As we can see in Micah 6, there are complaints from humans and there's also a complaint from God. 

The truth is that all humans have had complaints against someone; they have had many complaints against other humans, and some of those complaints are indeed right, because humans wrong each other all the time. Humans listen to evil spirits; humans can be evilly influenced. However, it is not the Lord's case because the Lord does not listen to demons. No demon can affect our Lord. He does not have negative thoughts entering His mind. He does not have demons evilly influencing Him, for He's above all things. He is love, He is good, He is righteousness.
So often we are hearing humans complaining against God, not just in the past but in all generations, and even today. But every single time we hear humans complain against God, they are always wrong. 
We can be right with our complaints against other humans; we look around us and we see humans practising evil, we see humans as corrupters and deceivers, we see deceptive humans all the time. So we can complain; we can complain to humans about what they're doing wrong because humans' evildoings are not God's doings. Humans do not sin because of God, but they sin because they want to sin for something convenient to them. If someone next to you robs a Bank, would you go and blame someone else who has nothing to do with their crime for their crime? No. So, let's not blame God for our crimes, for our sins. We can have a complaint against everyone who embraces sin and deeds of darkness of any kind, and we would be right. But when it comes to humans complaining about God, their complaints are always based on wrong assumptions, on false accusations against God. They're based on a lack of understanding, on their inability to know God, to truly know who God is, what God does and what God won't ever do, who God is and who He won't ever be. 
So do we really know God? Humans' complaints about God are wrong assumptions, false accusations, and misunderstandings. The Lord has heard so many things said against Him, in all generations, even among His own people, Israel. And today, also the Christians. 
So He is calling out the mountains as His witness, calling out the hills as His witness to what He's about to say, inviting all people to bring their complaints.

And now, listen to the Lord's Complaints. 

You have been complaining about God for so long; all humans. But now God has a complaint. And what He's asking is, 
"What have I done to you? What have I done to make You tired of Me? Answer Me, for I have brought you out of Egypt, and redeemed you from slavery. I sent Moses, Aaron, and Miriam to help you." 

That was the Lord complaining back then to His people, Israel. But has the Lord stopped complaining to us today? No. That same complaint of the Lord continues today. 
When we look at our Lord Jesus Christ on the Cross, when we look at what He did on the Cross, He died on the Cross, He was bruised, He was flogged, He was falsely accused, humiliated, He was called names, all injustice was thrown upon Him. He was pierced, His feet and hands, for us. He was thirsty, and they gave Him vinegar. He was crucified for us. 
So now, He looks around this world today; He looks at what is going on in churches, He looks at the amount of false leaders and false teachers among the Christians, He looks at the lukewarm Christians, at the liberal Christians, at the hypocrites, whom He died on the Cross for them also. 
I mean, those who have accepted the Lord and still live like they don't know the Lord, among His own people. 
God's people in the past were the Israelites. And God's people today are still the Israelites, but not the physical Israelites, but the spiritual Israelites. Everyone who has accepted God's adoption and listens to the Son of the Living God, is a spiritual Israelite. I mean, not born in Israel, but born in Christ, and have become the Israelites in a spiritual sense. Through adoption, they have become the children of the God of Israel. When any earthly father adopts a child, doesn't that child now carry his family name? Let alone a child adopted by God through His Son, Jesus. Yes, they are Israelites in a spiritual sense. 
So all the Christians today would be the spiritual Israelites if they were truly listening to Christ and living according to His ways. But the Lord Jesus is looking at all this today and still has that complaint, the complaint that began with His own people: the physical Israelites. 
The Lord Jesus is saying these same very words today to all of those church leaders, to all of those Christians who are not truly serious and they are not truly living for Christ, but they're still conforming to the pattern of the world, and the Lord is saying to them these same very words,
"O My people, what have I done to you? What have I done to make You tired of Me? Answer Me!"  
'Why aren't you listening to Me? Why do you choose not to live for Me? Why do you choose not to carry your own cross and follow Me? Why do you conform to the pattern of the world, knowing that it will suck you into darkness? Why have you returned to the one I saved you from? I saved you. I brought you out of Egypt'

