Pastor Randall Crawford Sr.: Good afternoon. I want to welcome you all to Bethel House of Truth This Sunday service. Praise be to Yahveh Yah'shua in the highest. Amen. We have a special, special, special. Remember to give grace. Remember to give grace. Grace is the pentacle of Christianity. Okay. It is the top thing. Grace, mercy, which is a form of love, forgiveness, It is everything. It's everything. It is everything. Okay. This message is and without grace, you will not receive any blessings of God. Okay. Just to let you know. I believe that grace is one thing that [00:01:00] must be given to everyone. Even if they don't ask you give grace for your own sanity. Amen. You don't have to go to someone to forgive them for something they did to you, but you can forgive them in your heart so that your heart can be pure in the eyes of God. Let them deal with the repercussions of whatever they've done. Amen? Grace. Always give grace. No matter what. No matter what. Today you're going to learn about different forms of giving grace. Different forms, different ways we give grace. Okay? And we're going to talk about it. It's not a long study. It's a quick study. Okay? It's a quick study. And um, let's get right into this Proverbs 25 verse 8. One verse. Proverbs 25 verse 8. Give you a couple seconds to get there. Again, Proverbs 25 verse 8. If you have it say glory to God. Glory to God. One verse. 8 Go not forth hastily to strive, I [00:02:00] mean, don't always look for a fight. Okay? Don't always look for a fight at all. 8 Lest thou know not what to do in the end thereof, When thy neighbour hath put thee to shame. The one thing you don't want is to be put to shame as a Christian. And what I mean by that is what the word of God means by that is this. We as Christians must learn not to jump to conclusions about anyone or anything. About anyone or anything. Okay. That's called giving grace. Okay. Most people don't even realize that that is called giving grace. No, don't jump to any conclusions about anything. Because when you jump to a conclusion about something, you will be put to shame or you make a fool of yourself. But there's one thing that we do have, I hope that you have, is the spirit of Yahveh. The spirit of God, the [00:03:00] spirit of Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and God says we are allowed to discern the truth, discern the truth, not what you want to hear, not what you want the situation to be, not what you think the situation is, but to discern only the truth. We must give that grace without judgment. Again, judgment is God's job. Amen. It is God's job. When you don't give grace, you're passing judgment. When you already come to a conclusion, when you jump to a conclusion, you're, it's judgment. Okay? You ever heard the saying, you can never tell a book by it's cover? It's a true saying. Don't judge someone just on what you think. Okay? Matter of fact, don't judge anyone. Discern. Discern. If you do not have the spirit of discernment, you are lost in this world today. Colossians 3, Colossians [00:04:00] 3, Colossians 3, New Testament, 3:12, I keep an allowance in my head and my spirit for people. I keep an allowance for people's foolishness. For people's behaviors, for people's rudeness, for people's attitudes, for people's lack of compassion and lack of love. I keep an allowance for people. What I mean by an allowance is I keep, I keep grace as an allowance and I give that grace as needed throughout the day, throughout the month, throughout the week, throughout the year. Okay? Throughout days. You have to give that grace. If you do not give that grace, you are in a bad place in life. Okay? Mentally. You don't even know it. Colossians 3: 12. 12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, that means you know [00:05:00] exactly who you are. There's no game playing. And you cannot be God's elect unless you give grace. Grace is the pentacle of Christianity. It is the highest form of love from God. Grace. Amen? Amen? Amen. 12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness humbleness of mind, meekness, long suffering, Deal with whatever you have to deal with until the outcome is good until the outcome is good. Watch this. 13 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. Forgive, forgive, forgive. It is important to forgive. It is extremely important to forgive. [00:06:00] Why, why you want to live a life where you hold grudges? Why would you want to live a life like that? Why would you want to live a life where you hold grudges? If someone does something to me, I forgive them instantly. And that's a true fact. Okay? Instant forgiveness. Because again, I, I leave an allowance. For the stupidity of human beings. And for the stupidity of people who call themselves Christians. I leave an allowance. Because Christ leaves an allowance. I leave, um, an allowance of grace for people who are selfish. For people who are ignorant. I leave an allowance for all types of people who don't get it or understand it. I don't try or don't want to. I leave an allowance because I gotta face God just like they do Okay, and I'm a Christian. I'm not a pretender People who don't forgive they're pretenders. They're not Christians. God will deal with you. 