This topic before, but I really. Wanted to talk about this in detail. Today and the reason why is because. You know, sexual transmutation has been incredibly influential to my life, and hopefully it can also change your life as well, because I can guarantee you right now that if you are not, you're not maximizing. Your potential. You're not going to reach the points you want to be and I'm. Not trying to sit. Here and tell you that I. Know everything and I'm I'm better than you know. But there are. Wise men that I have read. About whether it's cause your. Steve Jobs, Napoleon Hill love, Napoleon hill. His books are amazing. If you haven't read them or haven't listened to them, highly recommend it. But. I want to give. Some techniques for sexual transmutation. I've talked about this before to my most popular show, but I really want to get into. Sexual transmutation in detail. What works for me? What could work for you? Let's really dive into this because this is a secret power that you. Are not utilizing most likely. This is a very primal secret power you have not utilized, and my friends, if you are not practicing sexual transmutation, you're leaving results on the table. But to get them, you have to sacrifice, and if you're not sacrificing someone else is, they're going to get there before you. The question is, are you going to sacrifice or are you going to slack? So, my friends, let's really jump into sexual transmutation #1. You need to get control and have some sexual discipline. I guarantee you right now that if you're, if you're choking the chicken, if you're chasing, being thirsty, if you're swiping on Tinder or bumble and hinge. My friend. You are losing a life in plain English. I'm not attempting to insult you. I am trying to describe where you are currently at, because let me tell you something. If you were that guy, you wouldn't have to chase down women. You wouldn't have to swipe on Tinder, Bumble, or hinge. They'd be hitting you up on X. You're beginning you up on Instagram. The beginning, you. Up on TikTok, not you trying to slide. In their DM. 'S they be sliding in yours? That's number one. Number two if you are. Just all over the place. If your mind is so far disorganized. If you're disorganized, you're not around, you're not focused. If you don't have energy, you feel tired all the time because you can't focus. You feel like you're all over the place. This is why because you are using your energy and pouring it into people who don't care about you. You are pouring it into women who don't care about you. You are pumping it into pardon my French. The the empty *****. You're pumping it out into a place that's not giving you anything in return. We are programmed as men to chase vagina. We are programmed to chase after. Procreation in plain English. Now I'm not telling you you need to transcend human bounds. You. If you want to go for it, that's what I attempt to do every day. But you need to realize that this pursuit. A ***** is robbing you of potential gains of potential profit. You need to realize that there's a time and place for this, but it's not now more likely than not, you're broke unhappy. Maybe your mental health is not good. You need to develop discipline. You need to develop a plan. You have direction and discipline in your life. Probably not. That's OK. Hey, because now you're going to start right now you're going to start right this moment, and you could better your life and only takes a year. A year from now if you start implementing these things in your life today. Right now after this video is over and you look back in a year, you will see you. My God, Austin was right. I changed my life. I'm getting better off by my purpose. I'm doing great, I'm happy. You know how I know that cause I'm coming up on a year right now and I have never been happier and I've never been better in my life. Now there are certain personal things that are happening in my life that I won't go into that are affecting me. But it's all about the mentality. You can you could focus on the negative things. All you want cause, trust me, there will always be there. But let me tell you something. Your mental health matters. I struggle with mental health since I was in the military. Guess what? I still battle it to this. Hey, if you're depressed, I get it. I totally do. Guess what? You put it to work every day. You make it work for you. You don't let your depression your anxiety live in your head. Scott free. No, no. You make that thing pay rent. You make that ***** pay rent. How do you do that? You put it to work. You make it create something for you. You put it to work and you focus. On the good? Things in your life, that's what you do. But that takes energy and a lot of your energy is being wasted via your sexual. Activities, proclivities, whatever you are losing out on gains, you're losing out on potential benefits because you're using it in places that are not giving you an adequate return, and Napoleon's book outwitting the devil he talks about. How. And it through. His character the devil. The point he'll makes this statement. He says that if men took. Half of the energy they spent in the pursuit of sex and put it towards their profession. They would never know. Facts how much time do you spend either fantasizing about getting with a woman, being with women, wanting to, looking at pictures, looking at videos? How much time do you spend on all those? Things probably more time than you'd like to admit, and I'm not here to shame you. I'm here to tell you you put that time somewhere else. For example, you know what? I've challenged myself to do when I'm thinking about maybe going to