When the Lord Jesus Christ was dying on the Cross, He was saving us from Egypt; He went through that suffering to save us from Egypt. Just as Father God used Moses to free His people physically, from the land of Egypt, from the world, He used His Son to free us 'spiritually' from the world; He used His Son to save us from the darkness. He used His Son to save us from slavery to sin, slavery to satan, slavery to darkness.  
So, yes, when the Lord Jesus was dying on that Cross, going through the horrible things He went through, that was to save us from Egypt and from Babylon, where we have been slaves, prisoners, trapped, persecuted, oppressed, just like we are in this world today. But the Lord Jesus died on that Cross to give us freedom: freedom from slavery to sin, freedom from slavery to satan, freedom from slavery to our sinful nature. 
He did that so that we can be with Him, so that we can remain in His love, so that we can listen to Him and live for Him, so that we can let Him guide us and use us to tend His flock and to rescue people from darkness. He did that for us all. So then, now what has He done to you? What has He done to make You tired of Him to the point that you return to Egypt? What did He do?  
Though you say you're among God's people, if you are still a slave to sin,  you have returned to the darkness, to your kidnapper, and you are living there as a slave; slave of satan, slave to sin; the puppets of satan, not physical slavery, but spiritual slavery. 
   
"O, my people," says the Lord, "What have I done to you? What have I done to make you tired of Me? Answer Me!"
'I gave you everything. I showed you how much I loved you on that Cross, and I show you how much I love you every day, because I'm here pleading with you to rescue you from your sins. You came to Me, and you said that you wanted Me as your Lord and Saviour, but that did not last. Though you are among the believers, you are not with Me. You love Me with your lips, but your heart is far from Me. You do not listen to My Commandments. Haven't you heard what I said? "If you love Me, listen to My Commandments; If you love Me, obey My Commandments? For it is what saves you, it is what keeps you in the faith, it is what helps you to remain in my love. Haven't I paid for your ransom? Haven't I proved to you how much I love you? 
How come, then, did you return to your kidnapper, to the very one I saved you from? Why did you return to my enemy?'' 

The Lord did not send Moses to you today, and He did not send Aaron, and He did not send Miriam to help you today. But the Lord Father God sent His Son, Jesus, to do far more than what Moses did. He gave His Holy Spirit to some, and they grieved Him with sin, and He departed from them. And now they have their bodies polluted by evil spirits, and they think that it is the Lord's Holy Spirit, and they are all living comfortably in their sins, thinking that God is fine with those sins because they have been tricked into thinking that God's Holy Spirit is in them.

My people, my own people, who know every well who I am, and have said, 'I give you my life,' but then, they don't listen to Me.

We are God's people of today, those who love the Lord, those who listen to the Lord, those who are Christians, true Christians, and if you are not God's child, it is time you become one, because a lukewarm Christian is not yet God's child, though many tell them they are God's children. 
A false teacher is not listening to God, what more for a false prophet, posing as servants of righteousness among the Christians to suck more people into the darkness on behalf of satan.

The Lord has always done what is good. But have we always done what is good? No. The Lord is always faithful, loving, compassionate, merciful, gracious; He has always kept His promise. But have we always kept our promises? No. The Lord God has always hated evil: sin, and will always do. But have we always hated evil: sin? No. Therefore, when the Lord has a complaint against us, even today, He is always right. So, as the Lord says in verse 8, He requires of us all to do what is right in His eyes, to love mercy and walk humbly with Him, our Lord.  
How can we walk humbly with our God if we're not listening to Him? Why do we push the Lord to the extent that He sounds like this? 
He created us; He gave us life. He gave us multiple opportunities to make things right with Him. He sent His Son to us, so that through His Son we would be adopted by Him, reconciled with Him and be His children and live as His children, shine our light on this earth. But we cannot shine a light when we are not listening to the Lord, who is the Light. Because then we are not really shining the light; we are shining the darkness. 
If we are not listening to the Lord Jesus Christ, we are shining instead the fake light that comes from the darkness, for even satan disguises himself as an angel of light. That light can be quite convincing to trick even the Christians, even those who are genuine. So the real Light, Christ, our Lord, is He, is Him we must listen to. If we don't, it means we have returned to the land of Egypt, which was the world just like Babylon, symbolising the world today. And we will never know what it feels like to be in the land flowing with milk and honey, which the Lord is bringing when He Comes Again. 
So, I'm pleading here with all my heart, out of love, to all lukewarm Christians, to all liberal Christians, to all false teachers, because some are genuine, but they're just lazy and are not listening to God. Some are still driven by what they want, and not what God is saying. Some are still driven by their own tastes as opposed to what God wants. 

