Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Sheep Get Sheared Podcast, home of people, politics and popular culture. I'm your host, Austin Creed, and I want to welcome you into the show. So today's episode is going to be about the many different ideas, but I'm going to title this show blood and iron and blood and iron is a reference to Otto van Bismarck, who was the Chancellor of. Germany back in the back in and back in the day and he gave a speech about blood and iron. And I want to read you a little bit of I'll read. Hold on. Let me pull this up real fast. I want to read you what he said. And his famous speech, blood and iron, Otto van Bismarck said the following. He said the great questions of the day. Are not going to be decided by speeches and majority resolutions, but by blood. And iron. Now my friends. He ended up being correct. Gives us preceded World War One World War 2. This was back in the 1860s. History is important. Anyone of any intelligence will not try to tell you anything else. However, this is not just about world history. This is about your history. When it comes to your life. Some of the hardest choices you'll make will not be decided by these entered the speeches you give yourself. They will not be decided based on what other people think you should do. Your hardest decisions of your life when you're up against the wall, when things seem like they can't get any worse. The hardest choices you will make. Will be made. Going back to auto, van Bismarck said through blood and iron it will be your blood, sweat and tears. Your hard work, your grindstone mentality, that will get you where you want to go. It will help you break the wheel. That you've been churning on the hamster wheel that you've been on for God knows how long in your life could be a couple of years it. Could be a couple decades. But my friends, I want you to realize. How much this translates directly to your life today? Now there's another quote that I want to show you. We're going to go this time to Aldous Huxley's Brave New World now. Before I'll read you the clip. Sorry the the quote. It says if one is different one is bound to be lonely. They are beastly to one who is different and you know I found that very interesting. I'm glad I'm different and lonely. You know, last night I had a very difficult conversation with someone that I care about and it was a very tough conversation. I'll be honest with you. It was. But it was only through explaining my philosophy, explaining who I am, why I do the things I do, and where I'm going. Most people can't handle it, by the way. Most people cannot handle. If you are of a person who has ambition, if you're somebody who has goals, aspirations in your life and you know you're born for something. Great and destined. For great things. Most people spend their entire lives looking for any semblance of a road map to success. If you are ahead of the curve and you have it already. It's going to be difficult for you to relate to other people. It's going to be difficult for you to understand for other people to understand you because you are not running in the rat race like them. You are not running on the hamster wheel like them. You don't complain about needless bull crap and don't care about the you can't. You don't just concern yourself with the Pebble. In the shoe you care about. Complicated issues, philosophical questions. You contemplate the complexities of the universe. Meanwhile, they contemplate what Kim Kardashian is doing that day. You see the difference? That is why you are likely to be alone. If you have a different mentality, or if you're somebody. Who is simply? Trying to exit the rat race we call life. It's going to be difficult for you to relate to people. It's going to be difficult for other. People to understand you. And that is why I preach understanding yourself. In coming to terms with the duality of your own being. I fundamentally believe there are two. There's a dichotomy in your between your body. And your soul and I provide an analogy to help make it make more sense. I see the the body as the monkey. Like a monkey body. And I know some people might be offended by that. But it's the truth. Now when it comes to the soul that is the man, that is what makes you human. That is what makes you different than the other animals in the animal Kingdom. But once you understand that there is a fight going on within as well as a war being waged outside, if you can win the war within and stop fighting a war on 2 fronts, your life will become. So much easier. You will be so far ahead of everybody else who never. Stop fighting a war on 2 fronts and they wonder why they they're not winning in their life. They don't even know who they are. They know who maybe they should be, or they know have some semblance of who they know. Other people want them to be, but they don't know who they are. And they're not. Willing to lose people to gain themselves. Because let me tell you, if you're afraid to lose friends and. Be to be who you are. They're not your friends. They're friends with a fake version of you that doesn't exist. That might sound sociopathic. It's not meant to sound that way. It's meant to give you the green light to pursue what you want to pursue. Because let's go back, let's go. Hold on. Give me a second. Let's go back to this speech. Blood and iron you have to sacrifice. You have to wage war. This goes back to waging war. All warfare is based on deception. It's one of my all time favorite lines I've ever read in my life. My son Sue by any author. But when it comes to war, warfare is based on deception. And again, this idea of you can have it all and sacrifice. Nothing does not work. That is not possible. Nothing is free. I was just in class and they were talking about McDonald's. They were talking about how it was basically free food and I thought to myself. You