And she actually 00:06:32.060 --> 00:06:36.879 came to me in a dream. just before my parents 00:06:36.879 --> 00:06:40.500 got the phone call to find out that she had gotten 00:06:40.500 --> 00:06:43.980 in a car accident and passed away, she came and 00:06:43.980 --> 00:06:46.660 spoke with me before that. So yeah, my whole 00:06:46.660 --> 00:06:51.019 life I've had very interesting things, both good 00:06:51.019 --> 00:06:55.860 and bad, and I've just been, I guess, attuned 00:06:55.860 --> 00:06:58.439 to those things. Okay, so that day I was very 00:08:11.550 --> 00:08:14.649 deep into my drug addiction and what had happened 00:08:14.649 --> 00:08:18.910 is I I went to go pick up drugs just a few blocks 00:08:18.910 --> 00:08:22.110 down from my house and I got on my little Vespa 00:08:22.110 --> 00:08:25.509 that I had just bought the little scooter and 00:08:25.509 --> 00:08:29.310 when I got to the house I When I did the drugs, 00:08:29.550 --> 00:08:33.590 because I was an IV user, I overdosed. I don't 00:08:33.590 --> 00:08:36.169 know if I died or not, but I overdosed and had 00:08:36.169 --> 00:08:40.029 to narcanine quite a few times and I finally 00:08:40.029 --> 00:08:43.090 came back. And I don't remember any of that. 00:08:43.190 --> 00:08:46.789 From what I'm telling you now, until my near 00:08:46.789 --> 00:08:50.149 -death experience where I was above my body, 00:08:50.850 --> 00:08:52.990 this is the last thing I remember is going to 00:08:52.990 --> 00:08:55.889 the house to get drugs. And I guess I overdosed. 00:08:56.200 --> 00:09:00.000 They Narcan me, I came back and I just went and 00:09:00.000 --> 00:09:02.840 jumped on my Vespa again and went to go take 00:09:02.840 --> 00:09:05.679 off up the road to get back home and got hit 00:09:05.679 --> 00:09:09.500 by a car. I learned this later, you know, in 00:09:09.500 --> 00:09:12.480 the medical reports and everything like that. 00:09:12.639 --> 00:09:15.320 And I guess after getting hit by that car, I 00:09:15.320 --> 00:09:18.919 got up and fled the scene on my Vespa again, 00:09:19.480 --> 00:09:23.669 somehow really messed up. and luckily I was close 00:09:23.669 --> 00:09:26.809 enough to home that I made it home. My Vespa 00:09:26.809 --> 00:09:29.669 was covered in blood and stuff, but I guess when 00:09:29.669 --> 00:09:33.190 I got home, my wife says I walked in the front 00:09:33.190 --> 00:09:35.769 door and was acting weird and I had blood on 00:09:35.769 --> 00:09:39.809 me and I walked into the bathroom and shut the 00:09:39.809 --> 00:09:43.870 door. And I remember how I used to do my drugs 00:09:43.870 --> 00:09:46.830 and I would go sit up on this high countertop, 00:09:47.129 --> 00:09:50.250 almost Indian style, and look into the mirror 00:09:50.250 --> 00:09:54.259 as I did it. And what happened again is I overdosed 00:09:54.259 --> 00:09:57.740 again. And this is all in the span of about 20 00:09:57.740 --> 00:10:00.220 -ish minutes that these three things happened 00:10:00.220 --> 00:10:04.299 that I don't remember these parts. But when I 00:10:04.299 --> 00:10:06.899 did that, I fell straight backwards off this 00:10:06.899 --> 00:10:10.620 high countertop and just cracked my head on tile 00:10:10.620 --> 00:10:14.139 after already being hit by a car and overdosing 00:10:14.139 --> 00:10:17.269 right before that. And my wife... just got this 00:10:17.269 --> 00:10:19.710 really bad feeling and she had heard a noise 00:10:19.710 --> 00:10:22.070 but she got a bad feeling and she came to check 00:10:22.070 --> 00:10:24.389 on me and there was just a puddle of blood under 00:10:24.389 --> 00:10:28.049 my head. There's more to it on her side but to 00:10:28.049 --> 00:10:32.509 make it simple is that it terrified her because 00:10:32.509 --> 00:10:35.909 she tried lifting my arm and it just fell back 00:10:35.909 --> 00:10:39.049 down. She was trying to wake me up and I was 00:10:39.049 --> 00:10:41.730 like blue and purple. My head was cracked open 00:10:41.730 --> 00:10:45.450 bleeding. So she called the paramedics and they 00:10:45.450 --> 00:10:48.519 came And I was talking with her the other night 00:10:48.519 --> 00:10:51.940 and I guess they told her, hey, you need to leave. 00:10:52.220 --> 00:10:54.840 Like we need to get him in the ambulance right 00:10:54.840 --> 00:10:58.799 now. And so like I said, I remember 00:11:22.429 --> 00:11:26.929 going to get the drugs, and then this is where 00:11:26.929 --> 00:11:30.549 it kicks in where I'm above the ambulance, looking 00:11:30.549 --> 00:11:33.509 down at my body with this group of people working 00:11:33.509 --> 00:11:36.909 on me, trying to revive me. It was like I could 00:11:36.909 --> 00:11:40.929 see through the ambulance. One of the worst parts 00:11:40.929 --> 00:11:45.700 of that is that while I was up above the ambulance 00:11:45.700 --> 00:11:48.039 looking through it and watching them work on 00:11:48.039 --> 00:11:53.320 me. I was feeling the worst anxiety, the worst 00:11:53.320 --> 00:11:58.360 loss, tragedy. Normally I get really emotional 00:11:58.360 --> 00:12:01.299 during this part. Just even thinking about it, 00:12:01.299 --> 00:12:05.120 it gives me anxiety the way I felt because I 00:12:05.120 --> 00:12:09.000 was so confused of like, what's happening? It was almost like this hologram 00:29:00.750 --> 00:29:03.289 type vision that I could have almost stepped 00:29:03.289 --> 00:29:06.630 into. And I remember picking this piece of 00:29:38.210 --> 00:29:40.569 pizza up out of the dirty dumpster, not even 00:29:40.569 --> 00:29:43.029 in a box. I mean, straight just out of the dumpster. 00:29:43.210 --> 00:29:46.829 It had marks taken out of it. And I remember 00:29:46.829 --> 00:29:50.869 sitting there thinking, wow, Landon. And when they showed me this moment 00:31:24.990 --> 00:31:28.390 that I was contemplating suicide, all of a sudden 00:31:28.390 --> 00:31:32.230 I saw these lights come down to me behind that 00:31:32.230 --> 00:31:36.049 dumpster. Beautiful lights that were lights that 00:31:36.049 --> 00:31:39.359 were like behind that hill. I was taught that 00:31:39.359 --> 00:31:42.220 those lights were literally prayers that came 00:31:42.220 --> 00:31:44.920 to me in that moment. When they showed me that 00:31:44.920 --> 00:31:48.359 moment of when I felt that hug on earth, because 00:31:48.359 --> 00:31:50.839 it didn't make sense to me back then at the time, 00:31:51.200 --> 00:31:53.599 but they showed me this moment when these lights 00:31:53.599 --> 00:31:58.400 came to me.
