We were hearing about the continuation 00:01:35.700 --> 00:01:38.400 of the war between Russia and Ukraine and Israel 00:01:38.400 --> 00:01:41.180 and the Middle East. Reports of the globalists 00:01:41.180 --> 00:01:44.019 working in various nations to take down those 00:01:44.019 --> 00:01:46.939 other nations that threatened their plans. We've 00:01:46.939 --> 00:01:48.879 been learning about the many plots for Muslim 00:01:48.879 --> 00:01:51.719 and Somalian takeover in the United States and 00:01:51.719 --> 00:01:54.579 also Muslim takeover in Great Britain. and the 00:01:54.579 --> 00:01:57.040 intentional training of illegal immigrants as 00:01:57.040 --> 00:02:00.420 sleeper cells ready to activate terror upon instruction 00:02:00.420 --> 00:02:03.379 in the United States, the efforts by the Canadian 00:02:03.379 --> 00:02:06.540 government working with the CCP military to wreck 00:02:06.540 --> 00:02:09.800 havoc in the United States, the threat of unleashing 00:02:09.800 --> 00:02:13.060 worldwide viruses even greater than COVID -19, 00:02:13.080 --> 00:02:16.939 and much, much more. Various other passages in the Bible explain 00:03:04.210 --> 00:03:07.030 during the last days for the existence of the 00:03:07.030 --> 00:03:09.930 world as we know it, people will experience increased 00:03:09.930 --> 00:03:14.770 wars, famines, earthquakes, and pestilences alongside 00:03:14.770 --> 00:03:19.030 widespread moral decay, self -centeredness, apostasy, 00:03:19.569 --> 00:03:22.509 deception by false prophets, and a love of pleasure 00:03:22.509 --> 00:03:25.629 over God, which are described as birth pains. 00:03:26.030 --> 00:03:29.669 And this is the focus many people have. A victory 00:03:42.770 --> 00:03:46.319 over all evil. that has already been fully secured 00:03:46.319 --> 00:03:49.219 for those of us who, as God's children through 00:03:49.219 --> 00:03:53.539 faith in Jesus, are watchful, ready, and we endure 00:03:53.539 --> 00:03:57.219 to the end. Have you ever heard someone say to 00:03:57.219 --> 00:03:59.180 another one who's going through tough times, 00:03:59.580 --> 00:04:01.900 cheer up! It's not like it's the end of the world. 00:04:02.280 --> 00:04:04.639 Well, maybe you've even said that. No! The end of the world as we 00:04:16.339 --> 00:04:19.379 know it is a glorious thing. There are many 00:06:52.579 --> 00:06:54.939 aspects and events that must occur as described 00:06:54.939 --> 00:06:58.540 in the Bible referred to as the birth pains that 00:06:58.540 --> 00:07:01.540 will lead to Christ's second coming, the final 00:07:01.540 --> 00:07:04.420 redemption of all God's children, the judgment 00:07:04.420 --> 00:07:07.660 against the unrepentant, that is those who ultimately 00:07:07.660 --> 00:07:11.779 reject Christ and God, and the time of Christ's 00:07:11.779 --> 00:07:15.240 millennial reign on earth. Yes, we are living 00:07:15.240 --> 00:07:17.220 in the time when the battle between good and 00:07:17.220 --> 00:07:20.000 evil has greatly intensified, which is absolutely 00:07:20.000 --> 00:07:24.100 no surprise to God. Jesus himself taught about 00:07:24.100 --> 00:07:26.939 a time when the world would be filled with evil 00:07:26.939 --> 00:07:30.240 and chaos, and how at the same time, there would 00:07:30.240 --> 00:07:33.319 be a great harvest of souls. So just as we read 00:07:33.319 --> 00:07:35.939 in the New Testament, during the time when believers 00:07:35.939 --> 00:07:39.220 suffered the greatest persecution ever, more 00:07:39.220 --> 00:07:41.980 people came to faith in Jesus than any other 00:07:41.980 --> 00:07:45.069 time. We can expect the same during these end 00:07:45.069 --> 00:07:49.110 times. As we take our rightful place in partnership 00:07:49.110 --> 00:07:52.810 with God, as we labor with God in the great harvest 00:07:52.810 --> 00:07:56.589 of souls, we will be further displacing the enemy. 