Dr. Christiane Schroeter [00:00:00]: Welcome back to the Happy Healthy Hustle podcast. I'm your host, Dr. Christiane, and today we're kicking off something truly special. This podcast is officially two years old. I know. Can you believe it? For the past two years, the show has climbed to the top 1% ranked globally, reaching thousands of ambitious entrepreneurs, experts, and change makers just like you, helping you build momentum, create impact, and grow a business that actually supports your life. So today, we are taking it to the next level. I see so many brilliant entrepreneurs, experts and professionals doing incredible work, but they're struggling. Dr. Christiane Schroeter [00:00:44]: And it's not because they don't know enough and not because they're not good at what they do. It's because no one even knows they exist. And maybe you've experienced that, too. You have skills, but the clients aren't finding you. You post online, but it feels like you're talking to an empty room. And you see others in the industry getting featured, booked, and paid, but you're still waiting for your moment. I totally get it. I've been there. Dr. Christiane Schroeter [00:01:12]: And for years, I was kind of holding back, and I ran my business, hello, Happiness, which I adore that name because it creates comfort when I hear it. But at the same time, I felt it was holding back. So I made a bold decision. I've rebranded my business name under my own name, Dr. Christiana. I was realized I was playing small hiding behind a business name when my name, my expertise was the brand. So now I want to help you step fully into your visibility. I created a visibility miniseries. Dr. Christiane Schroeter [00:01:48]: And in this visibility miniseries, I'm breaking down the three most powerful ways to get seen, get heard, and get known. First, podcasting. I'm going to explain how to use your voice to build trust, connect with your audience, and establish your authority. Secondly, publishing. In this episode, I'm going to show you how to get your name into print, whether that's through blogs, guest articles, or even writing your own book. And thirdly, it's public speaking. I'm going to share how to own the stage, build confidence, and unlock massive opportunities. And here's the best part. Dr. Christiane Schroeter [00:02:26]: You don't have have to do it all at once. You don't have to launch a podcast, publish a book, and get on stage tomorrow. You just need a petite practice. The petite practice means that you're taking small, consistent habits that create big results over time. Because here's what I know for sure. Success is not about going viral. It's not about waiting for some lucky break. It's not about creating something really big. Dr. Christiane Schroeter [00:02:55]: It's actually about creating something small that's intentional and it's repeatable. It's a habit that leads to massive results over time. That's what I call petite practice. It's the difference between waiting for opportunities versus creating micro moments of visibility every single day. It's thinking that you need the perfect strategy versus showing up consistently in small, doable values. It's the difference between hoping someone will notice you versus making sure your name is everywhere. Every visibility method we'll talk about in this series, podcasting, publishing and public speaking, works best when you turn it into a practice. It's not a one time thing. Dr. Christiane Schroeter [00:03:41]: It's not huge, it's not overwhelming, it's just small. It's repeatable, and it's a habit that builds momentum over time. And that's exactly what we're going to jump into today. We're going to start with podcasting. Let's do it. Episode one is about podcasting, how to use your voice to build trust, authority and opportunities. So welcome to part one of the visibility mini series where we talk about one of the most powerful ways to build trust and credibility, podcasting. So why is podcasting such a visibility powerhouse? Well, podcasting is quite honestly kind of unique because it creates this instant trust. Dr. Christiane Schroeter [00:04:22]: When people hear your voice on a regular basis, they feel like they know you. I mean, think about the last time when you really got hooked on a podcast and you probably started listening to a few episodes and all of a sudden you felt like the host is somebody you can trust, right? It's like a friend. And that's the power of audio. And here's why. Podcasting is one of the best petite practices for visibility, because it builds relationship at scale. You literally are in someone's ear, right? And that is so powerful because it positions you as an expert. Even if you have a really small audience, the act of hosting makes you the leader in your space. It creates this long term evergreen content. Dr. Christiane Schroeter [00:05:10]: And unlike social media, your episodes actually live on forever. And you own your episodes, right? You own that audio. And if you record on video, you own that as well. But what if. And now I'm really getting into the limiting beliefs. Now I know what you might be thinking. I would love to get started podcasting, but I don't have time. I'm not sure what to even talk about. Dr. Christiane Schroeter [00:05:38]: Do I need fancy equipment? Is this going to be expensive? And what if nobody listens? I know. Totally get it, right. Every single successful podcaster started exactly where you are, right? And that's kind of where the petite practice really comes in. The petite practice for podcasting means you have to start small and you have to stay consistent. Podcasting is not about creating some huge launch or the perfect episode. It's just about getting started small, staying consistent, and letting momentum build. So that's kind of like what you have to do. You have to start with what you know, and then you choose three to five core topics you're really passionate about. Dr. Christiane Schroeter [00:06:23]: You're keeping the format super simple, short, 10 maximum, maybe 20 minute episodes, and those perform incredibly well because it's something that people can consume on their way home, all the way to work. And then you batch record to make it manageable, right? So you set aside maybe one afternoon per month and you record three to four episodes. Of course, you can use your podcast as a content everywhere. You can repurpose the episodes into emails, blogs, and even social media posts. And then you want to stay consistent, right? So you can treat your weekly practice as something that you schedule. You make it a habit, and you let it build over time. So what's next is episode two, all about publishing. And I'm going to show you exactly how you can get your name in print, build credibility, and use publishing as a tool to grow your business. Dr. Christiane Schroeter [00:07:17]: So next up, episode two, all about publishing.
