And he said it was just so much 00:08:55.259 --> 00:08:57.620 like heaven. He said coming to this convention 00:08:57.620 --> 00:09:00.889 was a gift from the Lord to him. And the Lord spoke 00:33:52.410 --> 00:33:56.329 to or gave a vision to Rona Sporopoulos of a 00:33:56.329 --> 00:33:59.690 shield that had a ribbon across it that said 00:33:59.690 --> 00:34:04.670 Joel 228 and underneath it said mandate. So when 00:34:04.670 --> 00:34:08.150 the word of the Lord came later that year, a 00:34:08.150 --> 00:34:10.090 few months later, that we needed to change our 00:34:10.090 --> 00:34:15.059 name, I began seeking the Lord. What is it? you 00:34:15.059 --> 00:34:17.619 know, what's this new name? And some years prior 00:34:17.619 --> 00:34:21.059 to that, I think it was years, maybe it was the 00:34:21.059 --> 00:34:23.440 same year, maybe it was a previous year, the 00:34:23.440 --> 00:34:26.039 Lord had spoken through, I believe it was the 00:34:26.039 --> 00:34:29.960 Lord, Claren McQueen gave us the word from Hebrew 00:34:29.960 --> 00:34:32.860 about when the Lord says, I will pour out of 00:34:32.860 --> 00:34:35.739 my spirit on all flesh, that word pour isn't 00:34:35.739 --> 00:34:40.239 like a pitcher pouring out water or wine or whatever. 00:34:40.739 --> 00:34:44.199 It's more like Niagara Falls. And we 00:37:06.889 --> 00:37:09.190 went out to the internet and discovered that 00:37:09.190 --> 00:37:12.329 the domain names, globaloutpouring .com, globaloutpouring 00:37:12.329 --> 00:37:15.070 .org, globaloutpouring .net, globaloutpouring 00:37:15.070 --> 00:37:19.170 .us were all available. And so we scooped them 00:37:19.170 --> 00:37:21.630 up. We knew that that was a confirmation that 00:37:21.630 --> 00:37:24.570 this is our new name. So that's how we got started 00:37:24.570 --> 00:37:29.289 on it. So our mandate for this ministry is this 00:37:29.289 --> 00:37:33.250 global outpouring, this outpouring that was prophesied 00:37:33.250 --> 00:37:37.289 in Joel 2 .28. And then, you know, we gave this 00:37:37.289 --> 00:37:40.349 little brief history of how our founder started 00:37:40.349 --> 00:37:45.190 out as a missionary to China in 1947. Then in 00:37:45.190 --> 00:37:49.929 1963, she had this time of fasting and the 21 00:37:49.929 --> 00:37:53.179 -day fast that... brought a new anointing into 00:37:53.179 --> 00:37:55.260 her life, where everywhere she went from then 00:37:55.260 --> 00:37:57.920 on, revival fire followed her everywhere she 00:37:57.920 --> 00:38:03.840 went. And then in 1970, she was fasting again, 00:38:03.920 --> 00:38:07.159 and the Lord spoke to her through a prophet that 00:38:07.159 --> 00:38:09.380 you are raised up of God to call out the end 00:38:09.380 --> 00:38:11.860 -time handmaidens.