00:07:58.029 --> 00:08:01.149 Now let's consider how God prophesied about how 00:08:01.149 --> 00:08:03.850 his children would exponentially grow in numbers 00:08:03.850 --> 00:08:07.540 and become victorious over evil. how this has 00:08:07.540 --> 00:08:10.560 been happening ever since, and how this growth 00:08:10.560 --> 00:08:13.720 is essential, especially in these end times. 00:08:14.920 --> 00:08:17.800 In Genesis, God prophetically promised to Abraham 00:08:17.800 --> 00:08:20.720 that his descendants through Isaac, the son of 00:08:20.720 --> 00:08:22.839 promise, whose name would be changed to Israel, 00:08:23.199 --> 00:08:25.300 would be incredibly numerous, like the stars 00:08:25.300 --> 00:08:28.300 in the sky and the sand on the earth. God promised 00:08:28.300 --> 00:08:30.680 Abraham's offspring would possess the land of 00:08:30.680 --> 00:08:34.120 Canaan, become a great nation, and be a source 00:08:34.120 --> 00:08:37.190 of blessing for all nations on earth through 00:08:37.190 --> 00:08:40.590 his offspring, his seed, pointing to a singular 00:08:40.590 --> 00:08:44.610 descendant, Jesus Christ, and promised all who 00:08:44.610 --> 00:08:47.370 have faith in Jesus would make them heirs to 00:08:47.370 --> 00:08:50.409 God's promises as adopted sons and daughters. 00:08:50.950 --> 00:08:53.669 These promises, detailed in Genesis chapter 12, 00:08:53.830 --> 00:08:57.970 15, 17, and 22, establish a covenant of blessing 00:08:57.970 --> 00:09:01.769 and land for physical descendants and a spiritual 00:09:01.769 --> 00:09:05.159 lineage of faith for all people. the ultimate 00:09:05.159 --> 00:09:09.620 victory over all evil, pain, suffering, and death. 00:09:10.679 --> 00:09:14.019 God entered a covenant or an unbreakable promise 00:09:14.019 --> 00:09:17.139 with Abraham that through the son of promise, 00:09:17.200 --> 00:09:20.700 Isaac, the son Abraham and Sarah would bear, 00:09:21.279 --> 00:09:24.600 would come the son of promise, Jesus, through 00:09:24.600 --> 00:09:27.220 whom all the promises of the covenant would be 00:09:27.220 --> 00:09:31.649 fulfilled. But something we must not miss is 00:09:31.649 --> 00:09:34.809 God promised Jesus would arrive as a deliverer 00:09:34.809 --> 00:09:38.429 or redeemer in Genesis chapter 3 long before 00:09:38.429 --> 00:09:41.889 making his covenant with Abraham. This promise 00:09:41.889 --> 00:09:44.009 was in response to the first man Adam and the 00:09:44.009 --> 00:09:47.769 first woman Eve's rejection of God and his instructions, 00:09:48.009 --> 00:09:51.500 which is the ultimate sin. Genesis chapter 3 00:09:51.500 --> 00:09:54.659 explains Satan appeared to Eve disguised as a 00:09:54.659 --> 00:09:58.059 serpent who enticed Eve to doubt God and his 00:09:58.059 --> 00:10:02.000 words, choosing instead to believe Satan and 00:10:02.000 --> 00:10:05.740 his words. Adam soon did the same as Eve, which 00:10:05.740 --> 00:10:08.659 resulted in them becoming enemies of God. And 00:10:08.659 --> 00:10:12.759 that's how evil entered into all creation. If 00:10:12.759 --> 00:10:16.240 you noticed, it was a willful rejection of God 00:10:16.240 --> 00:10:19.860 and his words, demonstrated by their disobedience, 00:10:20.059 --> 00:10:22.820 instead placing their faith and trust in the 00:10:22.820 --> 00:10:26.860 words of satan that brought all evil sickness 00:10:26.860 --> 00:10:31.080 and death into humanity and into all the world 00:10:31.080 --> 00:10:35.700 just as god forewarned would happen in genesis 00:10:35.700 --> 00:10:40.620 chapter 2 god clearly told adam quote of every 00:10:40.620 --> 00:10:43.340 tree of the garden you may freely eat but of 00:10:43.340 --> 00:10:45.320 the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you 00:10:45.320 --> 00:10:48.480 shall not eat for in that day that you eat of 00:10:48.480 --> 00:10:52.860 it you shall surely die." End quote. Adam had 00:10:52.860 --> 00:10:55.220 the responsibility of protecting his wife, which 00:10:55.220 --> 00:10:58.100 he clearly didn't do when Satan appeared to Eve. 00:10:58.860 --> 00:11:01.720 Genesis chapter 3 verse 6 clearly states Adam 00:11:01.720 --> 00:11:05.000 was with Eve when she responded to the serpent. 