My friends, welcome to the Sheep Kitcher Podcast where we talk about people, politics and popular culture. I'm your host, the one and only. Austin Creed and. A friend's look. This is going to be a very edgy show. This would be very touching show and I don't do this just to stir up controversy. I do this because I'm sick and I'm tired and I gotta I gotta air this out here. I'm. Sick of it? But I don't want. To get too much focused on me instead, I don't want to focus on a question of the day. And the question is, is America too obsessed with race now? I realize it's a very poignant question and I realize that for a lot of people it's very. Because whenever you bring up. As a white person, I'm supposed to get down on my hands and knees and kiss everybody's feet. Ohh, missus. Sorry. I'm so sorry that I was born. Wait, could you please forgive me in my in my my whiteness. And please, please, please forgive me for anything that I may or may not have done. If I was in the country or not. I just want to sit here and I want to just tell everybody who's white. Who's not? Right, everybody who's white, you need to listen up, because everybody who's not white is just better than you. They're smarter than you. They're stronger than you. In fact, they're probably better than you. You just stole everything better, buddy, cause you're a racist pig. I'm not going to do that, because guess what? I'm going to bring up something that's very uncomfortable for a lot of people. Well, I'm gonna bring it up, and if you wanna factually, if you wanna Fact Check me and tell me that I'm wrong, please. I invite you to do so. Please don't shy away on my account. Please. I I invite you to come and tell me I'm wrong. But unless I'm mistaken. Planes, trains, cars, automobile say planes, trains, cars, radios, telescopes. Atomic Energy. Electricity. Diesel gasoline. And everything you do, including flushing your toilet has all been made possible by then. The names of men such as Voltaire and Pierre Castelli. Faraday, ALM, Shockley, Teller, Hertz, Faraday, Einstein and so-called dead white men. Now I realize that there are other contributions that came from, not whites. I'm not saying that white men have created everything in society. That is false. I am aware of the Chinese and gunpowder, but they didn't take it far past pyrotechnics. I'm also aware of the zero of the Arabs. I'm not blind to that and I am sure there are other contributions that came from non whites, but the vast majority have come from white males now. That does not mean that anyone who is not a white male is inferior. That is not. However, I am sick and tired of hearing that if you're white, you're no good. And if you're black, you're Gray. If you're brown, you're Gray. If if you're white, you're no good. But if you're not white, you're you're great. And and you can do no wrong in the Court of public opinion. Well, I'm sick of it. And because I'm sick of it, I want to show you something. Look at this. Oh, you don't know what this is, do you? No, of course you don't. This is a picture taken and 1889 depicting 3 homeless boys. 3 white boys, by the way, huddling over a great in New York in New York City, off Mulberry St. in Manhattan. And Little Italy. Sleeping over a. Heated vent at the bottom of a. Of a tenement. Huddling over. Looking for warmth while one of the boys is holding on to another one who I assume is probably his brother. 3 White boys young. Orphaned, homeless, poor and then people want to. And they they're suffering. Look at this. Hundreds of these kids. And they were all mostly white kids. And they lay 1800s they had, they were beggars and origins. They had nothing. And John Jacob Astor, a billionaire of his time, sent them out West. Because they had nothing and no one. And now I have to listen. Now I have to be upset or or guilty about where my ancestors are today. I gotta listen to this garbage about how hard the immigrant has it and how privileged I supposedly AM. And I got to sit here and take the fact. Oh, you know what your ancestors had to work and you know, 5 generations later you might actually have a A house and a couple of cars, and you earned it. But you gotta move aside. You gotta move a side because now we gotta have everybody else who's now gonna go to the front of the line because you know what? You were just born the wrong race. And you know what? You should feel honored to step aside for someone who's not white, and in doing so, you're a good American. That's the America of today. There was there was no secret handshake when you got to Manhattan through Ellis Island, it was like. Hey, hey, hey, you. Yeah, yeah. Yes. You over there. Are you white? Oh, you are. OK, great. Here's all this money. And here's all this opportunity. But don't tell them. Don't tell people who are black. Don't tell people who are Hispanic. Don't tell people who are Asian because they might catch on to us. There's nothing like that. Nothing zero. And I gotta listen to this. Garbage hard the immigrant has. While pretending like my ancestors also were immigrants who came here and had to work their hearts out and die of a heart attack or die of drinking themselves to death. And I gotta listen to this garbage. Well, here everybody the immigrant has it today. Everybody has it hard. That's called earning your keep and paying your dues. And now I gotta listen to this rubbish about how hard everybody else has it. While pretending like my ancestors didn't kill themselves to get where I am now. And I don't have to kill myself every day getting to where I want to go to and I gotta hand it. And if the government is going to hand it out to everybody. And I can hear people already saying, Austin, you're so raised, how could you see that? You must be super insensitive. At the very least, you're racist. Ohh really really. OK. I'll indulge you. Let's let's take a little look. Oh. Oh, wouldn't you know it? Oh, look, I have the definition of racism right here. Corn in the Cambridge dictionary. And what does it say? I know you're on your edge of your seat. You ready for this? Here it is. Ah, the definition of racism says policies, behaviors, rules, etc. That result in a continued unfair advantage formative action. Welfare to some people and unfair or harmful treatment of others based on race. Another one is harmful or unfair, things that people say do or think think now thought policing you based on the belief that their own race makes them more intelligent, good and moral. And other people of other races, really. Does that sound familiar to anybody when they try to talk about how bad white people are and how, how, how good? You know, like the Pro Blacks in the building, they want to talk about how great the black people are and how they're better than everybody. Everybody's just a person. Everybody is an individual. What race race used to be just a part of who somebody was. Like a A. Page in their history of where their ancestors came from. But now it's. A sword in the shield in the court of public opinion. Used as to make you more or less legitimate based on the color of your skin, which. Is the exact. Opposite of what Martin