'Cuz when you're not when you're not forgiving [00:07:00] you're passing judgment. Do you realize that? When you are not forgiving, you are passing judgment. You must forgive. It is in the books. It is in the cards. Forgiveness is great. Do it. Watch your mind clear up. Here we go. 14 And above all these things, put on charity, (which is love) Do you have some? Do you have love? Well, for certain people I have love. No, you should have love for everyone. Everyone. Now i'm not telling you to love someone who did something horrible to you, but what I am telling you is okay, you move on and you forgive let God deal with them. Which is a form of love grace, so it is love 14 Which is the bond of [perfection] perfectness. You hear that the bond of perfection. So if you're bonded through love and grace and mercy And it bonds you to perfection. We all know who perfection is. Yahveh is perfection. Jesus Christ is [00:08:00] perfection. His Holy Spirit is perfection. If you're not giving grace, love, mercy, you're not bonded to anything but self and the world and what you think is Christianity pretty much got a problem. Pretty much got a problem. There's a topic for everything that we go through in life in this word. There is a topic for every single thing. You may not be able to find it, I can find it, but there is a topic for everything in this world right here. For everything we go through. 15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts See when the peace of God ruling your hearts, you're gonna walk around singing happy joyous all day long, no matter what's going on around you no matter who's around you no matter what what this situation is or whatever, you will have joy in your heart. Why would you allow life to take your joy? Why why would you [00:09:00] allow situations to take your joy and your love? Ask yourself this, Christ died on the cross for people who don't even love him, okay? He didn't allow anyone to take his joy. He says, I'm doing this because I love you, because I love you and I'm giving you grace because I love you. So he is bonded to his Father who is perfect. And when we love and give grace, we are bonded to Jesus Christ who was perfect in God through the Holy Spirit. It's a beautiful thing 15 again. And let the peace of God ruling your hearts and to which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful; Be ye thankful for everything that you have Be thankful for all that you have you're called to one body and that is the body of Christ and Christ is the head period[00:10:00] 16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns. (There you go) and spiritual song singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord all day, every day. Let me explain something to you. Okay. I praise all day, every day. Okay. All day, every day. I praise all day, every day. Okay. I don't work. That's what I can do. Right? All day, every day. Even when I was working, I praised all day, every day. This generation so don't know anything at all. When I was working, I had a Walkman on. The whole time. Praising God. They were like, what's that in your ear? I was like, I don't know what you're talking about. They couldn't tell on me because they didn't know what it was. Ha ha ha [00:11:00] ha. It's pretty funny, right? Ha ha ha. This generation. Hilarious. No, nothing. Okay. Some do. Most don't though. Most don't. Very, very funny. What's a Walkman? A thing you could put music on. Right. So praise all day, every day. God, this is an order from Jesus Christ. This is an order from God. If you praise all day, every day, do you realize nothing could get in here? Hmm. Do you realize that nothing could come in here? Huh? If you do, what makes you happy? All day, every day. Do you realize nothing evil or wicked can come in here? Do you actually realize that? I'm telling you that because that's what I do every single day. Looney Tunes, [00:12:00] cartoons, sponge. I'm 48. It doesn't matter though, it doesn't matter like I'm more, I'm mature. No, think about who's really mature. Think, think for a minute who's really mature here. Think for a second, okay? Think for a second who's really mature. Someone who got their mind straight. Amen? Someone who can allow the presence of God to be upon them so that when they're needed, they don't have to stray from it. They don't have to be like, Oh wait, wait a minute, I really don't know. No, I do know. Cause my mind's right. My mind ain't on nothing else. It's on what it needs to be on. That's glorifying God. Amen. Amen. Let me read 16 again. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your [00:13:00] hearts to the Lord. That grace, that grace you sing to is that grace you give, Amen. 17 to close this chapter. 17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus [Christ], giving thanks to God and the Father by Him. Period. Hands down. All glory to God in Christ. We must make an allowance for each other's faults. And for your own faults. Make an allowance for it. Okay? Because you're going to mess up. I have an allowance. My allowance is pretty big for me. Okay? I have an allowance for myself. And it's pretty big because I'm a screw up. It is what it is. I wouldn't be a Christian if I wasn't. Amen. We must make allowances for each other, for each other's faults, for each other's weakness, for each other's selfishness.