00:11:05.639 --> 00:11:09.159 As their creator and loving father, in response 00:11:09.159 --> 00:11:11.919 to Adam and Eve, God immediately promised he 00:11:11.919 --> 00:11:15.100 would deliver them from their sin, redeem them, 00:11:15.149 --> 00:11:17.830 from their eternal death in separation from God 00:11:17.830 --> 00:11:21.090 and all that is good. In Genesis chapter 3 verse 00:11:21.090 --> 00:11:25.029 15, God promised through Eve's offspring, through 00:11:25.029 --> 00:11:28.909 her seed, God would send the one who would defeat 00:11:28.909 --> 00:11:32.570 Satan. That one was Jesus, the second person 00:11:32.570 --> 00:11:35.690 of the triune Godhead who was immaculately conceived 00:11:35.690 --> 00:11:40.039 and born of Mary. Jesus willingly and temporarily 00:11:40.039 --> 00:11:43.539 gave up his deity to take on human form and live 00:11:43.539 --> 00:11:46.940 the human existence as our example of how to 00:11:46.940 --> 00:11:50.019 place our faith in God's promise and receive 00:11:50.019 --> 00:11:52.659 the help of the Holy Spirit who is the third 00:11:52.659 --> 00:11:56.179 person of the triune Godhead so we can live our 00:11:56.179 --> 00:12:00.000 life realigned with God and his ways even as 00:12:00.000 --> 00:12:04.299 we live in this fallen world. Jesus lived a sinless 00:12:04.299 --> 00:12:08.330 life in his humanity. to become the only suitable 00:12:08.330 --> 00:12:11.970 sacrifice and substitute to die in our place. 00:12:12.590 --> 00:12:15.610 God had ordered that satisfying the debt of sin 00:12:15.610 --> 00:12:19.129 required the shedding of blood. We read in Hebrews 00:12:19.129 --> 00:12:22.629 9 verse 22, without the shedding of blood there 00:12:22.629 --> 00:12:25.769 is no forgiveness. This is a key phrase from 00:12:25.769 --> 00:12:28.190 the Bible specifically emphasizing the necessity 00:12:28.190 --> 00:12:31.830 of innocent blood sacrifice for atonement and 00:12:31.830 --> 00:12:35.320 cleansing from sin. This requirement is rooted 00:12:35.320 --> 00:12:38.259 in Old Testament law where blood from animals 00:12:38.259 --> 00:12:41.320 was used for purification, but this ultimately 00:12:41.320 --> 00:12:44.799 pointed to Jesus Christ's willing sacrifice as 00:12:44.799 --> 00:12:48.299 the perfect, final blood offering for humanity's 00:12:48.299 --> 00:12:52.860 sins securing eternal redemption. Before I move 00:12:52.860 --> 00:12:56.039 on, I want to speak to the wrong notion that 00:12:56.039 --> 00:12:58.980 Jesus lived a sinless life because he was the 00:12:58.980 --> 00:13:03.159 Son of God. That's just not accurate. Jesus temporarily 00:13:03.159 --> 00:13:07.299 gave up his deity to completely live the human 00:13:07.299 --> 00:13:09.980 life. If he had lived any other way, he would 00:13:09.980 --> 00:13:13.179 not qualify to die in our place. He had to be 00:13:13.179 --> 00:13:16.799 essentially the same as us. Remember, Jesus met 00:13:16.799 --> 00:13:19.220 his cousin John the Baptist at the Jordan River, 00:13:19.539 --> 00:13:22.440 where he was baptized, and at that time, the 00:13:22.440 --> 00:13:25.919 Holy Spirit descended on him like a dove. So 00:13:25.919 --> 00:13:29.039 Jesus lived his human life entirely in his humanity 00:13:29.039 --> 00:13:32.779 with the help of the Holy Spirit as Jesus submitted 00:13:32.779 --> 00:13:35.799 to the leading of the Holy Spirit, which is exactly 00:13:35.799 --> 00:13:40.000 how we can