should despise the free lunch. It's the 40th law of power, or the 48 laws of power, because a anything that's free is garbage. That's number one. Number two, the person who gives you something for free will feel as though they have power over you. Sound familiar? This is exactly why you need to be able to wage the war in your life and you need to win the war internally. Through blood and iron, through sweat, through tears, through hard work, so that you can then focus upon the war that is happening outside every day. It's hard to do both at the same time, and that's why so many people are struggling. That is why you can't get ahead. That is why you're not getting the results you want in your life because you don't even know who you are. That is why you're struggling. You don't know who you are. You don't know why you're doing the things you do. That's why you're behind. That's why you're struggling in your life. And I don't wanna see you struggle. I wanna see you win. But you have to pay the price to win. Everybody wants everything for free. It doesn't work that way. And if it did, it would hold no value. My friends, I implore you, I encourage you to explore yourself. Explore who you want to become, who you are, so then you can become someone once you know who you are. You can then decide who you want to become. And don't let someone else's vision of who you should be who they think you are. Don't let them that. Don't let that sway you. Because at the end of the day, their opinion of you does not matter, because they probably don't even know who they are. And yet they want to tell you who you should be or who you are. How stupid is that? How foolish is that? Sacrifice is the currency of success, and if you think that you're going to get everything you ever wanted. Just because you want it, or because you think you want it, or because someone else told you you deserve it. You're a fool. I want you to understand that your life. Every time you move a wrong up in society or wrong up on the success ladder, more money is more problems. And if you don't, you can't even handle the current problems you have. You're gonna flounder and drown. I want you to be able to realize that you must pay the blood and iron price to achieve success, to be born again into this new version of yourself that's better than the old one. That's more maybe cold blooded cause sometimes you have cold blooded out. Here you hear about every little person who tries to use a pathos argument against you. Pathos was Greek for pathetic. Ohh yeah yeah Greek the Greeks had it right. There was ethos, pathos and logos. Ethos was credibility. Logos's logic and pathos means pathetic. In other words, it's the emotional argument. If you are leaning with your emotions, my friends, you're losing. If you're not using logic, you're losing. If you don't want to establish credibility at all costs because reputation means everything you're losing, and it's no wonder that you haven't gone to where you want to go. I know it sounds harsh, but I am so sick of these weak, limp wristing, disgustingly servile men out here in these streets. It makes me sick that I had to see all these dudes out here trying to complain to me about him, and the prices are too high. The rent is too damn high. It's not fair. We're sick of it. Because they wanna have it all they wanna have, they wanna have access to to vagina. They wanna have access to money. They wanna have a nice car. They wanna have a nice house. But what the hell are they doing? They they staying up till 3:00 AM playing video games. You can like crap. Not working out, not taking the life seriously. Not starting a side hustle, not trying to get promoted in their job. Nothing. And they wanna come to me and. Tell me well. Austin, you wanna get ahead, you gotta do this. You gotta do that. And I'm why I think this. And I'm doing that. I don't care what you have to say. You, you loser, you. I don't care what you have to say. You *****. You. You're a loser. Why the hell would I listen to you? You know you should listen to someone like me, who knows what the hell we're talking about and doing every single day. Listen, the people at the Polian Hill listen to other content creators who actually know what they're talking about. They live some life. They've been through hard stuff, and they know what the. Hell, they're talking about. That's what you should do. Now be a *****. When I wanted this come from the rage, I was having a nice day. I was having a nice day and I'm not going to apologize for losing my temper cause I haven't. But my friends, this is what I'm talking about. You have to pay the price. For what I just said, people can. Get offended by that. Good. Because, I mean, I'm gonna have more friends. I don't need more friends. I need more money. I need more funds. I need more opportunities. I'm not opposed to having friends. I do have friends in my life. But you understand something. I want to build with people we ain't talking about money. We ain't talking about opportunities. We ain't talking about working together on something. What the hell are we talking about out here? Nothing. Why the hell would you would I waste my time? I'd rather be celebrating on a yacht or on a private jet than whining about my problems about people that I will never even meet or see who don't know about my existence. How why the hell would I do that? My friend, you gotta pay the blood and iron price to reforge yourself into a better version of yourself because that is where the best, most educated decisions you'll make will be found. Not to complaining. Not through being toxic and annoying, no. My friends, I'll stop it there. I'm getting a little too far afield, I think. My friends, God bless you. God bless your families and God Bless America. Let's get out here. Let's win today and stop being weak. And start winning peace out.