Luther King Junior said, he said. West, I have a dream that one day. You know, what do I need to pull up? You know what? You know what? I'll pull up the damn clip. I'll find it. I'm gonna pull up the clip. I'm going to. Pull up. I should have pull this up before. The show, but we'll do a live. I want to find this. Because I'll let him speak for himself, but I know for a fact that he said that he was living for a day, that someone would be judged not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character. Alright, let's find I'll, I'll. I'll wait there. Is that find it. Let's let's listen to a little. Bit of a speech, shall we? I have the pleasure to present to you, doctor Mark. Let's skip some of this. It's a great speech. If you haven't listened to it, then you should. But this man. This man talked about how we want people to not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character. And now all we see today is people being based on the color of their skin and whether or not you're to listen to them. Roy Steel sampling, crippled by the manacles of segregation. And the chains of discrimination 100 years later. And they grow lives on and on the island of poverty, I. Have a dream. That one day. If nature, he will. Rise but. You live out the true meaning of its creed. We always choose to be full of evidence that all the men are created it. That does nothing to do with someone's skin color and everything to do with who they are as human beings created by God. And yet I got a little of this garbage about how you're either good or bad based on your race. This is unbelievable to. Me completely unamerican, by the way. What happened to his attitude? No. What happened to this attitude in America? Man, I cannot believe this. I mean, it makes sense to an extent. Just look at EB Dubois and look at the fact that Booker de Washington warned that there was money and the race hustling business. I don't have a brain and. Trevon Mary, Old House and the builds of John. Bottom booked out. Of praises on the sunnies. What's that is? For you then. To to gather at the table from other I have. Nor talks like this anymore. No, seriously, who talks like this anymore? This is fantastic. This is this man could speak. I know he had a lot of personal issues. I'm aware. I've read the history books. I'm aware he was not a perfect man, but this was one of the most seminal speeches in American history. And I want to keep listening to it. I hope I don't get a copyright. Fair use. Even the father never speak swelling, telling Westbrook people in doctor. Well, turning with cognitive affective. Being transformed in. The 12 ways. In the book Freedom and just divide double trees. Why poor? It won't stay out of me. Or one day never in a nation. Where they will. Not be judged by the color of our skin, but by the tongue. To the bad colour eye the bringing. Beautiful, absolutely beautiful. And yet here I gotta listen to. This this rubbish. From people today in 20 or 2023 about how the whites are no good, everybody oppress everybody, no. Where is this? Idea come from that people are not individuals. They all make their own choices. And everybody forges their own path. I'm not saying that racism does not exist. It definitely does. And to an extent, it's part of the human condition. The problem is it's only served to divide and conquer people. And modern day America. All it serves to do is to just divide and conquer people, because it makes you very easy to manipulate. If you think with. What you look like versus what you actually believe or what you want, it's very easy to control you when you think like that. My friends, I'm not trying to downplay anybody's experience. I'm not trying to tell you that you don't not to feel or in a certain way, I'm not. You and I have an experience that you've experienced. That's not my point today. I'm not trying to tell you you haven't. Experienced or haven't seen things you've seen that's not. What I'm saying? But what I want you to know is this. Once you reach a certain echelon. The only color that matters is green #1 and #2. A lot of things that people think are racist is just a lack of a family structure. I don't care if across the board it's it's the truth. So many people lack a family structure with the divorce and and the baby Mama ray through the roof. People are so. Concerned with race that they don't even focus on their own families, their own communities are suffering, and yet they want to scream racism in a crowded nation instead of preaching morality and preaching togetherness when it comes to the family structure and sexual control and sexual discipline. Where's that conversation at? Answer it's nowhere because it's not popular and it's not motivating, and it doesn't sell. But I'll you know what? I'll risk my neck and I'll talk about it. And if your first reaction on anything that we've discussed today is to immediately attack my complexion. You've proven my point, so thank you. You've proven my point exactly that. It matters not what the message is. It matters who the messenger look is or who what he looks like. Because of your first. I, your first inclination is to attack me based on. My skin color. You've proven my point. You have proven every point that I have made about racism being alive and well. And and not just being a white person problem. Thank you. You've proven my point because you've been entirely missed the entire. Purpose of this show. Everybody's an individual and they make their own choices. There is no systemic racism, and if there is, it's not directed towards minorities. I'll tell you that right now. The very fact that we have to get rid of affirmative action and it's just going to come back under a different name, tells me that. The worst thing in America today is to be poor and be Caucasian. That's the lowest straw you can get today. And if you wanna disagree with me, go ahead, give me your anecdotal evidence and we can discuss it. Or give me some actual factual evidence. I don't want to hear about propaganda. Don't. Don't send me propaganda from CNN or somewhere else. That's just fake news that's generated. By the New World order, I don't want to hear it. Give me some actual factual evidence and we can discuss it. This whole semi propaganda cause I won't look at it. My friends, I'm not here to tell you what to think or what to do or what to say or anything. I just want to provoke thought in you. And ask yourself, why do you think America is so obsessed with race? Are you obsessed with race? If you are, why? Or are you like me and you think the whole thing is just so stupid? Because all it does is serve to divide people so they're easily conquered? By either certain groups or by the government. And we should be united under principles, not under whether we look like another person. My friends, I hope I made my point in a way that actually. Resonated with you and I hope that you made it do more than half of the video without tuning out and losing your cool because it's too easy to do today. My friends, God bless you. God bless your families. God Bless America. Have a great rest of your day. Peace out.