live a sinless life on earth in Christ's 00:13:40.000 --> 00:13:44.500 example. Also, in the same manner Jesus performed 00:13:44.500 --> 00:13:46.759 miracles according to the will of the Father 00:13:46.759 --> 00:13:50.720 by the power of the Holy Spirit, so can we according 00:13:50.720 --> 00:13:53.480 to the measure we yield to the will of the Father 00:13:53.600 --> 00:13:56.600 and the leading of the Holy Spirit. Jesus made 00:13:56.600 --> 00:14:00.639 clear he imputes all his authority and power 00:14:00.639 --> 00:14:03.600 to his disciples, that is all who place their 00:14:03.600 --> 00:14:07.779 faith in Jesus. That means us. It means we have 00:14:07.779 --> 00:14:12.080 his authority and power over all the works or 00:14:12.080 --> 00:14:15.179 the power of the enemy. We can read about that 00:14:15.179 --> 00:14:19.789 in Luke chapter 10 verse 19. So, Jesus the Christ 00:14:19.789 --> 00:14:22.970 was first promised immediately following Adam 00:14:22.970 --> 00:14:26.649 and Eve's confession of sin. He was again promised 00:14:26.649 --> 00:14:28.809 as part of the covenant God made with Abraham 00:14:28.809 --> 00:14:31.590 for him and Sarah to conceive a son to be named 00:14:31.590 --> 00:14:35.629 Isaac, later to be named Israel, through whose 00:14:35.629 --> 00:14:38.909 lineage the ultimate son of promise would come. 00:14:39.570 --> 00:14:41.929 This speaks of the natural lineage of Abraham. 00:14:42.190 --> 00:14:45.529 But we need to know not all of Abraham's natural 00:14:45.529 --> 00:14:48.750 descendants are children of God. Additionally, 00:14:49.250 --> 00:14:51.830 many who did not come from the lineage of Isaac 00:14:51.830 --> 00:14:55.970 are children of God. If you know the story, then 00:14:55.970 --> 00:14:58.889 you know Abraham and Sarah became impatient, 00:14:59.350 --> 00:15:02.610 waiting to conceive Isaac, and from their own 00:15:02.610 --> 00:15:06.070 ration and reason, they decided to help God along 00:15:06.279 --> 00:15:10.220 by giving Abraham over to Sarah's Egyptian handmaiden 00:15:10.220 --> 00:15:13.580 named Hagar, who conceived Abraham's firstborn 00:15:13.580 --> 00:15:18.019 son, whose name was Ishmael. Do you also know 00:15:18.019 --> 00:15:20.820 that the Muslim faith recognizes Abraham as their 00:15:20.820 --> 00:15:23.879 father and that Ishmael became the father of 00:15:23.879 --> 00:15:27.840 the Arab nations? Ishmael was not the son of 00:15:27.840 --> 00:15:31.399 promise from God. However, regarding Ishmael, 00:15:31.580 --> 00:15:34.639 an angel of the Lord said, this son of yours 00:15:34.639 --> 00:15:38.750 will be a wild man. untamed as a wild donkey 00:15:38.750 --> 00:15:42.269 he will raise his fist against everyone and everyone 00:15:42.269 --> 00:15:45.529 will be against him yes he will live in open 00:15:45.529 --> 00:15:49.289 hostility against all his relatives end quote 00:15:49.289 --> 00:15:54.230 that's recorded in Genesis 16 verse 12 for some 00:15:54.230 --> 00:15:56.370 this will be insightful in understanding the 00:15:56.370 --> 00:15:59.149 ancient feud between Israel and the Arab nations 00:15:59.149 --> 00:16:02.940 you hadn't considered before As we study the 00:16:02.940 --> 00:16:05.919 Bible and learn of the many prophecies of promise 00:16:05.919 --> 00:16:09.019 God has given that have been fulfilled, it becomes 00:16:09.019 --> 00:16:11.279 much easier to trust God for the fulfillment 00:16:11.279 --> 00:16:14.360 of prophecies that have not yet come to pass, 00:16:14.659 --> 00:16:17.220 such as the many promises for the end times. 00:16:17.779 --> 00:16:20.519 The Bible is clear. No one knows the day or the 00:16:20.519 --> 00:16:23.820 hour of Christ's return. However, Jesus himself 00:16:23.820 --> 00:16:26.679 provided us with signs of the times so we can 00:16:26.679 --> 00:16:30.740 gauge the season.