watch prawn when I'm thinking about and wanting to do something that's degenerate. Guess what I do push-ups. Cause guess what by the. Time my push-ups are done, my mind's not on it anymore and I can get back to work. Now, that might work for you. Maybe it doesn't, but that's just a technique you can use when your mind is giving you trouble. Go for a walk, put. Do some push-ups, do some squats. Go do something. Put yourself to work. Move your feet, move. Your feet do not move your feet. Move your, move your hands, do something with yourself to to use that energy. No, just distract yourself because you're spending half the energy on the on the distraction and half of the energy wanting to not be distracted. That's garbage. Don't do that. Doesn't work. Go for a walk, go for a run, go hit the gym, go do push-ups, do something, go do dishes, clean your room, do something that will you'll look back and say, you know what? I'm glad I did that. I'm glad I did that. Go mow the lawn, do something that you've been mean to do, that you've been too lazy to do. Use that energy towards something that will give you something back instead of just releasing and being like, well, OK, I'm back to baseline. OK, now I'm tired. OK, now my skin is not glowing anymore. Now I'm not happy. Now I feel kind of like a loser now I feel unmotivated. I don't feel manly. My friends, this is real out here. This is not a game. And these are the couple techniques you can use to transmute the energy within your SAC. Transmute is an alchemy term they wanted to transmute that you wanted to use alchemy to turn like bronze and metal and whatnot, and the gold. Now you may not be able to do that. But you can transmute your primal sexual energy into physical energy, mental energy, spiritual energy, psychological. You can use it to your advantage, but you have to be willing to do it and not take the short term route. But focus on the long term benefits you could reap. This is what you must do because you look if you don't want to do it, then don't. Cause, guess what? Then you're not competition for me. But if you want to get out here and you want to be better, you gotta sacrifice. Don't sit up here and complain that you're losing when you ain't giving up **** and you're out. You're pretending like you're breaking your back when you haven't even done anything at all. I don't. I'm not going to. Feel sorry for you. People don't feel sorry for men. Women, they're not gonna. Feel sorry for you, most dudes will step on your neck instead of giving you a hand, you need to stand up for yourself. Wolf and like Jordan Peterson said, you need to be willing to become a monster because then you can choose to be a man or a monster. If you're just a man, you, you're stuck. We conness is not virtuous. It's just pathetic. I want you to become better, not for my sake, but for yours. I had to make these sacrifices and I make them every day and in every way. But I don't even see it as a sacrifice. I see it as I am transmuting this into something better. And it's something that will make me worthwhile in this world instead of just making me worthless. I want you to be worthwhile, not worthless. Do you want that for yourself, or are you content being a drifter? I don't want you to be a drifter. I don't want you to be on a lazy river. I want you to be in the competitive pool cranking out laps. But that it can only be done if you can get your lazy **** out of the pool. And put yourself in gear, but only you can do that. There are multiple techniques you can use. I've given you a couple. I will give you more as time goes on, but my friends. If you are. Not willing to step up if you are not willing to address the misconceptions and pitfalls that are associated with this. You're not willing to tweak it as time goes on and say, hey, you know what that didn't work for me. I'm gonna try this. I'm not gonna. Give up. I'm gonna. Try something new. You don't wanna do that. It's no wonder you're failing. No wonder you're stuck where you are. Because you're doing the same thing you've always done, and you're going to get the same results you've always gotten expecting anything else is the definition of insanity. I have seen success all throughout my life with this, especially recently how? What can I say throughout my entire life? Because I know what my life was like before I started doing it before I started taking advantage of this. My life was drifting. My life was just whatever. Like, I don't feel like. Kinda sucks, but now now I have direction, purpose, ambition. And I'm hungry. Are you hungry or are you just like, eh, I'm comfortable, eh? I don't feel like it. Eh? Sounds too hard, eh? But this eh? But that the only button should be yours and gear. Stop focusing on stuff. That doesn't matter in the long term. This is a marathon, not a Sprint. My friend, I hope some. Of these techniques helped you. Because there's real science. Behind this by the. Way, take advantage of your own biology. Create some sense of urgency within your life. If you and if you are, if you're, you know, jacking all the time, if you're always addicted to, you're addicted to this, you shouldn't go cold Turkey. Go maybe once a week, one day a week, or maybe you just don't do it during the day. You can only do it at night. You start with these small things. That will slowly wean you off of it because you don't want to just get rid of it. You want to replace it with something else. That is what you want to do. Otherwise you're just gonna be unhappy and I don't want you to be unhappy. I want you to be filled with self help. So then you can take care of yourself, my friends. God bless you.