[00:14:00] We must forgive anyone who offends you. Remember the Lord forgave you. He forgave us. So we must forgive others and mean it and move on. So let go of all offenses and let God. Let go of all offenses and let God. Ephesians 4 verse 20. Ephesians 4 :20. Ephesians 4 20.[00:15:00] It reads, 20 but ye have not so learned Christ; 21 if so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus: You know who Jesus Christ is, you've been taught by Jesus Christ. You're taught every week by Jesus Christ. It's not my word, it's his word. It's not my spirit, it's his spirit. That's who you're taught by, Jesus Christ, the shepherd. that ye put off concerning the former conversation, (That whack one you used to have. Some of you still do) 22 the old man [or woman], which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; Your old work ethic, remember that message, your old work ethic, how you used to be, how you used to do things, how you used to think the way you did things was okay. [00:16:00] When it was wrong in the eyes of God. 23 and be renewed in the spirit of your mind; With newness, enjoy peace and wisdom from God Almighty from Yahveh. Be renewed. Be renewed. 24. And that ye put on the new man [or woman], which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. Have you been created in righteousness and true holiness? By God you have. By the new, when it comes to the new person that you are, not the old person. Not the old person with your old ways and your old thoughts. Let me tell you something. If you're still doing the same things that you were doing before you came into the truth, you have not changed. Hands down. You have not changed. [00:17:00] You only pretend to change, but you have not changed. You haven't given yourself the grace that you deserve. You haven't given yourself over to, um, conviction. So that you can change, you put on a new man or a new woman.= Because when you put on a new man or a new woman in Christ, you have a godly work ethic from God. He's going to show you how to do things right. Watch this. 25 Wherefore putting away lying, speaking every man truth with his neighbor, for we are members one of another. We're members one of another. So there's no reason to lie to your members. There's no reason to lie to the person that's connected to the body of Christ. There's no reason to have an attitude towards the person connected to the body of Christ. There's no reason to hate or be jealous or envious of anything or anyone connected to the body of Jesus Christ. No reason at all.[00:18:00] You can be angry. 26. Be ye angry and sin not: Angry is an emotion. You can be angry. There's nothing wrong with being angry. But let it be righteous indignation, okay, meaning righteousness in front of that anger So that that righteousness can always carry you through that anger. Amen. Don't just let it be anger because that's when you're going to sin. 26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: We don't mean me and first lady. We don't Go to sleep. We'll stay up till three, four in the morning and talk something out. That's just what you have to do. Amen. That's what you have to do. Stay up until 3 or 4 in the morning. We'll talk something out. You talk it out. But so, but why do we stay up to 34 in [00:19:00] the morning or five to the sun come up sometimes talking something out. Okay. And then we act like we drunk all day. Okay, because we're tired. Why? Because our love is worth it. What God has put together is worth it. Amen. And it's better to forgive than hold on to grudges. What is a grudge going to do? What is the grudge gonna do in a marriage or a relationship? What is a grudge going to do in a friendship? Nothing at all. It's stupid. It's extremely stupid. See, when you hold a grudge, that means that you don't know that God's going to take care of it, when you hold a grudge. That means that you don't know that God's going to take care of it, and that's why you're passing judgment through a grudge. 27. Neither give place to the devil. Don't give place to that fool. Don't allow yourself to become so angry that you take off righteous [00:20:00] indignation and just become angry. Because when you do that, you're leaving the door open for the devil. The person you so called hate Okay, the person you so called hate you're leaving the door open for him He will use you as a tool. Okay? A tool for his glory not God's and then you're in a bad place. Grace alleviates that. Love alleviates that. It's like you got pressure you've had a blood pressure cuff on and its [sound of pumping up] Right? And it's so tight, and you're like, hey, that's tight, right? And then the nurse takes the air out, okay? That's what, that's what it feels like. It doesn't feel good when you're working for Satan and you really don't want to. 27 neither give place to the devil. 28 Let him that stow still no more: but rather let him [00:21:00] labor work, or her labor, working with his or her hands the things which is good, that he [or she] may have to give to him [or her] that needeth. Whatever you need no reason to steal. 