So, I'm pleading with whoever will hear this to come back to God, and begin to listen to Him and let Him use you to fix some of the damage. Allow Him to use you to undo some of the damage done among His people, to tend His flock, to fix your churches, and to fix your congregation.  
 
May the Lord's peace be with you as you make wise decisions. May the Lord Jesus' peace be with you. 

Holy Father, thank You so much for Your pleading with us. The love of the Father for His children, for His people. 
Thank You for everyone who listens to You. Thank You for every lukewarm Christian who listens to You and realises that You are saying that You will spit them out of Your mouth. 
And since the Father can never spit His real children out of His mouth, please help to understand this because many have taught them that they are still children of God. But they are forgetting what You, the Lord, Yourself are saying, that You will spit them out of Your mouth. And some say, "Well, even if they're lukewarm Christians, they are still the children of God." 
And that encourages them to still live in the darkness. But it is a lie because if you're a lukewarm Christian, You are not yet a child of God. The Lord is saying that He will spit you out of His mouth? Can the Father spit His real children out of His mouth? Can the Father spit out of His mouth a child who is listening to Him, a child who is living for Him, a child who is loving Him, not only with their lips but with their hearts and obedience to Him? No. The truth is clear. You have spoken, Lord. Your words are there in the Book of Revelation, in the whole Scriptures. And I'm just pleading for whoever will hear, Lord. And I'm thanking You for whoever You'll bring to listen to this and stop listening to false teachers who tell them that they're still children of God and bring them to still live comfortably in their sins.
Please, Lord, forgive us, forgive them, please my God, and bring them to Your truth. At least those who don't know what they're doing and they're seeking you. Please, God, please God. 
While many are reaching out to bring new converts into the church, they are all failing to see that those who are already in the church are lost, at least, most of them. So before reaching out to bring new converts, to bring new people to come into the faith, we must all ensure that those who are already in the faith are remaining in the Lord, are living for the Lord Jesus Christ, their only Saviour and Salvation, obeying His Commandments. For if we don't do that, what happens when the new converts come into the church? What is the fate of a new convert when he comes into the church and falls among the lukewarm, and among false teachers and among false prophets? What is the fate of that one? It is no different; it is no different from being an unbeliever.
If you escape the spirit of unbelief, and then come into the church and then fall among the lukewarm Christians, and the liberals, and the false teachers and false prophets, it is still deception, and they are still lost, and they are still in the darkness. They still have no Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ, and they still don't know Him, and they are not safe, nor saved.

It is not about making new converts if there are no true disciples of Christ and children of God among them. It is about first ensuring that those who are already in the church are not hypocrites, that they are truly in the faith, listening to the Lord, living for the Lord, carrying their crosses and following the Lord, turning the church into a place pleasing to the Lord God, so that whoever comes from the outside, every new believer, every new convert, will fall into the right place and their conversion will remain; their souls will be saved, and they will remain in the Love of Christ, and they will be indeed in the Lord, because they have around them many who are in the Lord. And God will look favourably on us, He'll be pleased, and He will not sound like this, He will not say these words to us, 

"What have I done to You? What have I done to make You tired of Me? 

I'm sorry, Lord, I'm Sorry, Father. I'm Sorry, my Lord Jesus. I'm sorry. Please forgive us. Thank You for everyone who will listen to this, Lord, and come to You to make things right with You. 
Oh, please, my God, hear my prayer, in Your Holy Name, Lord Jesus, I pray. Father God, please hear my prayer in the Name of Your Son, Jesus. Thank You, Lord, we thank You for all the great things that You do. I love You, Lord. Thank You for Your grace and mercy, and forgiveness. In Your Holy Name, Lord Jesus, I pray. Amen.
