There's got to be a reversal. 73 00:08:14,000 --> 00:08:19,000 Well, when COVID hits, it overwhelmingly affects the old, but not the young. 74 00:08:19,000 --> 00:08:24,000 When abortion was ratified, it overwhelmingly affected the young and not the old. 75 00:08:24,000 --> 00:08:31,000 Right. So this is what happens. These are the spiritual laws that God has put in place. 76 00:08:31,000 --> 00:08:37,000 And so the people have been allowed to feel it by God purposely. 77 00:08:37,000 --> 00:08:42,000 God allowed what happened in 2020 in that election to happen. 78 00:08:42,000 --> 00:08:51,000 He allowed it. And he allowed it because there would have been more division and more things birthed that would not have helped the nation at that point. 79 00:08:51,000 --> 00:09:00,000 But he allowed to happen what happened in order to allow the nation for four years to feel what we felt, which is a Saul presidency. 80 00:09:00,000 --> 00:09:07,000 So the nation comes back to cry out to God and who he wants in office. 81 00:09:07,000 --> 00:09:11,000 And this is what we've seen. You know, Saul chased David for eight years. 82 00:09:11,000 --> 00:09:17,000 It's no surprise that for almost eight years now, they have been chasing Donald Trump. 83 00:09:17,000 --> 00:09:25,000 Absolutely. Now you're speaking about parallels and I'm seeing even more than what you've brought out so far because you talked about the 1960s. 84 00:09:25,000 --> 00:09:31,000 Of course, that was a time in which JFK was assassinated. And you've also spoke about President Lincoln. 85 00:09:31,000 --> 00:09:38,000 There's been a lot of parallels made between President Lincoln and President Kennedy, including our economy. 86 00:09:38,000 --> 00:09:43,000 President Lincoln introduced the greenback dollar, which was met with opposition. 87 00:09:43,000 --> 00:09:47,000 President Kennedy wanted to get everything back to a gold or at least silver standard. 88 00:09:47,000 --> 00:09:55,000 How do you see this working as a parallel in these very times? I mean, there's a lot converging at the same time in this year, 2024. 89 00:09:55,000 --> 00:10:03,000 There is a lot converging. And yes, you just can't keep printing paper in a nation. 90 00:10:03,000 --> 00:10:09,000 The Germany did it and they ended up using it as wallpaper because inflation went so high. 91 00:10:09,000 --> 00:10:15,000 There's a lot of parallels too between Germany, the German church and what's going on in this nation. 92 00:10:15,000 --> 00:10:22,000 Because about three quarters of the German church looked the other way when Hitler was coming to power. 93 00:10:22,000 --> 00:10:37,000 Absolutely. Three thousand out of eighteen thousand pastors stood against that agenda because those other pastors either didn't want to get involved or they sold out to the bill of goods Hitler's were selling. 94 00:10:37,000 --> 00:10:42,000 And we see similar things happening today in this nation. But I'll go back to that in a minute. 95 00:10:42,000 --> 00:10:51,000 So when we see this, when we see the inflation rates, when we see all of this happening, you know, a wise man learns from somebody else's mistakes. 96 00:10:51,000 --> 00:10:58,000 Yes. OK. A wise man truly learns from somebody else's mistakes and chooses not to repeat that. 97 00:10:58,000 --> 00:11:03,000 We are at the precipice of that. We are at the valley of decision for that. 98 00:11:03,000 --> 00:11:17,000 When we look at Germany, when we look at what happened with Israel in the Old Testament, when we look at what went on during the Civil War, when we look at these things, when we look at what happened in 2020, are we going to learn from the mistakes of others or are we going to keep repeating them? 99 00:11:17,000 --> 00:11:25,000 Because, you know, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result. 100 00:11:25,000 --> 00:11:33,000 Right. I created that bumper sticker several years ago and I'm so glad to hear people actually making that same statement. 103 00:11:50,000 --> 00:11:57,000 That's, you know, it's true. I mean, you have to make America godly again. You have to make you have to bring America back to the Lord. 104 00:11:57,000 --> 00:12:13,000 You have to do what Ezra did and call the people back in order to reconsecrate them to the Lord, because ultimately, nations don't become great at the hands of men that do not fear God. 105 00:12:13,000 --> 00:12:18,000 They end up falling. Absolutely. End up going through horrible turmoil. 106 00:12:18,000 --> 00:12:27,000 Persecution. I could go on and on. And so we have a we have a chance here to write what is happening. 107 00:12:27,000 --> 00:12:36,000 We have a chance as the church to be the standard God means us to be. We are the conscience of the state. 108 00:12:36,000 --> 00:12:44,000 And over half the conscience decided to get seared in wokeism, transgenderism, stupidism, and everything that's out there. 109 00:12:44,000 --> 00:12:53,000 So we are the conscience. That's what we're meant to be the standard bearers for the Lord, the oil bearers for God. 110 00:12:53,000 --> 00:12:58,000 And when you see because because ultimately God is far above the economy. 111 00:12:58,000 --> 00:13:05,000 He's far above gold and silver. He's far above all of these things that we see going on in the earth. 