29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, (only of edifying) that it may minister grace unto the hearers. Key word. There's grace That it may give them hope understanding grace And sometimes people can't understand how grace comes in different forms. You got ooshy gooshy love, and you got tough love. And some people don't like tough love, and that's their problem. But you can't get anywhere in life without it. Amen? That's just the truth. You're gonna be [00:22:00] one sad puppy. 30. And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed, (sealed with what? The truth) unto the day of redemption. See, when you don't give grace, you're not, you're not acting as a Christian. When you don't give grace, you're passing judgment. When you don't give grace, when you don't have an allowance for grace, that means you want to be miserable, you want to be bitter, you want to be, um, attitude ish, okay? You want to live that life. But you're grieving the Holy Spirit of God. Whereby you are sealed unto the day of redemption till he returns at the seventh trump. How dare you grieve the spirit of God? Who are you? Who do you think you are that you can't just give love and grace? That's exactly what Christ did on the cross. He gave love. He gave grace. He forgave The [00:23:00] woman committed adultery they brought him bring him to the master. Bring him to the man. Bring him to the master First of all, where's the man? He was nowhere to be found, just a woman. He starts to write down what they did in the sand, (Christ did). He says, you were over here with the hooker last night. You were over there with three hookers last night. And you were over there with a boy. So, He, who was without sin, cast the first stone. Right? If you're without sin, you can stone her to death. But if you have sinned, should you not give grace because you're asking grace from God? Amen? As simple as that. You don't want that pressure on you. You do not want to grieve the Holy Spirit because then you're faking Christianity and it's not good. 31 [00:24:00] Let all bitterness. Here you go. Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, (in your mind or out loud or to someone you think you trust) be put away from you with all malice. Let it go. Stop being a hypocrite. Don't be fake. Don't be phony. Be right in the eyes of God. You gotta remember God hears everything. He sees everything. He knows everything. Why do you want malice on your plate? Why do you want bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and evil speaking? Why do you want all that stuff on your plate? If you're supposed to be sitting down with Jesus Christ, that's crap. Ain't that his table at all? It is not at his table. That's that Satan's table. That's at the table of the world. That's at the United nations. That's what, that's what that food is. They eat that every nation. 32. And be ye kind [00:25:00] one to another. Hmm. That's a, that's, it seems like that's something we forget in the world today to be kind. 32 and be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake have forgiven you. Do you hear that? Having an allowance of grace for each other's faults. For bad attitudes, for malice, for hypocrisy, for phoniness, for fake people, for liars, for cheaters, for thieves, for people who do things bad to harm you, who are just of the world and in the world. Having an allowance for them shows good grace in the eyes of God, shows love, okay? We show grace to others by being kind and tender hearted, forgiving one another as Yahveh and Christ has forgiven us. Never go into a situation high strung. Don't do that. Okay? [00:26:00] Don't do that. Because when you go into a situation high strung, you might lose. You just might lose. High strung is not good. It's just not good. Now, sometimes righteous indignation will make you high strung. But as long as you're righteous indignation is before your high stringing, okay? It is all good. It's all good. Because again righteous indignation gives you control from the spirit. High strung without righteous indignation is going to be a problem. A huge problem. Remember discern in the spirit of Yahveh and Jesus Christ. Never on your own. The hidden truth is with the spirit of God, with the spirit of Yahveh. Without it you're just passing judgment on others. That's bad. That's very bad. And when you bust someone for their emotion, for how they feel, they're always going to say, you don't know what you're talking about. And that's fine, too. No one cares. God knows. Really doesn't matter. [00:27:00] Just know you hit a chord. Hebrews 4. Hebrews 4. But you give that grace. Always give grace. Hebrews 4, verse 12. Boy, we're moving through this fast. [Hebrews] 4:12 one more place after this and we're done. Hebrews chapter 4 verse 12 and it reads: 12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Listen now Yahveh knows all things. He knows all things. So when you're in a situation with someone and they're kind of high strung And they're having a bad day, or they're just not feeling well, or something's going on in their life or whatever the case may be You don't know what's going on. Okay, [00:28:00] but discernment does. Amen. Discernment, if you have the Spirit of God, discernment does know what's going on. Okay? And your discernment may not even be to that point and that's fine. Okay, but get it there. All you have to do is ask. All you have to do is ask. Get it there. Because God knows all things. Not you. God knows all things. 