Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the sheep Get Sheared Podcast on with people, politics and popular culture. I'm your host, Austin Creed, and I want to welcome you into the show. My friends. I've been getting really hypocritical on some of you weaker guys out here or some of you that are stronger, but you just want this dose of tough love. I get it. Trust me. I'll learn in the military that tough love is often what gets people off of their butts and in the. I learned that the hard way. I'll tell you that right now. But my friends look. The one thing I really want you to understand is this. Ambition is the antidote. To your life. Now, if you were raised more in a religious background like myself, you're more likely to believe that ambition is antiquated with greed. Or maybe it's because you're greedy that you want to be ambitious. That you think that because you're ambitious that you're a bad person, or that you're an. An enemy of some kind to people. This is false, morally false, absolute fabrication of reality, my friends. Let me ask you something. I don't care how old you are, how young you are. That does not matter. But what are you working towards right now? Are you working towards getting a new side hustle going? Are you working towards getting a better body in the gym? What is it that you are actively working towards? If the answer is nothing? Then that's why you're depressed. That's why you're unhappy. That's why you're not making a lot of money. That's why you're a loser and plain English. You're not on your own team. I came up with an acronym I've been. Playing around with it. But I believe you need to be on your own team. Your team is your time, your energy, your attitude, and your money. All those things need to be in tandem for you to truly be on your own team. Because if you're not on your own team and they're working in different directions, your money is going here, but your energy is going over here. Your attitudes off somewhere else. That's the equivalent of being a chariot, having four horses pulling this carriage, this chariot, and they're all going in different directions. And you wonder why you're going nowhere. My friends, life is short and I'm realizing this as I get older and I'm not that old. I'm still early 20s. But I look at how people waste their life doing nothing. They want to make a lot of money. They want to be extraordinary. That's where the word extraordinary comes from. But yet their average, they follow the crowd and they're doing what everybody else is doing and what the normies do, and then they wonder why they're not different or why they're like everybody else. In every way, instead of just in the. Ways they want. I'm not saying you need to be abrasive and stand out like me. You can if you want, but you need to understand what the hell is going on out here. Ambition is the antidote. I don't say this is someone who's always been winning, always been happy and always knowing what he wants to do. I was once and I've said this in my I said this in Biblical bachelor. In my book. I've I'll say it again. I've said it on multiple episodes, but I'll say it again. I was in a mental hospital for 28 days in the military cause I was on Suicide Watch. I was down bad as you can get. I didn't value life. I didn't want to live. I felt like I my life was not worth living. But now I have never had more direction, more purpose, more ambition in my life. I wake up every day hungry to do this show, hungry to make edits, hungry to continue writing my next book, to edit another book to work on. Getting the audio book done. These things are actively what I work towards every day. And I love it because you know the beauty of having multiple irons in the fire is. Let's say you've done. Let's say you're a podcaster like me. I'll use what I know. Let's say I've done my episode of the day. And I'm feeling a little lazier than normal, you know, maybe I want to just hop back on because they they updated Fortnite back to the OG, maybe I want to go do that. Maybe I want to go be a slacker for a couple hours instead of putting putting my nose to the grindstone. Guess what? I usually get a call or a text or an e-mail. From somebody who's working on my book, working on my audio book, working on these different. Projects that I've set in motion that helps get me back in gear saying hold on a minute. Oh, that's right. I need to get back to this person. OK, let me make that call. Oh, let me send this e-mail. It gets me back in gear. It allows me to say, hey, you know what I would do this, but I. Can't do that right now. I got I'm doing this instead and I get to do this and it's. You get to hold yourself accountable a lot easier because you've got multiple things going at one time that is an antidote. You're gonna poison your time and poison yourself by doing something stupid, but instead now you have the opportunity to improve yourself and do better. See how that works. That's powerful, very powerful. Now I get it. It's very easy to say. Hey, I basically have to climb out of Mount Everest here. This is too much. Austin, I don't know if I could start doing all that. That sounds like too damn much. I don't know what to do. Well, my friends, here's what I would advise. First of all, you're looking at it all wrong. If you woke, if you woke up every day and you said Ohh, now I gotta brush my teeth and I gotta comb my hair and I gotta take my shower and I gotta do all that. Your morning is gonna seem like you got so much to do and it's gonna seem overwhelming. Now it's actually not. I want you to start knocking things off the list will get smaller and smaller and it will seem. More achievable. This is how you need to approach your own life. When I say hey, I'm working on starting a multimedia company, that's what I'm actively working towards right now. When you, someone might hear that they think, whoa, there's a lot of components, a lot of different elements. That seems like a really hard