112 00:13:05,000 --> 00:13:18,000 He doesn't need a great economy in order to prosper somebody. He needs them to understand he is their source and to fully submit to him and be obedient because obedience is better than sacrifice. 113 00:13:18,000 --> 00:13:29,000 But when we see these things happening in the BRICS nations and the overprinting of money and all these other things, at some point, the car has to be steered back onto the road. 114 00:13:29,000 --> 00:13:40,000 It has to be. And the broken system that we see that was broken at the hands of very corrupt men has to be healed. 115 00:13:40,000 --> 00:13:49,000 It has to be healed not only by God, but by those God has called into this fight. And God has called for this nation. 116 00:13:49,000 --> 00:13:57,000 And so when we see these things and we see them talking about inflation and the economy, you know, I have a degree in finance from Siena College. 117 00:13:57,000 --> 00:14:01,000 That's ultimately what I went to school for. Right. So I have a Bachelors of Science in finance. 118 00:14:01,000 --> 00:14:15,000 And ultimately, and I'll explain this from a financial standpoint, too, in an economy where you have inflation and people are nervous, what they do is they hold on to something called disposable income. 119 00:14:15,000 --> 00:14:20,000 And disposable income is what people have after they have paid all of their bills. 120 00:14:20,000 --> 00:14:31,000 And the way economies grow is people take their disposable income and they inject it into the economy because they feel good about the economy, because inflation is not high. 121 00:14:31,000 --> 00:14:39,000 Right. Because food isn't astronomical. They take it and they inject it into the economy. And that in turn helps the economy grow. 122 00:14:39,000 --> 00:14:47,000 What's happening is people are unsure. So they're holding on to everything because they are unsure. 123 00:14:47,000 --> 00:14:55,000 They don't feel good about where the economy is, where the nation is. They don't feel good about our leadership. Right. 124 00:14:55,000 --> 00:15:08,000 And so ultimately, for that wrong to be righted, you need people that the Lord puts in office that ultimately knows what they're doing in the financial arena and goes back to biblical financial principles. 125 00:15:08,000 --> 00:15:13,000 And that would be returning to a gold or at least a silver commodities type standard. 126 00:15:13,000 --> 00:15:19,000 Well, gold standard is always I mean, there's never wrong with having money that is gold backed. 127 00:15:19,000 --> 00:15:26,000 You have a physical asset to account for the paper that you're spending. 128 00:15:26,000 --> 00:15:33,000 And this is why I'm not the biggest fan of some other things that to me are vapor sometimes like cryptocurrency. 129 00:15:33,000 --> 00:15:41,000 I mean, the name crypt is in it. That's the big point. 133 00:16:07,000 --> 00:16:17,000 There's a lot of manipulation that's going on when it comes to the stock market and what we are being told about, you know, balances and what we're told about debt. 134 00:16:17,000 --> 00:16:26,000 And it was just, again, I get back to this in 2020. I started this podcast because I realized we are being lied to and deceived on so many levels. 135 00:16:26,000 --> 00:16:30,000 And I started right away wanting to talk about current events. 136 00:16:30,000 --> 00:16:37,000 And I had several people, Amanda, come to me and say, Pam, is your podcast always going to be about politics? 137 00:16:37,000 --> 00:16:45,000 And I cringe when I hear that because I don't hear any of the pastors in the churches or on the radio or on television speaking very much about current events. 138 00:16:45,000 --> 00:16:49,000 And yet that's what's consuming the flock of Jesus. 139 00:16:49,000 --> 00:16:56,000 Well, it's consuming them in a very unhealthy way, meaning, you know, media is a rabbit hole. 140 00:16:56,000 --> 00:17:02,000 The media, the mass media, by the way, I'm going to give you a little fun fact right now. 141 00:17:02,000 --> 00:17:11,000 That horse Eagle Pass I told you about. Right. His grandmother's name was mass media. 142 00:17:11,000 --> 00:17:22,000 And mass media gave birth to Eagle Pass his mother and her name was base so grande, which means big kiss in Spanish. 143 00:17:22,000 --> 00:17:31,000 How did Judas betray Jesus with a kiss? Well, big kiss, Burt's Eagle Pass. 144 00:17:31,000 --> 00:17:35,000 Who was, you know, in the line of mass media. 145 00:17:35,000 --> 00:17:40,000 So these things happen because what goes on in the realm of the spirit affects the natural. 146 00:17:40,000 --> 00:17:46,000 So you see these things happen in the natural as you see what's being carried out in the realm of the spirit. 147 00:17:46,000 --> 00:17:53,000 And I just find it fascinating to see these. And I'm probably more sensitive to things like that because when I was a child, 148 00:17:53,000 --> 00:17:59,000 my father worked at Yonkers Raceway at night and he taught me about horse racing and betting and everything. 149 00:17:59,000 --> 00:18:02,000 You shouldn't teach a child. He taught me. 150 00:18:02,000 --> 00:18:06,000 And the Lord probably looked upon it and said, how am I ever going to use this? 151 00:18:06,000 --> 00:18:09,000 Well, because he wastes nothing he found a way. 152 00:18:09,000 --> 00:18:16,000 And now I'm sensitive to these names and these things that happen, you know, in this arena. 