Tens of 00:08:25.180 --> 00:08:28.199 thousands have been arrested and an unqualifiable 00:08:28.199 --> 00:08:31.600 number subjected to torture, sexual violence, 00:08:32.080 --> 00:08:35.159 and incommunicado detention during the ongoing 00:08:35.159 --> 00:08:39.659 crackdown. Next, let's consider Venezuela.