thing to do. How do you, how are you going to do that? Well, I'm building this YouTube channel. I'm building my rumble channel. I'm building this podcast. I'm networking with new people. I'm actively working towards. These smaller goals that can then serve as a foundation for which I can build something else. My friends, if you want to be rich. These are the things you need to be thinking about, not about how you can take, not how you can get money, but how you can give to be deserving of money. Money is an idea is a concept. Now, physical dollar bills might be an expression of money, or gold or crypto. Those are expressions of money, but that is not. Money is the reward you get for the services you render. That service can come in a direct person to person service come in social networking. It could come in a good that is produced through various people service. That is all how it works. Your money will always be equal to the amount of service and value of that service that you. Render this is. All Napoleon Hill economics to how I refer to it as one-on-one but. You're not taught this. You're taught that if you just work harder. That you'll make more money. That's not true. That's not true. No, I'm not saying you shouldn't work hard. What I'm saying is getting two jobs is not always the solution, because you're gonna get burned out and you're gonna get even further trapped. You need to be able to work with your team, bring your teammates together. Your time, your energy, your attitude, and your money. How all four of those different elements working together to build your empire. Allocate your time accordingly. Make sure that your energy is not to spend frivolously. Make sure you're added to is in line with who you want to become and what you want to get done, and make sure that your money is being used correctly and not just thrown away on garbage. These are all things you must learn if you want to be successful. If you want to level yourself up, it is not free. Never. Nothing is free. Not even time is free. People talk about how hard work is free. It's not free. As energy and time. That's just half your team. That's not free. You need to make sure you're doing it properly as efficiently and effectively as possible. My friends please. If you want to level up, these are the sacrifices you have to make. It will not happen by itself. You need to regularly tend to the futile garden of your mind, and if you will leave it, neglect it. Don't water it, don't weed. If it gets choked out, if it doesn't. If your plants don't flourish, you got no one to blame it you. I don't want to hear. I don't want to hear Jack about you blaming someone else saying it's someone else's fault. Someone else should be blamed. No, my friend's accountability. Is important. The first rule of leadership is everything is your fault. Not their fault. Not her fault, not his. Your fault. That is what self leadership is accepting accountability. Whether it's 10% or 100%, you accept your portion of the. Blame so you. Can accept accountability and you can do something about it so that doesn't happen again. That is how you move forward and that is why ambition is the. Antidote to your life. Because you need to be hungry, you need to be out here building. Now you're trying to trick scam. Counterfeit, cheat. No. Because guess what? That might work in the short term, maybe. But it will not work long term and you will pay. Anyone who tries to cheat the system. Of giving to Git. Will pay may not pay immediately, may not pay all front, but they will pay. That is the law. That is why it is a sin to be poor. Because that means you will have to have sinned or be actively sinning and sinning is transgression of the law, God's law, nature's law, governmental law. That is how you know that you caused this downshift in your life. And it's time we stop passing the buck and we start getting out here to build. It's important. And if you don't want to do it, don't do it. It just means more for me. Oh, yeah. If you don't want to go out here, you don't want to work. You don't want to compete. Good. Good cause. That means I'll take your spot. That means I'll find someone else who's gonna help me take your spot. I'm not. If you don't wanna work, that's fine. You don't wanna. Commission doesn't no skin off my back. If anything makes my life easier, that means I don't got to worry about competing with you. That means I have to worry about you potentially becoming a threat to me. All I gotta do is watch and and have you sit there and watch me doing nothing with your life. I don't want that. But if you choose to do that, that's on you, not me. Let's get off my back. My friends, your life is short and if you want to be getting ahead, you need to be able to take risk. You need to be able to get out here and stop treating your body, your mind, your heart and your soul like garbage. I'm writing a book on this right now because I find this to be very disgusting that people don't realize how those four elements all work together. And how people are fighting a war on 2 fronts 1 externally and one internally. You need to understand that if you want to get ahead, if you're fat. You're lazy. If you have distorted thoughts and you can't focus if your emotions are leading you. If you feel like you're corrupt, that you have no soul in your corrupted, or you're dead on the inside, those are all things that will hold you back. And if they work together, they will certainly hold you hostage. Before you, because you cannot meet run free. If you were holding yourself hostage, my friends, let's get out here and let's win. Use ambition as an antidote to cure the poison that is permeating your body, your soul, your heart, and your mind so that you can set yourself free. You can get out here and build your empire, my friends. God bless you. God bless your families and God Bless America. Let's go here and let's win. Let's stop being victims and let's start vanquishing and becoming victors. Peace.