153 00:18:16,000 --> 00:18:20,000 So I just wanted to share that because that's no accident either. 154 00:18:20,000 --> 00:18:29,000 Absolutely. And, you know, Amanda, when we go through the Old Testament again and again and again, we see God calls prophets to be the influencers, 155 00:18:29,000 --> 00:18:35,000 not only to God's people, but directly to kings and governments and kingdoms. 156 00:18:35,000 --> 00:18:42,000 And this is exactly what's happening today. There's been a rise of true prophets of God to speak for God's people, 157 00:18:42,000 --> 00:18:51,000 or should say to speak to God's people on behalf of God and to also point fingers to leaders where fingers need to be pointed. 158 00:18:51,000 --> 00:18:56,000 Well, you know how you know true prophets of God who hold the office? 159 00:18:56,000 --> 00:19:03,000 They're deep. They can go deep. They don't stay on the surface. 160 00:19:03,000 --> 00:19:07,000 They end up going deep with the Lord when the Lord requires it. 161 00:19:07,000 --> 00:19:15,000 And they speak deep things, you know, and they see patterns and other, you know, and other connections in the nation. 162 00:19:15,000 --> 00:19:23,000 Sometimes, you know, they look, they see it in a different way because God is showing them from his view. 163 00:19:23,000 --> 00:19:31,000 What he's seeing and what's happening. And if you notice in the Old Testament, the prophets of God were always embroiled in political matters. 164 00:19:31,000 --> 00:19:39,000 Right. They were always in the whether they were advising, whether there was a nation was at stake, 165 00:19:39,000 --> 00:19:44,000 whether something of that nature was going on, they seem to always be involved in it. 166 00:19:44,000 --> 00:19:51,000 And the most successful kings in the Old Testament did a few things. A, they feared God. 167 00:19:51,000 --> 00:19:56,000 They feared God. They have reverence for him, not that they were perfect, but they served him. 168 00:19:56,000 --> 00:20:09,000 And B, they surrounded themselves with godly counsel. So they surrounded themselves with prophets and seers to get godly counsel from in order to help steer a nation. 169 00:20:09,000 --> 00:20:17,000 And so the most successful kings did this. You know, Nathan had David, had Nathan and Gad, Hezekiah had Isaiah. 170 00:20:17,000 --> 00:20:27,000 Right. You had Jeremiah that was involved in some of these kingships that were absolutely corrupt with what they were doing in the nation. 171 00:20:27,000 --> 00:20:37,000 And so you see this over and over again, this pattern. But it's kind of like when a nation is at stake, the prophetic kicks into overdrive. 172 00:20:37,000 --> 00:20:44,000 Right. Right. And we've certainly been seeing that you are among those that are favored in my book. 173 00:20:44,000 --> 00:20:54,000 Yes, there are a few others that I have brought to bear on my podcast because I've seen you, each of you prove yourselves again and again and again. 174 00:20:54,000 --> 00:21:01,000 And at the same time, for all of us, even though God gives us prophecy, we are still having to use discernment. 175 00:21:01,000 --> 00:21:08,000 We're still having to find the puzzle pieces, what's going on in the real world that matches up with what God has said. 176 00:21:08,000 --> 00:21:14,000 And we're trying to put this puzzle together and we don't have all the puzzle pieces, so we don't have the answer. 177 00:21:14,000 --> 00:21:23,000 We cannot say definitively this prophecy means this, but we are all called to live by faith in what God has said. 178 00:21:23,000 --> 00:21:27,000 We are called to live by faith in God's word. 179 00:21:27,000 --> 00:21:34,000 So with that said, and knowing that that's the challenge to God's people today to live by his word and not what we're seeing, 180 00:21:34,000 --> 00:21:40,000 would you close us out with some words of encouragement and edification for my listeners? 181 00:21:40,000 --> 00:21:53,000 Okay. So we as the body of Christ and as Ecclesia, there is something, a mind shift that has to happen, okay, in order for us. 182 00:21:53,000 --> 00:21:55,000 And prospering doesn't just have to do with financial. 183 00:21:55,000 --> 00:22:01,000 Prospering has to do with spiritual, has to do with the nation, has to do with health, it has to do with many areas. 184 00:22:01,000 --> 00:22:07,000 But the mind has to shift to that God is your source. 185 00:22:07,000 --> 00:22:11,000 You go to God first and tell him what you need. And that mindset has to shift because there's too many people that have been enslaved by a world system that doesn't want them. 188 00:22:30,000 --> 00:22:38,000 To have God as their source. They want man. When you make man your source, you're going to get the limited abilities of man. 189 00:22:38,000 --> 00:22:46,000 Right, right. When you make God your source, you get the unlimited and infinite power and resources of God. 190 00:22:46,000 --> 00:22:52,000 So I encourage people to do that right now because there's people under a lot of oppression with this. 191 00:22:52,000 --> 00:22:59,000 And God wants you to shift that mindset.