13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: (he knows all things even down to the smallest form) but all things are naked and open unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do. We all got to deal with God. Okay, everybody. Okay. So his eyes are open. You are naked. You are wide open to him and he sees all and he knows all. Okay. Understand that. 14 Seeing them that we have a great high priest, (Melchizedek, Melchizedek king, [00:29:00] king of the just, king of God's elect) king of God's elect, 14 that is passed unto the heavens, Jesus the son of God, let us hold fast our profession. What we do, what we're here to do. 15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; he knows what you're going through. He knows exactly what you're going through. That's why he's the high priest. You have to know that. I'm going to read 15 again. For we have not in high priest, which cannot be touched with your infirmities, with your feelings of your infirmities. He knows exactly what you're going through. He walked this earth, Jesus Christ. But as the high priest, he understands. So when you call upon him in the name of Jesus Christ, and you say, Lord, Lord, he is, he is your lawyer. He speaks on your behalf to [00:30:00] God. Okay. But was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin, he showed us how to do it. We know the devil tempted him directly to his face. Directly to his face. He showed us how not to sin. Praise God. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace. (without fear) unto the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy, (that grace again) and find grace, (that grace again) to help in time of need. To help who in time of need, whoever needs grace, whoever needs that love, whoever needs that mercy, that's who we help to help someone else, not ourselves. Fear stops us from doing that. Bad attitude stops us from doing that. Listen, we show grace. By relying on the [00:31:00] Holy Spirit, by relying on Yahveh and His Holy Spirit in all things in the name of Jesus Christ. We never lean to our flesh. Don't do that. But we must draw near to Yahveh in Christ by the power of grace. Do you understand what happens when you give grace? Do you understand the closeness that takes place when you give grace? That brings God close to you. When you see someone frustrated or upset or down or out of it and you try to give them grace by not assuming, by not jumping to conclusions, by not joining in in their spirit that they have that's not good, but by giving grace, the grace of God, Amen. It's extremely important. It really is. It really, really is. You have to [00:32:00] do so. Because if you can't do that, then you can't receive grace from God. At all. In your time of need. And then in turn, we show grace to others. You got to remember, we show grace to people because God gave us grace. Amen. You got, you got to get that. This is a, a simple, simple message, but full of facts and truth, facts and truth. Without the grace of God, no blessings. You are literally messing up your track record with God. Literally. Okay. And there's grace for that as well. Okay. When you, once you realize that you messing up your track record with God and that you are stepping on his toes by not giving grace because you're passing judgment on people. It's the problem. He gave us his spirit so that we can discern all things. So we can discern good and evil and all the in [00:33:00] between. And if you don't have it like that, ask God for it. Just like that. Just like that. Just like that. Let's close out. I want to read my prayer to you. A prayer that I have. This is the closing. We're going to close with this prayer. Okay. Now I'm going to do my other prayer. This is the prayer that I pray. For you Numbers 6:22 Moses speaking, and it reads: 22 And the Lord Yahveh speak unto Moses, saying, 23 speak unto Aaron and unto his sons, saying, On this wise ye shall bless the children of Israel, saying unto them, 24 the LORD YHVH bless thee, and keep thee: 25 the LORD YHVH make his face shine upon thee And be gracious unto thee: 26 the LORD YHVH lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. 27 And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them [00:34:00] and I will bless them. We can't receive the blessings of God. If we can't give grace. Because grace is the blessing. Grace is favor. Grace is understanding. Grace is love. As we want to receive grace from Yahveh and his blessings, we must give grace, no matter what it is. Remember to give grace and to give it in abundance. Remember to stay in the grace of God because that's what he wants you. God bless you all. I love you all. All glory and praise to the Father and the Son. I take credit for nothing. In Jesus precious name. Amen. Ethan: Were you moved by today's message? Download it now via our website for a donation of 10. Help us sow a seed of truth around the world. Donate any amount today.
